        류마티스 관절염 환자의 원인지각에 대한 연구 : Q방법론적 접근

        This study was undertaken to find out the causal perception of rheumatoid arthritis patients, and to understand the typology. The Q-population consisted of 236 statements of causal perception were collected. Thirty eight Q-samples of causal perception were selected. The P-sample for this study were made up of 28 first visiting female rheumatoid arthritis patients from a rheumatoid arthritis specialty hospital. Each respondent responded Q-set of causal perception according to 9-point scale. The result of Q-sorting were coded and analyzed using QUANL PC program. 1) Typological Observation on Causal Perception (1) Physical Fatigue Type : Type 1 perceived that the illness occurred due to excessive work requiring physical labor or strain that had occurred from not resting after excessive physical labor, therefore, thinking the origin of the illness was from physical strain. (2) Physical origin Type : Type 2 perceived that the major cause for the illness is not only excessive physical labour but also fecundity and old age. (3) Causality to Environment Type : Type 3 perceived that rheumatoid arthritis occurred from injury to the joints or bad and humid weather. (4) Conscience of Guilty Type : Type 4 consisted of people with guilty conscience for lack of religious commitment. They perceived that the illness was a punishment from God for not praying or because of bad luck. (5) Rationally Perceiving Type : People who belong in type 5 perceived the cause of illness in light of scientific facts such as genetics, unbalanced diet or lack of exercise. (6) Psychological Stress Type : People who belong in type 6 believed that excessive stress was the cause of the illness. 2) Emotions of Rheumatoid arthritis patients Rheumatoid arthritis patients' positive emotions included determination, courage, coping, acceptance, hope, and adoption ; and their negative emotions were prostration, worry, stupor, conflicts, grievance, giving-up, resignation, depression, loss, solitariness, fear, anxiety, avoidance, anger and loneliness. Rheumatoid arthritis patients experience different level of emotions from their suffering experience from the severe pains. Rheumatoid arthritis patients also experience negative emotions when they could not perform self-care and lose their self-esteem from painful suffering ; however, they regain positive emotions when they recover from pain with the use of drugs, physical therapy or exercise. Their emotional states are closely connected to level of and presence of pain.

        홀 추력기를 이용한 두바이셋-2 위성의 궤도변화 분석

        본 논문에서는 국내에서 개발된 인공위성 중 최초로 홀 추력기(Hall-effect Thruster)를 탑재한 두바이셋-2(DubiaSat-2)호의 궤도를 분석하여 홀 추력기의 성능을 검증하였다. 두바이셋-2호가 발사된 2013년 11월 21일(UTC) 이후 8개월간의 초기 궤도 운용을 위한 준비 및 수행 결과들에 대해 중점을 두었으며, 임무 수행 기간 중 태양활동이 궤도 변화에 미치는 영향력을 함께 분석하였다. 특히, 증가한 추력에 따른 실제 궤도 변화와 예측된 궤도를 비교하여 분석한 결과 홀 추력기는 지상 실험 결과와 유사한 11 mN 추력을 발생하고 있는 것을 확인하였다. 본 논문에서 정리된 내용은 추후 홀 추력기를 탑재한 인공위성의 초기 및 정상 임무기간 동안 궤도 운용 시 안정성과 효율성을 높이는데 주요 참고자료가 될 것으로 판단된다. DubaiSat-2 is the first satellite developed in Korea equipped with a hall-effect thruster. In this paper, the performance of the DubaiSat-2 hall-effect thruster is verified by analyzing the orbit information of DubaiSat-2. The preparation and performance of orbit operations during 8 months after launch (2013.11.21., UTC) is emphasized and the effects of solar activity on orbit evolution is analyzed. In particular, the hall-effect thruster’s thrust is estimated by analyzing difference between observed orbit evolution and predicted orbit. As a result, the estimated thrust is similar to the ground experiment result of 11 mN. The summarized result in this paper would be important reference to improve the stability and effectiveness of satellite operation during the early operation and normal mission lifetime in case of low Earth orbit satellites.

