중국 유제품의 제품속성과 지각된 품질, 고객만족 및 재구매 의도의 관계에 관한 연구

본 연구는 중국에서 생산하고 있는 유제품에 대하여 제품속성, 지각된 품질, 고객만족도, 재구매 의도의 구조적 관계를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 내적제품속성요인은 지각된 품질에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있은 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 외적제품속성 요인은 지각된 품질에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 지각된 품질은 고객만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 넷째, 지각된 품질은 재 구매의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있은 것으로 분석하였다. 중국 유제품은 제품속성, 지각된 품질, 고객만족도, 재구매 의도의 구조적 영향 관계가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 실무적 시사점을 제시하였고, 연구의 한계점 및 향후 연구방향에 대해서 논의하였다. Lots of studies have been carried out on the quality of Chinese dairy products in response to customers' increasing awareness of them. Most of such studies, however, have dealt with the attribute product, quality perception, customer satisfaction and re-purchase intention of Chinese dairy products rather from the fragmentary perspective, than from the systematic one. The present study thus makes an attempt to analyze the relationship among the internal and external attribute product, quality perception, customer satisfaction, and re-purchase intention of Chinese dairy products from the structural viewpoint. In order to verify the study model for this purpose, a survey was conducted by means of the questionnaires distributed to 260 who were using Chinese dairy products. From the empirical analysis that followed the survey, following results could be determined: First, factors of internal attribute product were found to have positive influence upon quality perception. Second, it was known that factors of external attribute product, too, had positive effect upon quality perception. Third, quality perception turned out to have positive impact on customer satisfaction. Fourth, it was also made clear that quality perception affected re-purchase intention positively. Based on the findings from the survey as above, workable suggestions could be offered in this study and limitations and directions of the forthcoming studies could be discussed as well.
Analysis on Efficiency of Insurance Company in China Based on DEA Model

[Purpose]China’s insurance industry, though with obvious progress, but since 2012, it has been surpassed by trust industry in terms of asset management scale. Therefore, this paper focused on the efficiency of China’s insurance industry, hoping to find out the factors that affect the efficiency, and thus promote the development of China’s insurance industry. [Methodology]Based on the data envelopment analysis(DEA), this paper selected the operating data of 56 Chinese insurance companies from 2010 to 2015 and analyzed their operating efficiency. In addition, applied the econometrics model to identify the factors that determine the level of efficiency. [Findings]The efficiency of life insurance companies dropped first and then rose up in study period. GDP growth rate, personnel quality, capital utilization capability, operation capability, and risk diversification capability are the main factors affecting the efficiency values. The efficiency of property insurance companies increased stably in study period, Capital utilization capability, operation capability, and risk diversification capability are the main factors affecting the efficiency values. [Implications]First, The results suggest the direction of how to improve firm efficiency. In addition, the management improved and the progress of technology is an effective method to improve the efficiency of the insurance company. Finally It provides the basis for the governmental management.
소상공인의 정보이용수준이 균형성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 지원서비스의 조절효과를 중심으로-

In this paper, an analysis was conducted to investigate the effects of small-scale businessmen's information usage level on their balanced scores by introducing such multidimensional factors of the stepwise information usage level as information acquisition, utilization and processing used as individual variable respectively. From the analyses, it was found that, first, information utilization and processing except for information acquisition out of three information usage levels exercised positive impacts on the performance of small scale businessmen. Such findings of the analyses might be interpreted as referring to the probability that the net profit and return on investment (ROI) of small businesses could be reduced in spite of increase in sales, if and when excessive investment be made on their part to satisfy the high customer demand without considering their scale Second, the analyses showed that the correlation between information acquisition, utilization and processing of small-scale businessmen on the one hand and the government's support service on the other could have regulatory influence upon the balanced scores of small-scale businessmen. These findings might eventually lead to a conclusion that there is still insufficient awareness of the real objectives of government's support policies which aim not to simply support small-scale businessmen but to help them improve their competitiveness. As a consequence, most small-scale businessmen are inclined to rely frequently on the support center for small businesses as an ultimate means to solve their problems in management, which have already developed into a serious problem. 본 논문은 국내 소상공인의 성과평가에 대한 실증분석 자료를 제시하고자 단계별 정보 이용 수준과 정부지원서비스가 소상공인의 균형성과에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 데에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 분석결과에 따르면, 소상공인의 단계별 정보이용수준에 따라 균형성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 정부지원서비스는 소상공인의 단계별 정보이용수준과 경영성과와의 관계에 대하여 조절효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다.
