골프 운동이 중년여성의 체력 및 혈중지질에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this research was to investigate the changes of physical fitness and blood lipid in middle-aged women during 12 weeks golf-exercise program. The subjects were randomly assigned people placed in to two groups. The first group being the control group and the second, the golf-exercise group, with each group consisting of 10 subjects. The golf-exercise program took place for 80-minutes a day, 4 times a week and for a total of 12 weeks with physical fitness and blood lipids being regularly measured. Data has been displayed as mean and stand deviation through SPSS, and two-way ANOVA was performed to test interaction of groups and periods. The level of statistical significance for all statistics was set at p<.05. As a result of conducting this 12 week golf-exercise program, there were significant differences within the groups for muscular strength, endurance, flexibility of the body, and there were no significant difference between groups. The weight and muscle mass, body fat, the percentile of body fat and the waist-hip ratio were not significantly different between and within groups. TG, TC and LDL were not significantly different between and within groups, however, HDL-C was significantly different within the golf-exercise group. To sum up the results above, during the 12 week research, there was significant effect on the muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility of the body and HDL-C elements, and there were no significant differences in the weight, muscular strength, body fat, the percentile of body fat, the waist-hip ratio, TG, TC and LDL-C elements, Evidence shows mostly improving rates and increased effectiveness, so when considering the above result, continuous and regular golf-exercise will have positive effects on improving physical fitness and blood lipid in middle-aged women.
유산소운동프로그램이 심장질환자의 심폐기능과 신체조성에 미치는 영향

Purpose : This study is to evaluate that the impact of center and home based aerobic exercise programs on cardiopulmonary function and body composition for cardiac patients during 6 week. Methods:Total number of subjects were 24, they were divided into 2 groups(11-center based group, 14-home based group) by non-randomized controlled trial. Both exercise programs were consisted with 30 minute, 3 times a week for 6 weeks and after aerobic exercise programs, we analysed effects and changes on cardiopulmonary capacity and body composition. Analyses were performed using PASW ver. 18.0 and results were reported as mean ± standard deviation(S.D.). To investigate within-group comparisons and to evaluate on effects of exercise, we did paired t test and repeated measured ANOVA test. Significance was set at p〈.05. Results:At the maximal exertion level, oxygen consumption was significantly increase in both group but heart rate, duration of cardiopulmonary exercise test and minute ventilation was significantly increase in center based aerobic exercise group. At the ventilation threshold level, oxygen consumption, minute ventilation, minute respiratory frequency and occurrence time of ventilation threshold was significantly increase in center based aerobic exercise group. There was no significant results in body composition variables. After considering all the factors, center and home based aerobic exercise programs increased oxygen consumption at maximal exertion level but no significant changes in body composition. Conclusion:So home based aerobic exercise program with self monitoring diaries will help cardiac patients for regular and effective exercise according to the exercise prescription and it will improve the aerobic exercise program compliance as well as it will give another option for cardiac patients who can t participate in center based aerobic exercise program.
플랫폼 다이빙 Reverse dive(B) 동작의 운동학적 분석

This study is to calculate kinematic variables by conducting a three-dimensional video analysis of the preparation before the jump of the Revers dive(B) movement and the open movement before entering the water and to present basic data on the basis of the analyzed kinematic data in order to increase the completeness of technique expressions and to safely conduct difficult items. This study photographed the Revers dive(B) movement of 6 representative athletes of elementary schools in Jeju Special Self-governing Island and conducted a three-dimensional movement analysis through that video in order to achieve the purpose of this study.This study analyzed the variables of the time spent for each aspect of Revers dive(B) movement, the location of the center of body, the speed of the center of body, the angular displacement of arm segment(shoulders, elbows) and the angular displacement of leg segment(hip joint, knee joint, ankle).

The group of total 340 gymnasts, male 161 and female 179, were selected in this study. This group of gymnasts are all registered in Korea Gymnastics Association and selected from all over the country, 5 Cities (Seoul, Incheon, Daeju, Daejeon, Ulsan) and 6 Provinces (Gyeonggi, Gangwon, Gyeongbuk, Gyeongnam, Jeonnam, Jeonbuk, Jeju).This research was done by questionnaire, which was composed of 20 questions about injury body-part, types, period, and causes. Some collected questionnaire, which were against to the questionnaire law or impossible to classify, were excluded in this research and the final of 340 questionnaires were utilized by the method of SPSS Windows 12.0. Each question`s frequency analysis was calculated as a percentage (%) and the conclusion obtained from this research describes as following.