        하지전신계측검사에서 자세의 변화에 따른 방사선량 및 영상평가

        하지전신계측검사(low extremity teleography)에서 자세 변화에 따른 중요장기의 방사선량을 측정하고 영상을 비교 분석하여 검사방법에 따른 유용성을 알아보고자 하였다. 대상은 하지전신계측검사를 시행한 성인남자 10명을 대상하였고 촬영조건은 관전압 73 kVp, 관전류량 32 mAs, SID 180 cm로 설정하였다. 방사선량 측정은 란도 팬텀을 이용하여 수정체, 갑상선, 생식선 부위에 유리선량계(glass dosimeter)를 부착한 후 전후방향자세와 후전방향자세를 각각 5번씩 시행하여 부위별로 방사선량을 측정한 후 Paired T-test로 비교 분석 하였다. 영상평가는 전후방향자세와 후전방향자세를 시행한 영상을 blind test를 실시하여 5점 척도로 평가하였다. 결과적으로 전후방향자세검사에 비해 후전방향자세검사가 수정체 약 6%, 갑상선 약 6%, 생식선에 미치는 방사선량을 약 27% 감소시킬 수 있으며 영상평가에서도 두 그룹 간에 큰 차이가 없어, 하지전신계측검사에서 전후방향자세검사보다 후전방향자세검사가 유용할 것으로 사료된다. In this study, radiation doses of major organs in various postures in lower extremity teleography were measured and compared to investigate the utility of the test methods. Ten adult males who underwent lower extremity teleography at a tube voltage of 73 kVp, tube current of 32 mAs, and SID of 180 cm. Using rando phantom, glass dosimeter was attached to the eye lens, thyroid gland, and genital gland to measure the radiation dose in each area 5 times in each anteroposterior posture and posteroanterior posture. The results were compared and analyzed through Paired T-test. The images from the anteroposterior posture and posteroanterior posture were evaluated through the blind test on a scale of 5. As a result, the posteroanterior method could reduce the dose than the anteroposterior posture method: less dose for the eye lens by 6%, thyroid gland by 6%, and genital gland by 26%. Since there was no significant difference in image evaluation, the posteroanterior posture is considered better than the anteroposterior posture in lower extremity teleography.

        발목 근력 강화 운동이 대학생의 균형 능력 및 계단 오르고 내리기에 미치는 영향

        The objective of this study is to investigate the effects of ankle muscular strengthening exercise on balance and stair ascent and descent in college students. Selected 24 college students and randomly assigned them to the experimental and control groups. The experimental group performed ankle muscular strengthening exercise, while the control group engaged in walking exercises. The two groups performed 30-minute exercises three times a week for 4 weeks, and balance was measured using the BT4 and Step test (ST), while stair climbing and descending ability were assessed using the timed stair test (TST), The results of this study indicated that both the experimental and control groups showed a significant increase in dynamic balance, static balance and stair climbing and descending abilities (p<.05). These results suggest that the effects of four weeks of ankle muscular strengthening exercise were effective in improving balance and stair climbing and descending abilities in college students.

        하수슬러지 소각재를 이용한 인공경량골재의 제조특성

        본 연구에서는 하폐수슬러지의 재활용 방안으로 하폐수슬러지 소각재를 이용한 인공경량골재 제조시 단위용적질량, 흡수율, 압축강도 측정 및 SEM 사진을 통하여 인공경량골재로서의 특성을 평가하고자 하였다. 본 연구에 사용된 하폐수슬러지 소각재는 B시 K하수처리장의 하폐수슬러지를 A사의 소각로에서 소각한 후 배출된 것을 사용하였다. 실험은 하폐수슬러지 소각재에 규산나트륨 첨가량(0, 10, 20, 30%)과 성형압력(0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4 ton)을 변화시켜 가면서 인공경량골재 시편을 제조한 후 압축강도, 단위용적질량, 압축강도 등을 분석하였다. 실험결과 하폐수슬러지 소각재만으로 제조한 인공경량골재 시편에 비해 결합제로서 규산나트륨을 첨가한 인공경량골재 시편의 경우가 더 기준치에 적합한 것을 알 수 있었다. 인공경량골재 SLA-0의 경우 성형압력 3 ton 이상, SLA-1의 경우 성형압력 2 ton 이상, SLA-2, SLA-3의 경우 성형압력 1 ton 이상에서 단위용적질량, 흡수율, 압축강도 기준치를 모두 만족하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 인공경량골재 제조에 의한 하폐수슬러지의 재활용이 충분히 가능함을 확인할 수 있었다. The objectives of this study have been carried out to investigate the manufacture characteristics of artificial lightweight aggregate using sewage sludge ash by bulk density, water absorption rate, compressive strength and SEM photograph for wastewater sludge recycling. The sewage sludge was collected from K wastewater treatment plant in Busan, and incinerated in A company incinerator. Adding sodium silicate were 0, 10, 20 and 30wt%, and compacting pressure were 0.5, 1, 2, 3 and 4 ton, respectively. Results showed that the artificial lightweight aggregate samples of SLA-0(above 3 ton), SLA-1(above 2 ton) and SLA-2, SLA-3(above 1 ton) were standardized about bulk density, absorption rate and compressive strength. And adding sodium silicate was found to be effective than sewage sludge ash alone. These results were showed that the manufacture of artificial lightweight aggregate using sewage sludge ash have the possibility for resource recycling.
