The company operating the offshore platform reaches the design life should consider the decision to extend the life of assets or discontinued operations. However, the system is not currently capable of supporting a hard decision. Now offshore platforms professionals and decision-making based on existing experience. Therefore, the development of the Condition Based Maintenance System is needed in order to advance in this field. CBMS can help user to do the prognosis for life through expert diagnosis on the state of the equipment so that the equipment can be used throughout the end of life.

Depending on the trend of larger and Complex, Offshore plants will be operated in 20 years or more of life by Oil & Gas Company and they invest a lot of money and effort more than a real expenditure for the building. Owing to the recent application of ICT, existing prevention and apply a lot of predictions over the preservation of integrity, but a significant number of the sensor is attached, in the case of the offshore plants intelligently integrating various sensors information/analysis is shown in Figure 1 requires the preservation of the prognosis. Equipment of Offshore Plant used for each life is different and the degradation or deterioration load speed is different depending on your environment. Therefore, we researched Condition based maintenance system to integrate information related to diagnosis, assessment, prognosis and maintenance.

? The purchase of Reliable & safe proven materials is very important process for On/Offshore plant construction. However, equipment manufacturers have no way to provide a standards-based product information for PQ or other purpose. In addition, it is difficult to obtain information and what testing and certification for small-scale Korean offshore plant equipment manufacturer. ? In this study, we analyze the EqHub for Offshore Plant based on international standards and research the way to participate joint business with plant owners, equipment vendors & manufacturer. In order to do this way, we are developing a system to support that these players can use the overall information of equipment. Offshore Platform has a variety of structures, in which rich expression format exists in the production facilities of the Spar, which is a form of platform. In this study, the biggest impact on the safety of the platform structures, the spa on a mooring system for the instrumentation data systematically in order to analyze a number of real-world data needed from data extraction, preprocessing, I would like to introduce about visualization. In this study, only the data used in the United States operating in the Mexico Devils Tower Spar, Gulf Star Spar platform of IMMS (Integrated Marine Monitoring System), the actual data obtained from over 140 different broadcasts drew the line"s tension and Spa filter data for monitoring the movement, developed for data comparison and visualization of information.
