        간호대학생의 환자안전지식, 재난간호태도, 문제해결능력이 재난간호수행능력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to examine the patient safety knowledge, disaster nursing attitude, problem-solving ability and competency on disaster nursing in nursing college students and to confirm the factors of affecting the competency on disaster nursing. Methods: The data collection period in this study was conducted from April 16, 2024 to May 24. The nursing college students who agreed to participate in the study were handed out through URL. And 178 copies were finally analyzed. The collected data were used SPSS/WIN 21.0 program and obtained the subjects’ general characteristics, the subjects’ patient safety knowledge, disaster nursing attitude, problem-solving ability and competency on disaster nursing levels, frequency, percentage, and each mean and standard deviation. A difference in patient safety knowledge, disaster nursing attitude, problem-solving ability and competency on disaster nursing according to general features was used Independent t-test and one-way ANOVA and was carried out Scheffe’ test as post-test. A relationship among the subjects’ patient safety knowledge, disaster nursing attitude, problem-solving ability and competency on disaster nursing needs was parsed by using Pearsons Correlation Coefficients. To identify the influence upon the competency on disaster nursing, the multiple regression analysis was implemented. Results: The variables of affecting the competency on disaster nursing were checked the factors of disaster experience (β= .14, p= .03), disaster nursing education (β= .29, p< .01), disaster nursing attitude (β= .23, p= .04), problem-solving ability (β= .22, p= .01). The explanation power of these variables appeared to be 31% (F=12.11, p< .01). Conclusions: To improve competency on disaster nursing in nursing students, there is a need to develop a program that measures to increase satisfaction with their major and practical training that enables realistic disaster experiences. Also, educational programs that can strengthen disaster nursing attitudes and problem-solving skills will improve nursing students ability to perform disaster nursing.

        간호대학생의 감성지능과 다문화 인식이 문화적 역량에 미치는 영향

        Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of emotional intelligence and multi-cultural perception on the cultural competence of nursing students. Methods: A Participants consisted of 211 registered nursing students from the university in Gyeongsangbuk-do, South Korea. Data were collected in March, 2019 using self-report questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, an ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis in SPSS/WIN 21.0. Results: The cultural competence correlated positively with emotional intelligence (r=.30, p<.001) and multi-cultural perception (r=.27, p<.001). The cultural competence was the factor that most influenced emotional intelligence and multi-cultural perception, explaining 33.8% of the variance(F=14.82, p<.001). Conclusions: It is necessary to educate cultural competency education programs designed to the appropriate grade level of nursing students that a nursing students can enhance there multi-cultural perception, Others' emotion appraisal and use of emotion competence.

        병원 간호사의 감정노동 측정도구 개발

        Purpose: The study was done to analyze attributes of emotional labor experienced by clinical nurses working in domestic hospitals and to develop tools for measurement. Methods: The concept of nurse emotional labor was verified through concept analysis based on Hybrid model. The preliminary Nurse Emotional Labor Scale were examined for content validity, reliability and validity. The scale was verified with 500 nurses working in general hospitals located in Kangwon-do. Results: Attributes of the nurse emotional labor concept were derived from three types: surface type, internalize type and control behaviors and identified as having six constitutive factors: conscious surface behaviors, casual behaviors, empathy effort, repress, solve and endure. The results of the construct validity test of the tool showed 8 factors. The Nurse Emotional Labor Measurement Tool had a significant correlation (r=.35, p〈.001) with the Scale of Morris & Felman in result of criterion-related validity. And the internal consistency reliability Cronbach’s ⍺ coefficient was .93. Conclusion: The development process showed that to accurately describe emotional labor of nurses, it is necessary to consider not only quantitative aspects but also qualitative aspects and content aspects.

      • ERROR LAB을 활용한 실습 경험에 대한 내용분석

        Purpose : This study aimed to understand the experiences of nursing students in ERROR LAB practical classes and to provide basic data for improving error prevention through the enhancement of ERROR LAB results. Method : The subjects of the study were 109 nursing students enrolled in a nursing college in Seoul. In-depth interviews were conducted from December 1 to December 30, 2023, and the data were analyzed according to Krippendorff's (2004) content analysis method. Results : Analysis of the experiences of nursing students who participated in the ERROR LAB practical classes revealed four categories as the advantages of practical classes: the effect of review, the enjoyment of learning, differentiated teaching-learning methods, and interest stimulation. The expected effects of the practice were derived in three categories: improvement of learning ability, recognition of lack of learning competence, and motivation. Conclusion : Based on the results of this study, we were able to understand the significance of nursing students' experiences in ERROR LAB practical classes. This suggests the need for research to develop practical education programs and evaluation systems that apply ERROR LAB in the operation of nursing education curricula based on learning outcomes.

