        사료의 에너지 및 조단백질 함량이 토종오리의 성장과 도체 특성에 미치는 영향

        본 실험은 대사 에너지와 조단백질 수준이 토종오리의 생산성 및 도체 특성에 미치는 영향을 연구하기 위해 수행되었다. 육성 전기는 토종오리 828수를 9개 처리에 공시하여 사용하였고, 육성 후기는 육성 전기를 거친 토종오리 중 720수를 9개 처리에 공시하여 사용하였다. 육성 전기의 실험 사료는 ME 3,000, 2,900 및 2,800 kcal/kg, CP 23, 22 및 21% 이었으며, 육성 후기에는 ME 3,100, 3,000 및 2,900 kcal/kg, CP 19, 18 및 17%로 처리하여 사용하였다. 육성 전기 실험결과는 CP 수준이 증가함에 따라 체중, 증체량 및 사료 요구율이 유의적으로 개선되었지만(Linear effect, P<0.01), ME 수준과 ME × CP interaction에 의한 유의차는 나타나지 않았다. 균일도는 ME, CP 수준과 ME × CP interaction 모두에서 유의차가 나타나지 않았다. 육성 후기 실험 결과는 체중, 섭취량, 증체량, 사료 요구율 및 균일도에서 유의한 차이가 관찰되지 않았으나, 도체율에서는 ME 3,000 kcal/kg에서 유의적으로 가장 높게 나타났으며(Quadratic effect, P<0.01), ME와 CP의 수준이 증가함에 따라 간의 상대적 중량이 유의적으로 각각 작아지는 결과(Linear effect, P<0.01)가 나타났다. 가슴육, 넓적다리 및 북채의 상대적 중량에서는 수준간 유의적인 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 토종오리 고기의 화학 및 물리적 특성인 육색, pH, 가열 감량 및 전단력가에서는 ME 및 CP 수준과 ME × CP interaction 모두에서 유의차가 나타나지 않았다. <표 참조> This study was undertaken to assess dietary CP and ME concentrations for optimum growth performance and carcass characteristics of Korean Native male ducks. In a 3 × 3 factorial arrangement, 1-d-old Korean Native male ducks were completely randomized design to experimental diets with 3,000, 2,900, and 2,800 kcal of ME/kg of diet; each contained 23, 22, and 21% CP, respectively, from 0 to 3 wk of age. From 4 to 8 wk of age, experimental diets had 3,100, 3,000, and 2,900 kcal of ME/kg of diet, and each contained 19, 18, and 17% CP, respectively. Each dietary treatment was replicated 4 times, and feed and water were provided ad libitum. Body weight, feed intake and uniformity were measured at 3 wk and 8 wk, and carcass characteristics were evaluated at 8 wk. As CP increased from 21 to 23 %, the body weight, BW gain and feed conversion ratios (FCR) linearly improved (P<0.01) during 0 to 3 wk of age. From 4 to 8 wk of age, the body weight, feed intake, BW gain, FCR and uniformity were not different (P>0.05). Carcass ratios of birds fed 3,000 kcal of ME/kg diets from 3 to 8 wk of age were quadratically increased significantly (P<0.01). As ME and CP increased, respectively, relative weight of liver weight per 100 g of BW was linearly decreased (P<0.01). Relative weights of left breast, thigh and drumstick weight per 100 of BW were not different (P>0.05). Also, breast meat color, pH, cooking loss and shear force were not different (P>0.05). Thus, diets with 2,800 kcal of ME/kg and 23% CP or with 2,900 kcal of ME/kg and 17% CP at 0 to 3 wk and 4 to 8 wk, respectively, were used more efficiently. However, diets with 3,000 kcal of ME/kg at 4 to 8 wk in carcass rate was quadratically increased.

        Real-Time Monitoring and Analysis of Power Systems with Synchronized Phasor Measurements

        State estimators are used to monitor the operating states of power systems in modern EMS. It iteratively calculates the voltage profile of the currently operating power system with voltage, current, and power measurements gathered from the entire system. All the measurements are usually assumed to be obtained simultaneously. It is practically impossible, however, to maintain the synchronism of the measurement data. Recently, phasor measurements synchronized via satellite are used for the operation of these power systems. This paper describes the modified state estimator used to support the processing of synchronized phasor measurements. Synchronized phasor measurements are found to provide synchronism of measurement data and improve the accuracy/redundancy of the measurement data for state estimation. The details of the developed state estimation program and some numerical results of operation are presented.

