Vol.22 No.3
This study analyzes the competitive strategies of international and domestic fast fashion brands. We demonstrate the competitive strategies of three fast fashion brands, ZARA, Uniqlo and 8Seconds, using activity system and strategic canvas models. The result is that fast fashion brands have their own competitive advantage, which have the high fit among each of value chain activities. Through the analysis of three different brands, we found that activity system map and strategy canvas models, could act as useful frameworks in analysing the distinctiveness and potential weakness of a firm's competitive strategy.
