Continuous subway line expansion over the years in Seoul metropolitan area has contributed to improved accessibility to public transport. Since public transport accessibility has a significant impact on housing decisions, quantitative analysis of correlation between housing prices and public transport accessibility is regarded as one of the most important factors for planning better housing policies. This study defines the reduction of traveling time resulted from the construction of new metro stations despite them not being the closest stations as 'Network Expansion Effect', and seeks to understand how the Network Expansion Effect impacts on housing prices. The study analyzes monthly rent data converted from upfront lump sum deposit, so called Jeonse in Korea, from 2012 to 2018, through 'A Modified Repeat Sales Model.' As a result, the effect of 'Network Expansion' on rental prices in Seoul has stronger during the period of 2017 to 2018 than the base period of 2012 to 2014, which suggests the 'Network Expansion' has a meaningful effect on rent. In addition, in comparison between the most and the least affected group of apartments by 'Network Expansion Effect', the most affected group has more price increase than the least affected group. These findings also indicate that different levels of 'Network Expansion Effect' have various influences on the value of residential real estate properties.

In this study, synthetic fibers were applied to reduce shrinkage cracks that may occur in mortar produced by 3D printer. We used a biopolymer in powder form made from cactus stem (CS) as an admixture. The material properties of 3D printed mortar were experimentally evaluated. Replacing methylcellulose(MC) with 10% CS increases compressive strength by 9.84-23.92% regardless of the casting method. In addition, regardless of the casting method, shrinkage change, freeze-thaw resistance, and crack resistance are more effective than Plain. Incorporation of CS increases the polysaccharide macromolecular structure and improves durability. Mortars reinforced with synthetic fibers do not affect compressive strength and freeze-thaw. It is also effective for shrink deformation and crack resistance. Incorporating CS and fibers from 3D-printed mortar was found to be effective for durability and crack resistance.

Objectives: The following study was undertaken in order to seek the acupuncture operation method of ${\ll}$Sang Han Lun(傷寒論)${\gg}$ Liu-jing-Bian-Zheng(六經辨證) Methods : Based on the documents quoted in ${\ll}$Sang Han Lun ${\cdot}$ Xu Wen(傷寒雜病論 ${\cdot}$ 序文)${\gg}$ of "Zhang, Zhong-jing(張仲景)", the relativity of the theory of jing-Mai(經脈) and Liu-Jing-Bian-Zheng of convalescence, and from the Liu-jing-Bing(六經病), the origin and implication that caused Yang-Ming-Bing(陽明病) to form was studied on the basis of acupuncture medicine publications and the commentary writing of ${\ll}$Sang Han Lun${\gg}$. Results: 1. ${\ll}$Sang Han Lun${\gg}$ Liu-jing-Bian-Zheng has succeeded and was developed based on Liu-jing-Fen-Zheng(六經分證) of ${\ll}$Su Wen ${\cdot}$ Re Lun(素問 ${\cdot}$ 熱論)${\gg}$. In addition, the summary of Liu-jing-Bing became the general principle of Fen-jing(分經) and Ding-Zheng(定證) that may be applicable to Fenghan(風寒), Wenre(溫熱), Lili and Zabing(雜病). 2. Most commentators of ${\ll}$Sang Han Lun${\gg}$ in the Song, Ming and Ching Dynasties of ${\ll}$Sang Han Lun${\gg}$ interpreted the Yang-Min-Bing in physiological and pathological aspects of Rong-Wei(榮衛) as the disease of the Stomach meridian and Large Intestine meridian. 3. From the Liu-Jing-Bing of ${\ll}$Sang Han Lun${\gg}$, the region of acupuncture treatment of Yang-Min-Bing is treated with the needle from the point of view of Bing-Zheng-Lun-Zhi(辨證論治) with the basis of the important region of acupuncture of the Stomach of meridian ${\cdot}$ Large Intestine of meridian.

Air quality in Daegu area is lower compared to many other cities, since Daegu is a basin surrounded by mountains. Accordingly, the present study investigated the location of carbon monoxide(CO) monitoring stations for systematic CO pollution management on the basis of the CO emission distribution in Daegu area. In order to achieve this purpose, the location of CO monitoring stations, which can be used for the establishment of CO management, were assessed. Emission map in Daegu area was prepared using numerical map and Clean Air Policy Support System(CAPSS) data supplied by the M inistry of Environment. Average emissions were estimated by dividing emission sources into four subgroups(roadway, apartment, industry, and municipal incineration facility) according to legal division. The CO emission intensities were subdivided into 10, which a high number represents a high emission intensity, and the current monitoring stations were evaluated for the determination of their steps in CO emission intensities. As a result, additional installation of monitoring stations were suggested for the high CO emission areas rather than the low CO emission areas. A systematic CO management strategy would be established by the supplying various principle CO data when the CO monitoring stations are additionally installed at Kukwudong and other six sites on the basis of analyses of data obtained from 1999 to 2007.
노인들의 건강식품 섭취 실태 및 정보 탐색 행동 관련 요인에 관한 연구

This study examined the intake patterns and information-seeking behaviors of elderly individuals with regard to health foods, according to sociodemograhic characteristics, awareness of health, and concerns and awareness about health foods. The data were collected from 421 elderly living in Seoul, Busan, Daegue, Daejon, and Gwangju, between January 17th and February 23rd, 2006. Frequencies and chi-square tests were conducted using SPSS Windows. The results are as follows: The respondents were highly concerned about their own health as well as health foods, and individuals primarily took nutritional supplements and glucosamine containing products. In addition, they had taken various health-improving foods. Most had intentionally consumed at least one health food, in order to maintain a condition of health. According to chi-square tests, women were more likely to consume health foods than men. The most important sources of information regarding health foods were family, relatives, and friends. Some respondents answered they had difficulties in obtaining and understanding health food-related information. Many respondents desired to get health food information regarding efficacy from TV, radio, and newspapers, as well as doctors, pharmacists, and dieticians.