        간호대학생의 병원감염 표준주의에 대한 지식과 인식이 사회적 거리두기 실천에 미치는 영향

        목적 본 연구는 간호대학생의 병원감염 표준주의 지식과 인식이 사회적 거리두기 실천에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 실시된 서술적 조사연구이다. 방법 연구 대상은 C대학 간호학과에 재학 중인 학생 142명이었다. 자료수집은 2020년 06월 23일부터 07월 07일까지였으며, 자기기입식 설문지를 이용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson s Corelation Coefficients과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 간호대학생의 표준주의지침 인식은 사회적 거리두기와 양의 상관관계를 나타내었다(r=.25, p=.002). 사회적 거리두기에 영향을 미치는 요인은 표준주의지침 인식(β=.20, p=.026)과 전공만족도(β=-.17, p=.034)로 나타났으며, 설명력은 11.1%였다(F=4.28, p=.003). 결론 간호대학생들에게 감염관리에 대한 중요성을 인식할 수 있는 실무교육이 함께 제공되어야 할 것이다. Objectives The purpose of this study was to investigate that impact of social distancing implementing of nursing students knowledge and awareness of standard precaution on hospital infection control. Methods The participants were 143 nursing students of C college in A-city participated in this study. Data collection was conducted from June to July 2020. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS WIN 21.0 program, descriptive statistics, t-test, and ANOVA, Pearson s Corelation Coefficients and multiple regression. Results There was a positive correlation between nursing students awareness of standard precaution and social distancing implementing(r=.25, p=.002). Factors influencing of the social distancing implementing were perception of standard awareness(β=.20, p=.026) and the major satisfaction(β=-.17, p=.034), which had 11.0% of the total exposures. Conclusions Practical training for infection control should be provided to nursing students to recognize the importance of hospital infection control.

        Purpose : The purpose of this study is to examine digital literacy, health literacy, depression, and health-promoting behavior among nursing students, and to identify the factors influencing their health-promoting behavior. Method : Data collection occurred from May 27 to June 10, 2024. Nursing students were provided with an explanation of the study and, upon consent, were given a survey URL. A total of 162 responses were analyzed. Using the SPSS/WIN 21.0 program, the general characteristics of the nursing students, digital literacy, health literacy, depression, and health-promoting behavior were analyzed for frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Differences in health-promoting behavior according to general characteristics were analyzed using independent t-tests and ANOVA, followed by post-hoc analysis with the Scheffe test. Relationships among digital literacy, health literacy, depression, and health-promoting behavior were examined using Pearson's correlation coefficients. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to identify factors influencing health-promoting behavior. Results : Factors influencing health-promoting behavior included academic year dummy variable b (β=.14, p <.001), subjective health status dummy variable b (β=.51, p<.001), subjective health status dummy variable c (β=.16, p=.003), health literacy (β=.55, p<.001), and depression (β=-.20, p=.003). Conclusion : The explanatory power of these factors was 54.6% (F=25.16, p<.001). To enhance the health-promoting behavior of nursing students, it is necessary to increase their awareness of subjective health, improve their ability to discern and understand health information, and consider their emotional state through tailored education programs.

        노인의 주관적 기억력감퇴, 우울, 일상생활수행능력이 건강관련 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of subjective memory complaints, depression, and activities of daily living on the health-related quality of life in the elder. Methods: A convenience sample of 183 registered elderly was obtained from a city. Data were collected using self-reported questionnaires during march 2019. Data were analyzed through the SPSS/WIN 21.0 program using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. Results: The factors of depression(=−.35, p <.001), and activities of daily living(=.28, p <.001) had the influence of health-related quality of life in the older. The total explanatory power was 48%. Conclusion: It was found that depression and activities of daily living were influencing factors in the health-related quality of life in the elder. Therefore, to improve their health-related quality of life, it is necessary to develop strategies to manage the depression and to strengthen and develop activities of daily living.

        간호대학생의 진로정체감, 학습동기, 의사소통능력이 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : This study was conducted in order to figure out the career identity, the learning motivation and the communication skill that have influence upon the nursing professionalism in nursing students. Methods : The sample consisted of 267 students who were recruited from the Department of Nursing Science in A city. The structured questionnaire was self-administered from March 4 to March 31, 2021. Data were analyzed through the SPSS/WIN 21.0 program using descriptive statistics, Independent t-test와 one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multiple regression. Results : According to the results of this study, the factors of career identity(β=.34, p<.001) and learning motivation(β=.15, p=.026), communication skill(β=.19, p=.008) had the positive impact on the nursing professionalism level of nursing students. The total explanatory power accounted for 35.8%. Conclusions : It was found that the career identity, the learning motivation and the communication skill were the influential factors upon nursing professionalism. In order to enhance the positive nursing professionalism of nursing students, there is a need to develop educational intervention that strengthens the career identity and the learning motivation and improves the communication skill.

        플립드러닝 수업이 간호대학생의 자존감, 의사소통능력, 인지된 학업성취도에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: This study attempted to examine the effects of learner-centered flipped learning on self-esteem, communication competence, and perceived academic achievement in nursing students. Methods: Data were collected from September to November, 2019. The participants of this study were students in second grade of nursing department and consisted 143. This study design was single-group before and after design. Nursing students complete a self-administered questionnaire before and after using a flipped learning education. Data were analyzed through the SPSS/WIN 21.0 program using descriptive statistics and paired t-test. Results: After completing the flipped learning method, participants showed statistically higher self-esteem (t=−9.12, p < .001), communication competence (t=−1.99, p =.049), perceived academic achievement (t=−9.54, p <.001) than before. Conclusion: This study found that the flipped learning method designed to learn tasks assigned by learners themselves was improve in the perceived academic performance of nursing students, and showed the results of improving learners self-esteem and communication competence in nursing students. The limitation of this study is that it is difficult to generalize as it is carried out through a single-group pre- and post-research design.