        An On-chip Chemiluminescent Immunoassay for Bacterial Detection using in Situ-synthesized Cadmium Sulfide Nanowires with Passivation Layers

        The passivation layers of an in situ-synthesized cadmium sulfide (CdS) nanowire (NW) photosensor were prepared for two reasons: (1) to improve the physical stability of the NW on an interdigitated electrode and (2) to enhance the immobilization efficiency of proteins for the on-chip immunoassay. The passivation layer was estimated to have suitable optical properties, and the photoresponse of photosensor was increased after the formation of passivation layer. The immobilization efficiency of a parylene-H film through covalent bonding was compared with the immobilization of Z-domains through physical adsorption. Finally, on-chip chemiluminescent immunoassay of bacteria was carried out by immobilizing antibodies against Escherichia coli through Z-domains for the orientation control of antibodies. The limit of detection was determined to be less than 104 E. coli/mL (n=3), and the sensitivity of bacterial detection was estimated to be 0.339 pA/E. coli/mL (n=3) with a linearity factor (R2) of 0.999. These results showed that the on-chip chemiluminescent immunoassay for bacterial detection could be performed using passivation layer coated CdS NW photosensor.

        초등학교 소프트웨어 교육 내용 선정의 준거 고찰

        This paper critically examines the current status of software education and its contents in the 2015 revised curriculum and explores the criteria for content selection. For this purpose the principles of selection of educational contents in general curriculum composition were reviewed. In addition this study explored the criteria for selecting contents of software education from an educational philosophy. In particular Oakeshott's practical knowledge was examined as a philosophical basis for the selection of software educational contents. It emphasized that the contents of software education should be composed of practical experiences rather than knowledge and activities. Based on these discussions five proposals were made as criteria for selecting contents for software education. First consistency with the purpose of the curriculum second reflection of the level of learners third creation and product of creative knowledge fourth reflection of future sociocultural demands and fifth, growth as a digital democratic citizen. 본 논문은 소프트웨어 교육의 추진 현황과 2015개정 교육과정에서의 내용을 비판적으로 고찰하고 내용 선정을 위한 준거를 탐색하였다. 이를 위하여 일반적인 교육과정 구성의 교육 내용 선정 원리를 검토하였으며 교육철학적 관점에서 소프트웨어 교육의 내용 선정 준거를 탐구하였다. 특히 오우크쇼트의 ‘실제적 지식’을 소프트웨어 교육 내용 선정의 철학적 근거로 검토하였다. 소프트웨어 교육의 내용을 지식과 활동으로 구분하기보다 실제적 경험으로 구성하여야 한다는 점을 강조하였다. 이와 같은 논의를 바탕으로 소프트웨어 교육을 위한 내용 선정의 준거로써 다섯 가지를 제안하였다. 첫째, 교육과정의 목적과의 일관성, 둘째, 학습자의 수준 반영, 셋째, 창의적인 지식의 생성과 창출, 넷째, 미래의 사회·문화적 요구 반영 다섯째 디지털 민주시민으로 성장 등이다

        AR 모델을 이용한 EMG 신호의 근육피로 특성

        This paper describes the AR model of EMG signal during maximum voluntary contraction. By comparing the AR coefficients and the reflection coefficients of the AR model with the median frequency of power spectrum, it is proved that muscle fatigue can be measured by the AR and the reflection coefficients. In the estimation procedure of AR model parameter, the autocorrelation method is superior to the covariance method, and it is determined that the optimal order is six. As the muscle becomes fatigue, the median frequency of power spectrum is declined, and the AR coefficient [$a_1$] and the reflection coefficient [$k_1$] are also decreased. Therefore the muscle fatigue can be measured by the AR parameter.

        수술현미경용 다중형광 관측 시스템 연구

        Indocyanine green(ICG) and 5-aminolevulinic acid(5-ALA) have been widely used to mark blood vessels or tumors. However, fluorescent dye detection systems were designed to use one type of dyes only. In this study, we proposed a detection system capable of detecting Indocyanine green and 5-aminolevulinic acid. Multiple filters and light sources are integrated into a single system. In this study, we performed analysis of fluorescent dyes and configured a detection system. During the analysis, it was found that Indocyanine green and 5-aminolevulinic acid have the maximum intensity at $40{\mu}M$. We designed light source for fluorescent dyes and conducted compatibility test using a commercial surgical microscope. The fluorescent dye detection system was configured based on the experimental results. The developed system successfully detects Indocyanine green and 5-aminolevulinic acid. Therefore, more efficient surgical operations can be achieved using both fluorescent dyes at the same time. We expect that the developed system can increase the survival rate of patients.

