      • 자기장 내에서 전자선의 표면선량 변화 측정

        Purpose: This paper describes a electron field presence of magnetic field, intensity and shape surface dose variation to clinical application possibility. Materials and Methods: The using 6 MeV electron and $10{\times}10\;cm^2$ field size, 9 hole to shielding block make the by measure the film, when the magnetic field position inside and outside of the X-Omat film and parallel plate ionization chamber using the surface dose measured. Results: Present of 4 cm to the side at angle about 3 degree from beam center, use of ring type magnetic is 0.9% increase the surface dose, lens block located in the magnetic field the surface dose 1.58% increase, half magnetic field's position on the side of them at the field center of the 3.6% increase of the surface dose. Conclusion: Surface dose variation is with magnetic field about the mean electron beam of progress direction change, orbit region patient's is inconvenient without surface dose increase percentage case goodness will be used as a useful way.

        치료 보조기구 사용 시 후 방향 피부선량 측정

        본 연구는 인체 팬텀(alderson rando phantom)의 등쪽에 원통형 전리함을 부착하여 방사선 치료 조사야 내 환자와의 접촉 물질과 조사 야의 크기, 방사선 입사각도에 따른 피부 후 방향 선량 변화를 조사하였다. 연구 결과 테니스 라켓 줄(tennis racket)의 마일러(mylar)를 기준으로 첫째 : 조사야 10×10 cm2 기준으로면(cotton)은 약 2%, breast board는 약 8%, 15×15 cm2에서는 약 6%, 20×20 cm2는 약 10% 증가하였으며,5×5 cm2에서는 약 13% 정도 감소하였다. 둘째 : 방사선 입사각도가 0°로 기준으로 하여 5°에서는 breast board 0.4%, tennis racket 0.5%, cotton 1.1%, 10°에서는 breast board 1.5%, tennis racket 1.9%, cotton 2.6%, 15°에서는 breast board 3.9%, tennis racket 2.6%, cotton 3.86% 감소하였다. 결과적으로 carbon 재질의 치료보조기구는 피부표면선량의 크게 증가하므로 치료조사야 내에서는 피부와의 접촉을 피해야 한다. The research was about the relation between the dorsal side dose measured by using the phantom body (Alderson Rando Phantom) and factors like contacted material of the patients, the size of the field, angle of incidence. Compared with mylar (tennis racket), the dose on 10×10 cm2 field size of cotton was increased by 2% and by 8% in the case of breast board. In the case of 15×15 cm2 field size, the dose was increased by 6% compared with 10×10 cm2 size. The field size of 20×20 cm2 resulted in 10% increase of dose, while 5×5 cm2 produced 13% decrease. Compared with incident angle 0°, the cases for the incident angle 5° had 0.4% less dose for breast board, 0.5% for tennis racket, 1.1% for cotton. The cases for the incident angle 10° had 1.5% less dose for breast board, 1.9% for tennis racket, 2.6% for cotton. For the incident angle 15°, breast board, tennis racket, cotton caused decrease of dose by 3.9%, 2.6%, 3.86% respectively. Resultantly carbon material can cause more skin dose in treatment field. By the results of this study, we recommend that one should avoid the contact between the carbon material and skin.

        MWPECVD에 의한 박막의 합성과 방사선 검출 특성에 관한 연구

        방사선검출기에 시용되는 다이아몬드는 그 비저항이 10^12[Ωm]로 ao우 크기 때문에 고전압 하에서도 누설전류가 매우 작아 실리콘과 달리 p-n 접합을 하지 않고 바로 고전압을 걸 수 있는 이점이 있다. 또한 절연파괴 전압이 매우 크기 때문에 이동속도가 포화되는 전압까지 올릴 수 있다. 이 결과 다이아몬드 내에서의 전하 이동속도는 실리콘의 최대속도보다 약 20배 정도 빠르다. 200[㎛] 두께의 박막을 통해 전하가 모두 수집되는 시간은 불과 1[ns] 정도이다. 이상과 같이 독특한 다이아몬드의 성질을 이용하여 방사선검출기에 사용되는 물질로 파고계수형 전리조나 분광계, 열형광선량계, 형광검출기 그리고 핵방사선검출기 등에 사용된다. 본 연구에서는 마이크로파 플라즈마 CVD법으로 CH₄-H₂-O₂계로부터 몰리브덴기판 위에 100시간 동안 성장시킨 결과 약 100[㎛]의 두께를 가진 결정성이 좋은 방사선검출기용 다이아몬드막을 성장시킬 수 있었고, X-선 방사선량에 따른 방사선검출기의 전류파형을 측정한 결과 방사선량에 따라 전류가 증가됨을 알 수 있었다. Synthesis diamond films have been deposited on the molybdenum substrates using an microwave plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition method. The effects of deposition time, surface morphology, infrared transmittance and Raman scattering have been studied. Diamond deposited on molybdenum substrate for 100 hours by MW plasma CVD from CH₄ - H₂ - O₂ gas mixture had good crystallity with 100[㎛] thickness needed for radiation detector. Diamond radiation detector of M-I-M type was made and the current of radiation detector was increased by increasing X-ray dose.

      • MgB₄O7 熱螢光體의 특성과 低에너지 X線의 線量測定

        To develope the thermoluminescent radiation sensors and low energy X-ray of dosimetry. The TL phosphors of MgB₄O7 are prepared and their physical characteristics are investigated. MgB₄O7 : Tb. Tm. Dy. La. Ho. and Nd phosphors have been prepared by sintering around 580℃ for 2 hours followed by flowing Ar gas. Ar gas. Activation energy and kinetic order of main peak of glow curve were studied by two methods peak shape method and initial rise method. By these methods, the estimated activation energies were 0.76±0.02eV(Tb doped). 0.94±0.03(Tm doped). 0.72±0.02 (Dy doped). respectively. The activation energy frequency factor and kinetic order of thermoluminescent process for each TL phosphors are measured by analyzing the glow curve by initial rise. peak shape. different heating rate. isothermal decay method. And The emission spectra of TL phosphors are also measured. The TL phosphors prepared in this work may be utilized to radiation sensor elements becaue of their high sensitivity to low energy X-ray.

      • MIS型 Al/p-Si 太陽電池의 製作과 特性에 관한 硏究

        The fabrication procedure and properties of the Al/p-Si MIS solar ceil was developed to the photo-lithography and anti-reflective coating method. The optimum temperature for oxide growing of Al/p-Si solar cells was found to be about 450℃ for 20 minutes oxygen flow time. The best results showed that V_(oc)=0.52V, J_(sc)=23.5mA, and FF=0.65, which represent that the conversion efficiency is 11% at the cell area 0.722㎠.

        We obtain the Fraunhofer diffraction pattern for a regularly triangular aperture by the use of the He-Ne Laser. Experimental results are well satisfied with the following theoretical properties of the diffraction image: (i) Since the intensity continuously decreases there are not secondary maxima, (ii) there are not alternating bright and dark bands and (iii) there are three symmetric axes.

      • Spray方法에 의한 Cd2SnO4 薄膜의 物理的 特性

        Cd_(2)SnO_(4) transparent conducting films were deposited on the pyrex glass plate by spray pyrolysis method. The dependence of their electrical, optical and structural properties were investigated. The optimum conditions were such that substrate temperature was above 410℃, InCl3 doping rate was 8 wt%, the values of sheet resistance and transmittance of the films in visible region fabricated under these optimum conditions were 80Ω/□ and 90~94% respectively.
