천연에 존재하는 새로운 루마진 유도체의 합성에 관한 연구

Gabriel-Isay의 축합 반응과, Purrmann의 solvent의 pH에 의존하는 축합 반응을 이용하여 1,3-dimethyl-4,5-diaminouracil과 glyoxylic acid ethylester hemiacetal을 출발물질로 1,3-dimethyl-4-aminouracil azomethine carboxylic acid (5) ethylester를 합성하였다. 이것을 염기 촉매하에서 고리화시켜 7-hydroxy-1,3-dimethyllumazine을 합성하고, POCl₃와 KCl을 사용하여 chlorination시켜 7-chloro-1,3-dimethyllumazine을 합성하였다. 여기에 다시 NaSH로 친핵 치환시켜 7-mercapto-1,3-dimethyllumazine을 합성하고, CH₃I로 methylation시켜 7-methylmercapto-1,3-dimethyllumazine을 합성하였다. Minisci방법으로 propionaldehyde/?????/t-butylhydroperoxide를 사용하여 6번 위치에 propionyl기를 첨가하여, 1,3-dimethyl-7-mercapto-6-propionyllumazine을 합성하였다. Raney nickel로 desulfurization하여 1,3-dimethyl-6-propionyllumazine을 합성하였다.각각의 물질들을 원소분석, 녹는점 측정 등으로 그 물질의 순도를 조사하고, FT-IR, NMR spectrum을 이용하여 그 구조를 확인하였다. Taking advantage of the Gabriel-Isay reaction and Purrmann's pH-dependent condensation, 1,3-dimethyl-4-aminouracil azomethine carboxylic acid (5) ethylester was synthesized from 1,3-dimethyl-4,5-diaminouracil and glyoxylic acid ethylester hemiacetal. It was followed by base-catalyzed cyclization to7-hydroxy-1,3-dimethyllumazine. Chlorination with POCl₃/KCl at 80℃ achieved a conversion to 7-chloro-1,3-dimethyllumazine. Nucleophilic substitution with NaSH formed 7-mercapto-1,3-dimethyllumazine. 1,3-dimethyl-7-methylmercaptolumazine was given by methylation with CH₃I. By Minisci reaction introduction of the propionyl side chain was performed by the propionaldehyde/?????/t-butylhydroperoxide generating the propionyl radical and leading to 1,3-dimethyl-7-methylmercapto-6-propionyllumazine. By the treatment of Raney nickel alloy. 1,3-dimethyl-7-methylmercapto-6-propionyllumazine was desulfurized to 1,3-dimethyl-6-propionyllumazine. FT-IR, and NMR spectrum were provided to identify the reaction products and melting point, and CHN elemental analysis to identify purity of the reaction products during synthesis.

This study developed the virtual operation system for the hydraulic pump system for marine usage. The scope of this study is to develop a process dynamic simulation model for the hydraulic pump system for marine usage, to investigate the process dynamic characteristics using the models, to accomplish the logic diagram for the PLC control and to achieve a human-machine interface (HMI) for the convenience of operators to monitor and control the process. The virtual operation system provides a virtual operation environment for the pumping system, enabling the operators to simulate the change of process variables. The system will assist in developing advanced control logics and then optimal design of the system.

In this study, experimental results of the nucleate boling of wire-wrapped tubes are provided. Both water and R-113 were boiled. Solid stainless steel wires, stranded copper wires and stranded nylon wires were tested. Solid stainless wire is effective to enhance the boiling of water. The performance is approximately the same(or slightly better at certain conditions) as that of GEWA-T tubes. For the test range of wire diameter 0.6 $mm{\le}d{\le}2.6 mm$, the optimum gap width increases as the wire diameter increases. The maximum heat transfer coefficient was obtained for the 1.0 mm diameter wire, and it is 1.6 times larger than that of the GEWA-T at the heat flux of 20 $kW/m^{2}.$ Solid stainless wire is also effective to enhance the boling of R-113 at low heat fluxes. The performance of the wire-wrapped tube approaches that of GEWA-T. At high heat fluxes, however, the enhancement decreases. The reason may be attributed to the cavity shape and the high wettability of the refrigerants. Stranded copper or nylon wire is effective to enhance the boiling of R-113. The performance is approximately the same(or slightly better) as that of GEWA-T tubes. Maximum heat transfer was obtained for the stranded nylon wire, and it is approximately 1.4 times larger than that for the GEWA-T at the heat flux of 20 $kW/m^{2}.$ The reason may be atrributed to the favorable thermal environment in the restricted regions formed by twisted wires.
근전도계 및 유발성 응답기의 안전 요구사항 및 시험방법 연구

본 논문에서는 중추신경계나 대뇌피질의 운동 및 감각기능을 검사하는 근전도계 및 유발성응답기의 안전 요구사항 및 시험방법을 기술한다. 국제 기준에 부합화하는 안전 요구사항을 설정하고, 국제 표준에 따른 시험방법 및 표준 시험절차서를 제시하였다. 그러나 장비의 개별 성능 요구사항은 특정하지 않고, 제조사에서 제시하는 성능이나 출력이 가능하도록 규정하였다. 시중에 유통되고 있는 근전도계 장비를 이용하여 제시된 시험방법에 대한 유효성을 확인하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 식품의약품안전청에서 의료기기 인허가시 적용되는 기준규격으로서 사용될 수 있을 것이다. This paper describes requirements and test methods for the safety of electromyographs and evoked response equipments to be used for medical examination of the central nerve system and motor-sensory functions in cortex. We first establish internationally harmonized requirements for the safety, and then propose a test procedure and test methods corresponding to the requirements based on the international standards. However requirements for the performance of each equipments are not specified in order to admit maker"s specifications. Using a electromyography equipment we verified validity of the test methods proposed. Results of this study can be used as a standard for approval of Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA).

초음파자극기의 오동작이나 부작용에 대한 예방으로 안전성 확보와 품질 향상이 필요하며 이를 위한 시판전의 시험검사나 시판후의 수거검사시에 안전성 및 성능평가를 위한 표준시험방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 초음파자극기에 대한 전기적 안전성 평가를 위한 필수시험과 성능평가를 위한 표준시험방법을 연구하였다. Ultrasonic wave stimulator need estimation of quality and security of safety by courtesy call about malfunction or side effect. Need a standard of test method for estimation of safety and performance in type test before marketing or removal examination after marketing for this. In this paper, studied standard of test method for estimation of essential electrical safety and performance for ultrasonic wave stimulator.
