개혁주의생명신학의 관점으로 본 백석목회지원센터의 역할과 목회 방향

이 논문은 개혁주의 생명신학의 관점에서 백석신학대학원 재학생들과 2015,6학년도 졸업생들을 대상으로 목회정보에 관한 설문을 토대로 목회지원센터의 역할과 향후 방향에 대한 제언을 담았다. 논문을 위한 자료는 2016년 5월 백석신학대학원생과 2015,2016년 졸업생을 포함한 919명의 목회정보설문을 분석해서 사용했습니다. 이 설문을 통해서 개혁주의 생명신학의 관점에서 백석목회지원센터가 실행하고 있는 프로그램에 대한 효율성과 선호도 그리고 평가를 통해서 목회지원센터의 역할과 향후 사역의 방향을 점검하고 확인하여 발전시켜 나아가는 것이 중요함을 인식하는 것입니다. 뿐만 아니라 향후의 사역의 방향에서는 현장의 목회가 매우 실제적인 내용과 역할을 강조하기 때문에 보다 실용적인 프로그램을 통해서 정규교과 과정을 보완해 나감으로서 신학대학원의 학문성과 아울러 실용성을 높이는데 도움이 되게 하는 것이다. 현대는 통계의 중요성이 강조되기 때문에 매년 정기적으로 재학생과 졸업생들을 대상으로 한 목회정보를 수집, 분석하여 정규 교과과정 혹은 비정규교과과정을 통해서 보다 양질의 목회자를 양성하는 교육기관으로서의 역할을 강화하는 활용하는 방안의 모색의 필요성을 인식하게 됩니다. 또한 실제적인 목회 훈련의 장으로 인턴십 활성화의 필요성이 대두되고 있습니다. 이를 위한 교계, 학교, 그리고 학생들과의 원활한 대화를 통해서 하루빨리 이러한 프로그램들이 정착되기를 기대한다. 청소년소설은 청소년기라는 사회화 과정에서 청소년들에게 자아정체감 탐색의 일환으로 문학의 역할이 강조되는 장르이다. 2000년대 이후 청소년소설은 소재 다양성을 추구하면서 당대 청소년들의 행동특성과 가치관을 반영한 관심사들을 서사화하고 있다. 청소년들이 또래 집단과 맺는 상호작용은 청소년문화의 장(場)에서 하위문화로서 그들만의 또래 문화를 공유하며 성장한다. 이 글에서는 2000년대 이후 출간된 청소년 소설에 나타난 또래 문화를 중심으로 또래의 역할이라는 관계성에 주목하여 성장 담론을 고찰하였다. 먼저, 『주머니 속의 고래』와 『닌자 걸스』에서는 청소년 주체의 또래 관계가 긍정적인진로 선택의 조력자로 기능하는 또래 역할을 분석하였다. 청소년들의 연예인이라는 진로 선택은 ‘또래의 지지와 격려’라는 또래 문화의 감수성으로 나타난다. 청소년소설에서 부모와 진로 선택의 갈등을 겪을 때 또래 집단은 상호의존 하면서 진로 선택의 조력자로서 또래 문화를 형성하는 성장 담론을 확인하였다. 두 번째로 『하이킹 걸즈』와 『내 이름은 망고』에서는 청소년 주체가 ‘한부모가족’의 상처를 극복하고 치유하는 데 또래가 정서적 지지자 역할을 하는 또래 문화를 분석하였다. 청소년들이 또래에게 위안을 받고 가족 갈등의 상처를 극복하고 치유한다는 점에서 또래의 역할이 건강한 자아정체감을 형성하는 사회적 자원으로서 기능하는 성장 담론을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 『지독한 장난』과 『주먹을 꼭 써야 할까?』에서는 학교 폭력이라는 부정적인 또래 문화를 분석하였다. 학교 폭력은 왜곡된 힘의 논리에 의한 가치 판단의 부조화를 드러내고 청소년기 이후의 삶에 상흔을 남긴다. 청소년소설에서 청소년들의 학교 폭력 경험은 영원한 가해자와 피해자, 방관자로 규정할 수 없는 폭력의 희생자들임을 확인하였다. 청소년이 건강한 성인으로 자랄 수 있도록 『지독한 장난』에서는 또래 집단의 긍정적인 역할과 『꼭 주먹을 써야 할까?』에서는 또래의 조언과 교사의 개입이라는 사회구성원들의 적극적인 노력의 필요성을 제시하였다. 작품 분석 결과 청소년소설에서 또래 문화는 진로 선택과 가족 문제, 학교폭력 문제를 해결하는 또래 집단의 양가적인 역할에 따라 자아 정체감을 형성해가는 청소년 주체의 성장 담론을 확인하였다. Adolescent literature is a genre which emphasizes a role of literature in teenagers forming self identity going through socialization process. Since the 2000s, adolescent literature has been trying to diversify subject matters and reflect the behavioral features and values of adolescents. Adolescents interact with each other and create their own subculture within their peer groups while growing up. This study considers the relations of peer groups, focusing on the peer culture in adolescent literature published after 2000. Firstly, 『A Whale in the Pocket』 and 『Ninja Girls』 are analyzed as novels where peer relations serve as a positive helper in choosing careers. A teenager chooses to become an entainer and his or her peer group supports and encourages him or her to be, which shows peer culture sensibility. When there is a conflict between a teenager and parents making a choice of a career, peer group members become interdependent on each other and in the meanwhile they create peer culture. Secondly, 『Hiking Girls』 and 『My Name is Mango』 are analyzed as novels where peer group members help a teenager get over pains from a single-parent family. A peer group plays a positive role in giving a consolation and healing a peer member’s pains from family conflicts, and funtions as social resources in forming healthy self identity. Lastly, 『Horrible Mischief』 and 『Do we need to use fists?』 are analyzed focusing on school violence, a negative peer culture. School violence shows a wrong value judgement by distorted power-based logic and leaves scars in teenagers’ lives ever after. Adolescent literature proves that adolescents who have gone through school violence are victims of violence and they cannot be defined as an inflictor or a victim. 『Horrible Mischief』 presents how important a peer group’s role is to help a teenager grow into a healthy adult, and 『Do we need to use fists?』 suggests that peer group members’ heartful advice and teachers’ active intervention are needed. As a result of analyzing the novels, peer culture is proved to help adolescents choose a career, get over family conflicts, solve school problems and eventually form self identity.

GTA 아래보기 자세 다층용접부의 비드형상 예측에 관한 실험적 연구

The automatic arc welding is generally accepted as the preferred joining technique and commonly chosen for assembly of large metal structures such as in areas of automotive, aircraft and shipbuilding due to its joint strength, reliability, and low cost compared to other joint processes. Recently, several mathematical models have been developed and studied for control and monitoring welding quality, productivity, microstructure and weld properties in arc welding processes. This study indicates the prediction of process parameters for the expected welding quality with accordance to the adaptive GTA welding process. Furthermore, the mathematical models is also develop to aid the selection of an optimal welding process as the generation of process controls to predict the bead geometry as a function output parameters in the GTA welding process. The developed models through this study showed comparatively excellent predicted results, and will extend to other welding processes to integrate an optimized system for the robotic welding process.