        웹 2.0 기반의 문제중심학습의 효과

        본 연구는 정보통신기술의 발달에 따른 초등교사에 대한 사회적 요구를 반영하고 대학 강의의 질을 개선하기 위하여 컴퓨터 교과교육에서 웹 2.0 기반의 문제중심학습을 통합․적용하고 그 효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 학습자들은 4회에 걸쳐 문제중심학습을 수행하였다. 그 학습 과정은 클라우드 환경의 구글 오피스를 이용하여 작성하였으며, PBL 과정 및 결과에 관한 경험을 반성 저널에 작성하였다. 학습자들의 문제 해결 과정과 반성저널은 질적 분석 방법을 통하여 분석하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 웹 2.0 기반의 문제중심학습은 컴퓨터교과교육에 대한 이해의 증진, ICT 활용 능력의 향상, 웹 2.0 기반의 교수‧학습 전략의 습득, 그리고 수행평가로서 e-포트폴리오를 경험하는 등 21세기 교사에게 필요한 역량을 향상시킬 수 있었다. This paper explores effectiveness of integrating Problem-Based Learning with Web 2.0 technologies in Computer subject matter education for improving quality of lessons and adapting of social needs for pre-service teachers. Students have studied about computer subject matter for 4 times. The process of leaning have recorded by Web 2.0 tools that is one of the cloud services. Also the students have written reflection journals about experiences of PBL process and results. The PBL process and reflection journals have been analyzed by qualitative data analysis. Conclusions are drawn as to potential for the use of Web 2.0 tools for PBL in computer subject matter. The results of the analyses showed the following: 1) Increasing the understanding of the computer subject matter education, 2) enhancing students' competence in using ICT potentially, 3) cultivating teaching and learning strategies on Web 2.0 environment and 4) enhancing competence of future teaching activities through experiencing e-portfolio as a performance-assessment tool.

        예비교사 교육을 위한 웹기반 문제중심학습과 e-포트폴리오의 적용에 관한 연구

        우수한 초등교사의 양성은 우수한 예비교사 교육을 통하여 성취될 수 있다. 양질의 교육은 교수자와 학습자의 다양한 상호작용과 학습자의 적극적인 참여를 통하여 실현 가능하다. 본 연구는 사회적․개인적 요구를 반영하고, 대학 강의의 질을 개선하기 위하여 컴퓨터 교과교육에서 웹기반 문제중심학습과 e-포트폴리오를 통합․적용하고 그 효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 학습자들(N = 105)은 6회에 걸쳐 문제중심학습을 수행하고, 동시에 그 학습과정을 블로그를 이용하여 e-포트폴리오를 작성하며, 학습 과정과 결과에 관한 경험 및 반성을 반성저널에 작성하였다. 학습자들의 반성저널은 질적 분석 방법을 통하여 분석하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 학습자들은 웹기반 문제중심학습과 e-포트폴리오의 적용을 통하여 컴퓨터교과교육에 대한 이해의 증진, 잠재적으로 ICT 활용 능력의 향상, ICT를 기반으로 한 학습자 중심의 교수-학습 전략의 습득, 그리고 수행평가로써의 e-포트폴리오 경험을 통해 미래의 교사에게 필요한 역량을 향상시킬 수 있었다. Educating qualified elementary school teachers depends on excellent pre-service education. The high quality of education is accomplished by various interactions between teachers and learners, as well as active participation by students. In the present study, online problem-based learning and an e-portfolio were used to examine the effect on the computer-curriculum education to reflect social and individual needs, and to enhance the quality of instruction at universities. Students (n=105) participated in six different problem-based learning sessions. At the same time, they developed Blog e-portfolios as individual and group products, and wrote reflective journals that focused on their learning processes and results. A qualitative analysis method was employed to analyze the reflective journals. The results of the analyses showed the following: 1) Increasing the understanding of the computer-curriculum education, 2) enhancing students' competence in using ICT potentially, 3) cultivating student-centered teaching and learning strategies on ICT, and 4) enhancing competence of future teaching activities through experiencing e-portfolio as a performance-assessment tool.
