        양식 범가자미(Verasper variegatus) 질병 모니터링 및 Edwadsiella piscicida 병원성 평가

        . Abstract Although spotted halibut (Verasper variegatus) is a new cultured fish species in Korea, there are no studies on disease occurred in the fish. In this study, we investigated the disease status of the spotted halibut in Gyeongbuk in 2022 and performed molecular characterization of pathogen. Virus, including LCDV, RSIV, VHSV, MBV and HRV, and parasite were not detected in all samples. However, a total of seven bacterial strains including six strains of Vibrio sp. and one strain of Aeromonas salmonicida were isolated from necrotic lesion of gill cover and skin, kidney and spleen. Phylogenetic analysis using 16S rRNA and pyrH genes for accurate bacteria identification indicated that Vibrio strains were clustered with V. renipiscarius, V. rotiferianus, V. gigantis, V. pomeroyi and Aliivibrio finisterrensis. A. salmonicida was clearly grouped with previously reported A. salmonicida subsp. masoucida by vap gene. The experiment infection with 1×107 to 1×106, 1×105, 1×104 and 1×103 CFU/ml of E. piscicida showed 100% 80%, 50% and 40% of cumulative mortality rate, respectively, indicating that this bacteria is highly virulent pathogen in the spotted halibut. These results may provide useful information for the control or prevention of disease in spotted halibut.

        간호대학생의 정신간호학 실습이 요중 Na^(+), Cl^(-), K^(+), Ca^(++)에 미치는 영향

        This study was done to investigate the effect of the first experience of the clinical experience for psychiatric nursing on urinary Na^(+), Cl^(-), K^(+), Ca^(++) of the nursing students. We analyzed the urine of 36 students on curriculum who were students of D college in K city. The data were analyzed with SAS Statistical analysis was performed by using paired t-test, GLM. The second day group increased 18.56 at 8AM, 31.90 at 4PM in a case of Na^(+)(p=0.004). The second day group increased 27.61 at 8AM, 43.53 at 4PM in a case of Cl^(-)(p=0.009). The first day group increased 2.62 at 8AM, 7.09 at 4PM in a case of K^(+)(p=0.018). The second day group increased 3.69 at 8AM, 5.19 at 4PM in a case of K+(p=0.013). The second day group increased 20.65 at 8AM, 14.07 at 4PM in a case of Ca^(++)(p=0.033). There was a significant difference in Na^(+) according to group at 8AM(F=4.17, p=0.024) and 4PM(F=3.58, p=0.040). There was a significant difference in Cl^(-) according to group at 8AM(F=4.38, p=0.020) and 4PM(F=6.29, p=0.003). There was a significant difference in K^(+) according to group at 8AM(F=5.03, p=0.012). In conclusion, Na^(+), Cl^(-), K^(+), Ca^(++) may be used as a indicator of the amount of stress to improve the educational environment for the students.

        각막신생혈관에 대한 버테포르핀을 이용한 광역학치료의 동물실험

        Purpose: To determine the efficacy of photodynamic therapy (PDT) with verteporfin (Visudyne?, Norvatis Ophthalmics AG, Hettingen, Switzerland), a benzoporphyrin derivative, in the treatment of corneal neo- vascularization (CN) in a rabbit eye model. Methods: CN was induced by placing instrastromal sutures in the cornea. Two weeks after suturing, verteporfin was administrated intravenously and 1 hour later, the right eye (treated group) was exposed to a laser with a 689 nm wavelength, and the left eye was used as the control. The changes in CN were analyzed using biomicroscopy and optical microscopy in twelve rabbits. Results: The mean percentages of the neovascular area in the control and treated groups were 96.4±1.9% and 90.3±3.5% (P=0.009) at three days after the PDT, 88.6±4.6% and 71.6±6.2% (P<0.001) at one week, and 76.8±4.4%와 43.6±15.1% (P<0.001) at two weeks, respectively. Optical microscopy showed significant differences between the control and treated group in terms of the area and number of CN (P<0.05). Conclusions: PDT with verteporfin is a safe and effective procedure for regressing CN. However, a further study will be necessary.

        간호학생의 정신간호학 실습이 요중 17-Ketosteroid(KS), 17-Hydroxycorticosteroid(OHCS)에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the first experience of the clinical experience for psychiatric nursing on the urinary 17-ketosteroid (KS) and 17-hydroxycorticosteroid (OHCS) of the nursing students. We analyzed the urine of fifteen students on curriculum who were students of D college in K city, compared with the control. In terms of 17-KS, at the end (4 PM) of the first day (p=0.00l) and the last day (p=0.003), there was statistically significant difference between the control and the experimental group. In terms of 17-OHCS, at the end of the first day, there was statistically significant difference between the control and the experimental group (p=0.005), and between at the beginning (8 AM) and at the end during the clinical experience (p=0.035). At the last day, also, there was significant difference on the statistics between at the beginning and at the end in both the control (p=0.018) and the experimental group (p=0.004). In conculusion, 17-KS and I7-OHCS may be used as a indicator of the amount of stress to improve the educational environment for the students.

