Excavators are universal equipment used in many fields due to their high applicability and economics to various kinds of work. However, the environment in which the excavator is used is very poor, and users are exposed to various noises, vibrations, and dusts, as well as high risk of industrial accidents such as falling rocks and falling. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent the danger of the user when working in the hazardous area. In addition, various sensors are installed to collect and analyze a lot of information for the safety of the equipment. However, the current technology has the disadvantage that the system configuration is complicated and expensive, and the cost increases because the equipment must be collected again when attached to the test equipment going abroad. Therefore, in this paper, we construct an Internet Database for 1.5ton excavator and construct a system that can remote system the excavator while reducing development cost using commercial microcomputer.

In this paper, we develops an unmanned test system for the purpose of realizing an actual forklift-based test-bed for the operation durability of the forklift mast. First, two robot actuators were applied to the lever to replace lever manipulation of the operator. For detecting the height of the fork and the tilt angle of the mast, the laser displacement sensor and the inclinometer were installed to the forklift. Next, the embedded control system was used to control the robot actuator with reference to test mode. Experimental evaluation verified that developed test system was effective and practical for the viewpoint of the repeatability of the test mode.

In this paper, we developed a workload index for monitoring the durability test using operation information of an excavator. First, the acceleration and cylinder pressure were selected as load factors by analyzing operation data. Through load correlation analysis according to each load factor, Root Mean Square (RMS) and Work Load Range (WLR) were respectively derived as a load feature representing mechanical load. In addition, the workload index was used to quantify load features. For applying the workload index to monitoring, a real-time monitoring system consisting of sensors and embedded controller was installed on the excavator and the system was integrated with a remote monitoring environment using a wireless network. Results of load monitoring and analysis verified that the developed workload index was effective from the viewpoint of the relative comparison of the workload.

When wheelchair users use a car, a situation occurs in which the wheelchair must be loaded on the vehicle trunk. Wheelchair users are assisted by others for loading wheelchair on the car"s trunk. However, due to the weight of the wheelchair and the inconvenient structure of the wheelchair, the normal person also have difficulty in loading and unloading. Therefore, it is necessary to provide an auxiliary system to help the disabled to load the wheelchair in the trunk when boarding the vehicle. This system design studies the wheelchair lift system in the narrow trunk space of the 2000cc class sedan. Mechanisms are constructed to load and unload 15kg wheelchair within 80sec, and controlled by the Arduino-based control system. Future research will develop the system that automatically transports wheelchair from the driver"s seat to the wheelchair cage and will complete the automatic wheelchair transport-lift system by connecting with the lift system.
