압축공기 중의 수분은 공압설비의 모든 요소에 중대한 해를 입히며 밸브의 고착, 계기의 막힘 또는 공압기기의 오작동을 일으키며 생산하는 제품의 질에 있어서도 많은 해를 입혀서 제품의 질을 떨어뜨리는 역할을 하게 된다. 따라서 수분을 제거하는 방법이 필요하며 기존의 냉동식 및 흡착식을 대신하여 분리막 법이 적용될 수 있다. 현재 제습용 기체분리막 모듈은 적용이 시작된 단계에 있다. 제습용 기체분리막은 의료기기, 분석기기, Instrument air 장비에 응용이 진행되고 있다. 최근 들어 선진각국 뿐만 아니라 국내에서도 막소재 개발, 복합막 개발, 모듈 개발, 시스템 설계 및 제작 기술 개발이 진행되고 있다. 현재로서는 제습막공정에 적합한 막소재의 개발이 시급하지만 이후 적용확대를 위해서는 제습용 기체분리막의 신뢰성 향상을 위한 다각도의 노력이 필요하다.

In the in vitro transcription reactions limiting concentrations of a ribonucleotide cause the phage SP6 RNA polymerase to pause long enough specifically only at the positions of the limited nucleotide and dissociate from the elongation complex. As a result a series of RNA oligomers comprising a sequencing ladder was obtained in high-resolution polyacrylamide-urea gel electrophoresis. Also, RNA oligomers up to 6-mer were made not only nucleotide-specifically, but also non-specifically. According to these results, the phage SP6 RNA polymerase appears to escape from the abortive initiation cycling after synthesizing 6 base long RNA, then get into the stable elongation mode as 7 base long RNA is made.

파아지 SP6 전사촉진제의 전사 개시 위치 부근에 다양한 염기열을 가지고 있는 돌연변이들의 전사 개시 위치를 결정하였다. 특정 누클레오티드가 제한된 생체외의 전사반응 조건에서 파아지 SP6 RNA 중합효소의 염기 특이적인 멈춤에 의하여 전사가 중단된 RNA들의 정확한 크기를 재어 각 돌연변이의 전사 개시 위치를 결정하였다. -4부터 -1 위치의 TATA 염기열을 포함하는 전사촉진제 윗 부분의 염기서열은 바뀌지 않고 +1 G가 C 또는 A로 바뀌었을때, 전사 개시는 아랫 부분의 염기 서열에 관계없이 여전히 +1 위치에서만 이루어졌다. 그러므로, 파아지 SP6 RNA 중합효소는 직접 결합하는 전사촉진제 윗 부분으로부터 정확히 일정한 거리에 있는 위치에서 첫 누클레오티드의 종류에 관계없이 전사를 개시한다고 여겨진다. 그러나, -4로부터 +1 사이의 염기서열이 TATCC인 돌연변이의 경우는 -1 C와 +1 C의 두 위치에서 전사개시가 이루어졌다. 이 천사개시 위치의 이동은 염기서열에 따른 DNA구조변화 (D 형이 B 형으로 변화) 때문이라 보인다. Therefore, it seems that the phage SP6 RNA polymerase selects the initiation site precisely at a certain distance from a direct contact point in the upstream promoter sequence, regardless of the species of initiating nucleotide. But, the mutant containing TATCC from -4 to +1 starts transcription at both positions -1 C and +1 C. This shift of the initiation site seems to be caused by the sequence-dependent perturbations of DNA helical structure, D form to B form.

An experiment was carried out to evaluate the heat transfer enhancement and the pressure drop characteristics for liquid nitrogen using wire-coil-insert technique under horizontal two-phase conditions. The tube inner diameters were 8 mm and 15 mm, respectively and the tube length was 4.7 m. The helix angle of the wire coil insert was $50^{\circ}$ and its length was 4.7 m. Heat transfer coefficients for both the plain and the enhanced test tubes were calculated from the measurements of temperatures, flow rates and pressure drops. A correlation in a power-law relationship of the Nusselt number, Reynolds number and Prandtl number for the heat transfer was proposed which can be available for design of cryogenic heat exchangers. The correlation showed that heat transfer coefficients for the wire-coil inserts were much higher than those for plain tubes, increased by more than $1.8{\sim}2.0$ times depending upon the range of the equivalent Reynolds number. The correlation was compared with other various correlations in the turbulent flow conditions.

An experiment was carried out to evaluate thermal performance of a heat transfer enhancement technique using wire-coil inserts method. The test tube is smooth tubes with wire-coil inserts of various combinations of pitch and helix angle. Test fluids are an ethylene-glycol and water solution and pure water. Heat transfer coefficients and friction factors were calculated from measurement of temperatures, flow rates and pressure drops. A unified correlation for dimensionless heat transfer coefficients was developed as a function of pitch-diameter ratio, the Reynolds number and the Prandtl number. An exergy analysis is performed to evaluate an optimal operating condition when using the wire-coil inserts method.

한 리보누클레오티드만 소량으로 제한된 생체외 전사 반응에서 파아지 SP6 RNA 중합 효소는 그 제한된 누클레오티드의 위치에서만 특이적으로 멈추어 전사 연장 복합체가 해리된다. 이들 RNA로 구성된 sequencing ladder를 고해상도의 polyacrylamide-urea겔 전기영동을 통하여 얻었다. 또한, 6개 염기 길이까지의 RNA들은 염기 특이적으로 뿐만 아니라 비특이적으로도 합성되었다. 이 결과로부터 파아지 SP6 RNA 중합효소는 6개 염기 길이까지의 RNA를 합성한 후 개시중단 순환 (abortive initiation cycling) 과정을 벗어나 7개 염기길이의 RNA를 합성하면서 안정한 전사 연장 과정으로 전환함을 알 수 있었다. Objective ; This Study was carried out to review the history of acupuncture & moxibustion in Korea under the control of imperialized Japan and to compare the history among Korea, China and Japan. Results ; Under the control of imperialized Japan the science of acupuncture & moxibustion in Korea has experienced the dark ages because of the momentary disordered medical laws made by Japan. As we compare the history of acupuncture & moxibustion among Korea, China and Japan, Korea was simple but systemic, China was complicate but complex and Japan was nearly surgical. Conclusion ; The science of acupuncture & moxibustion of Korea was mostly advanced in the late Chosun and did not just imitate that of China and has advanced uniquely.
