본 연구는 진안-무주 국가지질공원에 설치된 안내판에 사용된 용어들을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 지질명소 10곳에 설치된 안내판 용어를 추출하였으며 추출된 256개의 용어들을 [유형 1]~[유형 8]로 분류하였다. 전체 용어들 중에 [유형 1]~[유형 4]로 분류된 용어들은 전체의 92.6% 이었으며 이는 표준적이고 일반적으로 사용하는 용어들에 해당한다. 이 중 [전문 분야]로 분류되는 용어들은 56.1%로 절반 이상이 [전문 분야]에 해당했다. 「지구과학」이 [전문 분야]로 분류되는 용어의 유형들의 비율을 살펴보면 [유형 1]과 [유형 2]에서 각각 46%와 70%를 차지하고 있었다. This study intended to analyze the terms on the information boards installed in Jinan-Muju National Geopark. For this study, terms were extracted from the information boards installed in ten geosites and 256 of them were categorized into [Type 1]-[Type 8]. Among all terms, 92.6% of the terms were categorized into [Type 1]-[Type 4], which are standard and ordinarily used terms. Over half (56.1%) of these terms were categorized into the [Professional Area]. 46% of [Type 1] and 70% of [Type 2] terms were categorized into [Professional Area] of 「Earth Science」.

Commercial transactions, one of the pillars of the capitalist economy, are occurring countless times every day, especially small and medium-sized businesses. However, small and medium-sized enterprises are bound to be the legal underdogs in contracts for commercial transactions and do not receive legal support for contracts for fair and legitimate commercial transactions. When subcontracting contracts are concluded among small and medium-sized enterprises, 58.2% of them do not apply standard contracts and sign contracts that have not undergone legal review. In order to support small and medium-sized enterprises fair and legitimate contracts, small and medium-sized enterprises can be protected from legal threats if they can reduce the risk of signing contracts by analyzing various risks in the contract and analyzing and informing them of toxic clauses and omitted contracts in advance. We propose a risk prediction model for the machine reading-based legal contract to minimize legal damage to small and medium-sized business owners in the legal blind spots. We have established our own set of legal questions and answers based on the legal data disclosed for the purpose of building a model specialized in legal contracts. Quantitative verification was carried out through indicators such as EM and F1 Score by applying pine tuning and hostile learning to pre-learned machine reading models. The highest F1 score was 87.93, with an EM value of 72.41.

공공데이터와 NFC를 활용한 공유가치창출 스탬프투어 애플리케이션 설계 및 구현

본 연구는 접근성이 높은 모바일 플랫폼을 통하여 공유가치를 창출하는 데 목적을 두고 공공데이터와 NFC를 활용한 공유가치창출 스탬프투어 애플리케이션을 설계 및 구현한다. 특히 공유가치창출과 고객의 이용 동기 및 지속적인 서비스 이용과 관련하여 고객 관점으로 접근하였다. 최근 등장하여 여행과 관련해 높은 빈도로 이용되는 콘텐츠인 ‘스탬프투어’는 사용자에게 즐거움을 주고 관광산업 활성화에 기여한다는 장점이 있으나 성공적인 스탬프투어 콘텐츠를 위해서는 명확한 이용 동기가 필요하다. 본 연구는 공공데이터와 NFC를 활용한 스탬프투어에 공유가치창출개념을 도입하여 기부를 통해 지역사회에 도움이 될 수 있도록 하였으며 SNS 공유를 통해 고객을 확산하고 공유가치 선순환을 도모한다. This study designs and implements Creating Shared Value(CSV) stamp tour application which utilized public data and NFC in order to create ’share value’ through highly accessible mobile platform. Especially we approached with the customer’s view related to the customer’s usage motivation and continuous using of the services. The ’Stamp Tour’, which appeared lately and has been used often to travel, has the advantage that it gives enjoyment to the customer and contributes to revitalize tourism, but it still needs a clear usage motivation to make a successful Stamp Tour contents. This study helps the local community through donation with the Stamp Tour application which uses both public data and NFC and merged with the concept of CSV and it promotes virtuous cycle of creating value.