        치매간호중재 프로그램이 경증 치매노인의 Na, K, Ca, Cl, P, Cholesterol의 혈중농도 및 17-KS, 17-OHCS의 뇨배설량에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted for the evaluation of the effect of Dementia prevention nursing program on Urinary 17-KS, 17-OHCS, and Blood Na, Cl, K, Ca, P, cholesterol. The sample for the present study was composed of 16 demented elderly in D care center for the eldery in K city. The Dementia prevention nursing program consisted of concept memory training, music therapy, and art therapy. The program was performed twice a week and about ninety minutes was consumed for one session. The program had been administered for 8 weeks. We checked Urinary 17-KS, 17-OHCS, and Blood Na, Cl, K, Ca, P, cholesterol befor and after the program. Statistical analysis was performed by using descriptive statistics and Wlicoxon signed rank test of SAS system for window 6.12. The result were follows : 1. Urinary 17-KS 17-KS score increased significantly after intervention(p=0.005). 2. Urinary 17-OHCS 17-KS score increased significantly after intervention(p=0.00l). 3. Blood Na, Cl, K, Ca, P, cholesterol Na(p=0.0002), Cl(p=0.0001) K(p=0.0001), Ca(p=0.0028) decreased significantly after intervention. The results show that Dementia prevention nursing program increases Urinary 17-KS, the Dementia 17-OHCS, and decreases Blood Na, Cl, K, Ca, P, cholesterol. In conclusion, prevention nursing program can be used for the effective measure to decrease stress of the Demented elderly.

        결핵성 및 비결핵성 흉막삼출액에서 TNF-$\alpha$ 농도의 진단적 의의

        연구배경 : 결핵성 흉막염의 감별 진단 목적으로 널리 이용되고 있는 검사는 adenosine deaminase와 INF-$\gamma$를 세포성 면역에 또다른 중요한 매개체로 알려진 TNF-$\alpha$의 진단적 의의를 조사하고, 현재 임상에서 유용한 지표로 사용되고 있는 adenosine deaminase와의 감별력을 비교하고자 본 연구를 시행하였다. 방 법 : 삼출성 흉막염 80예(결핵성 : 39예, 암성 : 31예, 부폐렴흉막염 : 10예)를 대상으로 흉수의 기본적인 세포조성, 화학 검사와 더불어 ADA와 TNF-$\alpha$(Medgenix IRMA kit)를 측정하였다. 결 과 : 흉수내 ADA농도는 결핵성 흉막염에서 $48.7{\pm}32.7U/L$로 비결핵성 흉막염 $26.0{\pm}41.3U/L$에 비해 유의한 차이로 높았고(p < 0.05), TNF-$\alpha$치 또한 결핵성 흉막염에서 $184.1{\pm}214.2pg/mL$로 비결핵성 흉막삼출액 $44.1{\pm}114.2pg/mL$에 비해 유의하게 높았다(p < 0.01). ROC 곡선을 이용하여 ADA와 TNF-$\alpha$의 감별력을 가장 높일 수 있는 기준치를 정하였을 때, ADA는 30U/ml, TNF-$\alpha$는 15pg/ml로 측정되었고, 각각의 기준치를 이용하여 감수성과 특이도를 구하였을때, ADA는 감수성 66.7%, 특이도 85.0%, TNF-$\alpha$는 감수성 69.2% 특이도 87.1%를 보였다. 두 검사의 민감도와 특이도를 비교하기 위한 ROC 곡선에서, ROC 곡선아래의 면적(area under curve)은 ADA와 TNF-$\alpha$사이에 유의한 차이가 없었다(ADA 0.83, TNF-$\alpha$ 0.82). 다중회귀분석(multiple stepwise regression)에서 ADA가 가장 유용한 지표로 계산되었으나 TNF-$\alpha$의 추가가 분별력에 더 이상의 기여함은 없었다. 결 론 : 결핵성 흉막염과 비결핵성 흉막염을 감별 진단하는데 ADA와 함께 TNF-$\alpha$도 유용한 지표로 이용될 수 있으나 두가지 검사를 함께 시행함에 따른 진단에 있어서의 잇점은 없었다. Objectives : The differentiation of tuberculous effusion from the other causes of exudative pleural effusion remained difficult even with aids of biochemical analyses and pleural biopsy. As the pathophysiology of tuberculous pleural effusion is an enhanced cell mediated immunity, Adenosine deaminase(ADA) and various eytokines including Inteferon-$\gamma$, tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-$\alpha$) are considered as useful diagnostic tools in differentiating exudative pleural effusion. The author would like to demonstrate the diagnostic usefulness of TNF-$\alpha$ in the differentiation of exudative pleural effusion, and compared the discriminating ability of TNF-$\alpha$ with ADA. Methods : Pleural fluids obtained from 80 patients (tuberculous : 39, malignant : 31, parapneumonic : 10) with exudate pleural effusions were processed for cell counts and biochemical analysis including ADA and TNF-$\alpha$. Results : Tuberculous pleural fluid showed higher levels of ADA and TNF-$\alpha$, $48.7{\pm}32.7U/L$ and $184.1{\pm}214.2pg/mL$ than that of non-tuberculous effusion $26.0{\pm}41.3U/L$ and $44.1{\pm}114.2pg/mL$, respectively (ADA, TNF-$\alpha$, p < 0.05, p < 0.01). Receiver operating characteristics(ROC) curves were generated for ADA and TNF-$\alpha$ and the best cut-off value for adenosine deaminase and TNF-$\alpha$were considered as 30U/L and 15pg/ml, respectively. Comparing the area under the ROC curves, there was no significant difference between ADA and TNF-$\alpha$. Conclusion : For the differential diagnosis of tuberculous pleural effusion from the other causes of exudative pleural effusions, TNF-$\alpha$ as well as ADA was considered as useful diagnostic method. However adding TNF-$\alpha$ to ADA has no further diagnotic benefit than ADA alone.
