B, Al, Ga, In의 도핑물질이 투명 전도성 ZnO 박막의 특성에 미치는 영향

The structural, optical and electrical properties of ZnO films doped with 1.5 at% of 3A materials(B, Al, Ga, In) were studied by sol-gel process. The films were found to be c-axis (002) oriented hexagonal structure on glass substrate, when post heated at 500 $^{\circ}C$. The surface of the films showed a uniform and nano size microstructure and the crystalline size of doped films decreased. The lattice constants of ZnO:B/Al/Ga increased than that of ZnO, while ZnO:In decreased. All the films were highly transparent(above 90 %) in the visible region. The energy gaps of ZnO:B/Al/Ga were increased a little, but that of ZnO:In was not changed. The resistivities of ZnO:Al/Ga/In were less than 0.1 $\Omega$cm. All the films showed a semiconductor properties in the light or temperature, however ZnO:In was less sensitive to it. A figure of merit of ZnO:In had the highest value of 0.025 $\Omega^{-1}$ in all samples.
능직 CFRP/GFRP 적층하이브리드 복합재의 Mode I 파괴인성 평가

In order to realize high strength and light weight for various industrial facilities and structural materials, various new materials are applied to product design. Among them, CFRP has excellent specific strength and non-rigidity, and the scope of use is expanding throughout the industry, such as mobility products and building materials. GFRP is cheaper than CFRP, and has excellent specific strength and non-rigidity, and has excellent heat resistance and sound insulation, so it has been adopted as a core material for flooring and interior flooring. CFRP of twill weave structure has better resistance to deformation of fiber than plain weave structure, so the outermost layer is applied as twill weave structure in product design. After fabrication with DCB specimens, Mode I fracture toughness was evaluated according to the crack length. As the crack length increases, the energy release rate and stress intensity factor values tended to decrease overall.

In the present study, a mathematical model has been formulated for the performance of polymer electrolyte fuel cells. Modify the concentration polarization equation using concentration coefficient that represents the characteristics of bipolar plate reactant distribution. The model predictions have been compared with experimental results and good agreement has been demonstrated for the cell polarization curves. The effects of operating parameters on the performance of fuel cells have been studied. Increases of operation pressure reduce the effect of temperature on the performance.
진공적층법을 이용한 능직 GFRP/CFRP 적층하이브리드 복합재의 층간 ModeⅡ 파괴인성 평가

Various composite materials are being used to realize light weight and high strength throughout the industry. Fiber-reinforced composites differ in strength and application range depending on how the fibers are weaved. In addition, defects may occur in the fibers depending on the temperature and pressure of the molding conditions. These defects result in a variety of fracture mechanisms, typically due to interlayer fracture. There has been a lot of research on interlayer fracture of plain CFRP composite materials, but there is a lack of research on GFRP/CFRP laminating hybrid composite of twilled weave structure with excellent resistance to fibrous deformation compared to plain weave. In consideration of this reality, a modeⅡ fracture test was performed by making GFRP and CFRP of twilled structure into 4ENF specimens by applying the molding conditions used in manufacturing products in industrial sites. As a result, the energy release rate and the stress intensity factor tended to decrease as the initial crack length increased. -

We report here two cases of clear cell hidradenoma. The first patient was a 19-year-old adolescent, who had single, pinkish, nodule on the left cheek for 1 year. The second case of 70-year-old woman had multiple projecting, pinkish tumor mass with serous discharge on the right inframammary area for 20 years. On histopathological examination, we could observe polyhedral cells and clear cells with tubular differentiation in both cases and large cystic changes due to tumoral degeneration in the second case, The tumor masses were excised, and have not recurred. 충청 지방에서 발생한 Trichophyton verrucosum에 의한 두부 독창

In Korea, Kerion celsi caused by T. verrucosum was first reported by Kim et al in the Honam province in 1986. Since then three mare cases have been reported in the Young Nam province. Herein present a case of kerion celsi caused by T. verrucosum from Chungcheong province. The patient, a 7-year old female, showed a 4x 4cm sized, oval, yellow crusted and boggy patch with alopecia on the scalp. She was living on a farm in a rural area of Chungcheong province. Cows on the farm also exhibited similar skin lesions on the buttock. The same T. verrucosum was identified by a characteristic colony morphology on Sabourauds dextrose agar and chains of chlamydoconidia with mycologic stain from scales of lesions of patient and cows. This skin lesion was successfully treated with griseofulvin. (Kor J Dermatol 1997;35(1): 187~190)
