As economic profits and social influences of firms grow with economic development and their organizational expansion, consumers increasingly require firms to have their social responsibility. Because social responsibility strongly influences corporate reliability, consumers’ intention to purchase, customer loyalty to the products and the recognition of an ethical firm have gained attention as a concept of strategical importance. The prosperity of society should be proceeded for the sustainable development of a firm and the necessity of social responsibility should be emphasized to achieve virtuous circle structure that promotes growth. Additionally, the social responsibility should be proceeded to form trust on a firm. It is very important to change the recognition of consumers to purchase products and increase the profit of a company. This study aims to analyze how social responsibility properties of firms (economic, ethical, discretionary, and legal aspects as low-level factors of social responsibility which Carroll (1979) defined) affect corporate reliability and purchase intention. The analysis found that consumers trust in firms are positively influenced by ethical responsibility (0.391), economic responsibility (0.293), legal responsibility (0.251), and discretionary responsibility (0.248). The relationship between sub-factor of social responsibility and purchase intention is not significantly influenced by other explanatory variables. Corporate trust exerts a direct influence on purchase Intention (0.456). The social responsibility of a firm didn t influence a direct purchase intention. It was found that it brought positive effect on the purchase intention in the course of forming trust. This study suggests that firms should make efforts to understand the relationship between corporate trust and purchase intention along with the characteristics of social responsibility that consumers recognize and improve management strategies for mutual complementary interests.
안정화된 다중채널 RLMS 알고리즘을 이용한 덕트의 능동소음제어

An adaptive IIR filter in ANC(Active Noise Control) systems is more effective than an adaptive FIR filter when acoustic feedback exists, in which cause an order of an adaptive FIR filter must be very large if some of poles of the ideal control filter are near the unit circle. But the FIR filters may have stability problems especially when the adaptive algorithm for adaptive filters is not yet converged. In this paper, a stabilized multi-channel recursive LMS (MCRLMS) algorithm for an adaptive multi-channel IIR filter is presented. RLMS algorithms usually diverge before the algorithm is not yet converged. So, in the beginning of the ANC system, the stability of the RLMS algorithms could be improved by pulling the poles of the IIR filter to the center of the unit circle. and returning the poles to their original positions after the filter converges. Computer simulations and experiments for dipole ducts using a TMS320C32 digital signal processor have performed to show the effectiveness of a proposed algorithm.

한국철도공사의 조사에 의하면 KTX 이용 시 승객들이 느끼는 가장 불편한 점 중에 하나로 소음문제를 지적하고 있다. 특히 한국은 프랑스 등 유럽 국가와 달리 터널 구간이 차지하는 비중이 높아 터널 구간에서의 소음이 심각한 문제가 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 KTX 터널 구간 운행 시 발생하는 소음을 능동소음제어 기법으로 제어하는 가능성을 알아보기 위하여 안정도가 강화된 IIRLMS 알고리즘을 이용하여 KTX 소음을 저감하는 능동소음제어시스템을 제안하고, 이를 이용하여 직접 측정된 KTX 소음을 제어하는 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다.

Distortion analysis of digital filters for the ECG signal processing is presented. Several band pass and band reject filters are designed for the analysis. Computer simulations are performed to compare the distortions of the Butterworth type filters and linear phase optimal filters. The designed filters are applied to power line interference cancelling in ECG signals.

Large-sized flat-panel displays are widely used for PC monitors and TV displays. In this paper, frequency domain pre-filter algorithms are presented for detection of defects in large-sized Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display(TFT-LCD) panel surfaces. Frequency analysis with 1-D, 2-D FFT methods for extract the periodic patterns of lattice structures in TFT-LCD is performed. To remove this patterns, frequency domain band-stop filters were used for eliminating specific frequency components. In order to acquire only defected images, 2-D inverse FFT methods to inverse transform of frequency domain images were used.
소아 뇌성마비에 대한 추나 요법의 효과 : 체계적 문헌고찰과 메타분석

Objectives This study was aimed to evaluate the effects of Chuna manual therapy (CMT) for the treatment of cerebral palsy. Methods The randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on the treatment of CMT for cerebral palsy in children were selected among the literature published until January 2021 in seven databases. The quality of the literature was evaluated using the Cochrane s risk of bias tool, and RevMan 5.3 was used for the synthesis of results. Results Total 801 pediatric patient with cerebral palsy incontinence were finally selected from twelve RCTs. The total effective rate of the combined treatment general rehabilitation and CMT is statistically significantly higher (P<0.0001) than that of general rehabilitation alone. Conclusions This study suggests that general rehabilitation combined with CMT for cerebral palsy in children might be more effective in improving symptoms than general rehabilitation alone. As the number and quality of the literature included in the meta-analysis was insufficient, high-quality clinical studies on CMT for cerebral palsy would be required.

The purpose of this study is to improve effectiveness of Korea’s Official Development Assistance (ODA) provided to developing countries. To do this, we analyze the efficiency of ODA provided to 38 recipient countries by Korea through data envelope analysis method. The effects of four factors including population, GDP, economic decline and poverty, and external intervention on efficiency are also investigated by utilizing tobit regression analysis. As a result of the DEA efficiency analysis, it is found that the average efficiency score of the total is about 59%. By region, the average efficiency score of Asia, Africa, Central and South America, and the East and CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) are about 42%, 68%, 70%, and 74%, respectively. It indicates that the Asian countries are inefficient compared to countries of the other regions. It is also found that factors of population, GDP, economic decline and poverty, and external intervention have statistically significant effects on efficiency at 0.01 significance level. In the case of the population, the higher the population of the recipient country, the more negative (-) effect is on the efficiency. The other factors such as GDP, economic decline and poverty, and external intervention have positive effects on the efficiency.
K-R 손상이론을 적용한 316LN 스테인리스강의 크리프 거동에 관한 연구

As material is used at high temperature, a damage in the material is increased. In order to quantify a<br/> damage, Kachanov proposed ‘continuity’ that defined as the ratio of the remaining effective area, A , to the<br/> original area, A0 . Later continuity was displaced by Rabotnov with the damage parameter( ω), that is,<br/> ω=(1-A/A0) . Kachanov-Rabotnov(K-R) creep damage theory was applied to the creep curve for type<br/> 316LN stainless steel. It was determined that λ=0.3 and r=7 value by comparison with master curve.
