        시큐리티기업의 인적자원관리와 조직몰입, 직무만족 및 혁신행동의 관계

        Pupose: This study was to analyze relationship between human resource management(HRM) of security company, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and innovation behavior. Methods: This study has extracted 262 samples using purposive sampling method in Kyunggido. In this study, validity and reliability have been verified through the factor analysis and the reliability analysis. The validity of questionnaire was shown as over .577 in case of HRM, .792 in case of organizational commitment, .824 in case of job satisfaction, .813 in case of innovation behavior. The reliability of questionnaire has shown Cronbach``s α value of .811 or higher. Conclusion: The conclusions are as follows. First, human resource influecne on the organizational commitment. Second, human resource management influence on the job satisfaction. Third, organizational commitment influence on the innovation behavior. Fourth, job satisfaction influence on the innovation behavior. To promote innovation behavior of members of the security company, security company will have to build a management system that can increase organizational commitment and job satisfaction.
