H. Richard Niebuhr의 신학과 윤리학의 공공신학적 토대

본 연구는 H. Richard Niebuhr의 신학과 윤리학에 대해 공공신학적인 관점에서 고찰함으로써 그의 신학과 윤리학에 내포되어 있는 공공신학적 토대를 도출해내고 이를 통해 국내 공공신학 담론 발전에 기여하며 한국 개신교회의 공공성과사회적 책임의식 회복 및 실천에 기여함을 그 목적으로 한다. 한국 개신교회는성장을 위해 개인전도, 각종 예배와 기도회, 부흥회, 헌금, 교인들 간의 친목도모등에 전력을 기울이고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 교회의 물질주의, 공공성과 사회적 책임에 대한 회피, 시민사회와의 소통 단절, 보수우경화 등으로 인하여 국민들의 지탄의 대상이 되었으며 역성장의 기로에 서게 되었다. 한국 개신교회가 이러한 위기 상황 속에서 개혁되고 갱신되어 이 사회에 정의와 화평을 확립하는데기여할 수 있기 위해서는 교회의 공공성에 대해서 심각하게 고려해야만 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 세계 공공신학자들이 다루고 있는 주요주제들에 대해서 먼저 더크 스미트와 라인홀드 니버, 맥스 스택하우스, 스탠리 하우어와스 등을 통해서 살펴보고, “응답적 책임 윤리”를 제창한 리차드 니버의 신학과 윤리학에 내포되어 있는 공공신학적 토대를 조명하며, 이를 통해 한국 개신교회의 개혁과 공공성과 사회적 책임의식 회복, 그리고 실천을 위한 신학적 윤리학적 가이드라인들을 제시한다 This research concentrates on H. Richard Niebuhr’s theology and ethics from a perspective of public theology, as this article does not only try to find out arguments on the identity, public nature, and social responsibility of Christian church, but it also to make a contribution to the progression of public theological discourses in Korea for the recovery of Korean Protestant Church’s consciousness of public nature and social responsibility. Korean Protestant churches have to recover the sense of public nature and social responsibility in order to reform the church crisis as well as to establish justice and peace in Korean society. For this, this article first introduces the core issues of public theology offered by Dirk J. Smit, Reinhold Niebuhr, Max L. Stackhouse, and Stanley Hauerwas. Besides, this article deals with the public theological basis of H. Richard Niebuhr’s theology and ethics. Lastly, depending on these studies, this article offers theological and ethical guidelines for the recovery of the consciousness of public nature and social responsibility.

The primary goal of video parsing is to accurately detect fast/gradual scene changes to index the video data so that future retrieval may be performed efficiently. Due to the sheer volume of the video data, however, the goal of accurate detection must be met by some real-time (fast) automatic (or at least semi-automatic) video parsing mechanism. For this purpose, I have developed a fast algorithm to detect gradual scene change and also detect camera motions to reduce false positives (falsely declaring a scene-change). In this dissertation, we propose a new approach that detects the change of scene which contains fast motion, zooming, dissolve in AVI video sequence. The proposed scheme adopts the feature matching technique which ALH(Average of Luminance Histogram) in each frame with those in the previous frame. Experimental results show that the proposed method performs better in detection scene changes than other conventional methods.

Fiber Optic Metropolitan Area Network의 설계 및 성능 분석

MAN(Meropolitan Area Network)은 높은 전송속도로, 텍스트 위주의 트래픽뿐만 아니라 음성 신화와 같은 실시간 트래픽도 제공하는 도시 영역의 네트워크로써, 그 필요성이 커가고 있다. 특히 광섬유를 이용한 MAN의 경우 기존의 네트워크 구조를 그대로 사용하면 스테이션의 수가 제한되거나, 중간 처리노드가 많아 신뢰성이 떨어지고, 음성신호의 전송을 위한 지연시간을 만족하지 않는 등의 단점이 있다. 또한, 이러한 단점들을 극복하기 위하여 제안된 여러 MAN이나 IEEE 802.6 표준안으로 제안된 MAN의 경우, 그 방식이나 구현이 복잡하다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 서울의 43개 전화국들을 중심으로 지역망간을 접속하는 광섬유를 이용한 계층적 Metropolitan Area Network의 설계 및 성능 평가에 관한 것이다. 기존의 네트워크를 검토하여 그 단점을 극복할 수 있도록 LAN과 백본 네트워크 각각에 적합한 토폴로지와 액세스 프로토콜을 설계하여, 성능을 분석한다. The need for MAN(Metropolitan Area Network)has been increased by demands for high performance comuter communication. According to the definition of MAN by IEEE 802.6 MANs have diameter of about 50km, bandwidth of more than 1Mbps, and limited delay, Because optical fibers have unique characteristics that make them attractive for the implementation of MANs several fiber optic networks suitable for MAN application have been proposed. Those networks have drawbacks such as unlimited delay, many processing nodes and limited number of stations. Also IEEE 802.6 proposals and oters improved networks were proposed, but they have complicated access procedures and data buffering and difficulties in implementation. This paper descrives the design of Fiber Optic Metropolitan Area Network in Seoul(Seoul FOMAN) to overcome the drawback, Seoul FOMAN is hierarchical MAN and designed based on the topology of 43 end offices in Seoul. We propose MAN topology, proper access protocol and analyze the performance.

신경 스케쥴링 기법을 이용한 분산 Multi-Agent 시스템

The distributed agent system finds the solution of the problem given through the reciprocal cooperation between agents, but its concept and their mutual operation are complicated. This paper suggests a neural scheduling method for an efficient job link between the agents as a solution for these problems. First, a total of 8750 case patterns are composed on the base of system operation scenario for drawing up of a neural scheduling. Among these cases, we learned in 6×5×2 neural network by using 2,000 and 6750 cases for learning data and the test pattern respectively. The result of the learning showed more than 90% of convergence rates about learning and test patterns in 200 learning times. The agent creation, its job performance, and the division and mutual cooperation between them were also made well by using the result for a neural scheduling data.
