자동차 부품 제조업체와 공급업체 간의 선의와 의사소통이 몰입과 교체의도에 미치는 영향: 구매자의 관점을 중심으로

본 연구는 자동차 관련 부품 제조업체를 대상으로 하여 사회교환 이론을 바탕으로 선의와 의사소통이 교체의도에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 개념적 틀 안에서 선의, 의사소통, 계산적 몰입, 정서적 몰입, 그리고 교체의도의 관계에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 모형은 선의를 상호적 선의와 애타적 선의 2가지 차원으로 구분하여 이러한 요인들이 계산적 몰입, 정서적 몰입, 그리고 교체의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 가를 실증적으로 분석하고, 내생변수들 간의 영향관계를 검증하여 연구의 시사점을 도출하였다. 첫째, 상호적 선의는 계산적 몰입과 정서적 몰입에 직접적으로 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 상호적 선의가 계산적 몰입과 정서적 몰입에 미치는 상대적 영향력은 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 애타적 선의는 계산적 몰입에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 넷째, 애타적 선의가 계산적 몰입과 정서적 몰입에 미치는 상대적 영향력은 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 의사소통은 정서적 몰입에 직접적으로 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 여섯째, 계산적 몰입은 정서적 몰입에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 일곱째, 계산적 몰입은 교체의도에 직접적인 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여덟째, 정서적 몰입은 교체의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 관계마케팅 이론을 자동차 B to B 시장에 접목시킨 통합적 모형을 제시하여 자동차 부품 제조업체 구매자의 파트너인 공급업체 간의 교체의도를 줄일 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다는 점에서 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제시하고 있다. This study is to examine the effect of mutualistic benevolence, altruistic benevolence, and communication on affective commitment, calculative commitment, and switching intentions and investigate how two commitment dimensions play mediating roles between two benevolence constructs and communication, and switching intentions. For these purposes the author developed a structural model which consists of several constructs. In this model, benevolence factor that consists of mutualistic benevolence and altruistic benevolence, and communication were proposed to affect two commitment constructs and result in, increase switching intentions. Thus, two commitment constructs(e.g., affective and calculative commitment) were proposed as core mediating variables between mutualistic benevolence, altruistic benevolence, and communication, and switching intentions. The data were collected from 210 automobile parts buyers and were analyzed using frequency, reliability, and confirmatory factor analysis and SEM (structural equation model) with SPSS/WIN 20.0 and AMOS 20.0. The data were analyzed with structural equation modeling with AMOS 20.0 and SPSS Win/PC 20.0. The result of the overall model analysis appeared as follows: ${\chi}2=224.885$, d.f=123(${\chi}2/df=1.828$), p=0.000, GFI=.898, AGFI=.859, IFI=.967, NFI=.930, TLI=.958, RMSEA=.063, CFI=.966. Since the result of the overall model analysis demonstrated a good fit, we could further analyze our data. The findings can be summarized as follows: According to structural equation modeling analysis, firstly, mutualistic benevolence has direct effects on calculate commitment and affective commitment. Secondly, altruistic benevolence has a positively direct effect on calculate commitment. Thirdly, communication has a statistically direct effect on affective commitment. Fourthly, calculative commitment has direct effects on affective commitment and switching intentions. Lastly, affective commitment has a direct effect on switching intentions.

  본 연구는 Ganesan (1994)의 연구를 근거로 하여 자동차산업의 중소 부품 제조업에서 신뢰와 의존이 장기지향성에 미치는 영향요인, 그리고 신뢰와 의존에 영향을 미치는 요인들 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 제시된 연구가설을 검증하기 위하여 자동차 부품제조업을 경영하는 최고경영자와 임직원, 그리고 업무를 담당하는 담당자들을 대상으로 설문조사가 실시되었으며, 277부가 분석에 이용되었다.<BR>  분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 신뢰와 의존이 장기지향성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 공급자의 거래특유자산투자, 명성, 과거경험, 그리고 과거 거래에 대한 만족 등이 신뢰에 미치는 영향력을 살펴 본 결과, 명성, 과거 거래에 대한 만족, 공급자의 특유 자산투자, 그리고 과거경험의 순으로 신뢰를 높이는 요인으로 나타났다. 셋째, 거래상대방에 대한 특유자산투자, 환경다양성, 그리고 환경가변성 중 특유자산투자와 환경다양성 등이 의존을 높이는 요인으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 연구의 시사점과 한계점, 그리고 향후 연구방향이 제시되었다.   This study is to examine the relationships between long-term orientation and its influencing factors between buyer-supplier in the automotive parts manufacture industry based on Ganesan"s (1994) study. Data were collected from 277 CEOs and representatives and analyzed using SPSS. The results are as follows: First, trust and dependence were associated with long-term orientation. Second, supplier"s transaction specific assets investments, reputation, past experience, and satisfaction with past transaction were associated with trust. Third, buyer"s transaction specific assets investments and environmental diversity were associated with dependence. At the end of this paper, the managerial implications, limitations, future research directions were suggested.

The Human pursues mystery. If human lose mystery in their life, it’s like a death. So pursuit of mystery becomes a source of human existence energy. Pentecostal church regards good thing from the spiritual mysterious experience. But, in the spiritual mysterious experience, more important thing is giving pastoral care. The purpose of this paper is that provides pastoral care in spiritual mysterious experience. For this purpose, I studied Pentecostal church view which Holy Spirit is in pastoral care. Holy Spirit existence is fundamental principle in Pentecostal spiritual care and counseling. For this purpose, I studied variety of spiritual mystical experience and uniqueness about spiritual in spiritual life of Pentecostal church and Christian. In Object Relations Psychoanalysis level, I try to understand mystical experience to find integrated pastoral care. Moreover I search spiritual direction method about spiritual mysterious experience. In conclusion this paper try to talk about God centered counseling and spiritual direction. The God centered counseling is the counseling based on God. Counselor or Spiritual leader should pray for existence the spirit of god in one’s own life and counseling field. Interaction between giving care person and be cared person must be God centered. This is first priority value of pastoral care.

Estimation of premorbid intelligence is often required in the context of testing adults as well as children. However, no prior study has yet developed a method of estimating premorbid intelligence in children. The aim of the present study was to develop a method of estimating premorbid intelligence based on school records. With this aim, we administered KEDI-WISC to 130 children. There was a significant correlation (.725) between FIQ and school grade. Based on this correlation, we developed two methods of estimating children``s premorbid intelligence. First, we developed a regression formula in which school grade is the predictor and FIQ is the predicted variable. With this regression method, the proportion of the sample in which the estimation error was ≤±5, ≤±10, and ≤±15 was 42%, 66%, and 86%, respectively. Second, we developed an estimation method using the average FIQ of children whose school grades are in the comparable range. With this categorization method, the proportion of the sample in which the estimation error was ≤±5, ≤±10, and ≤±15 was 40%, 71%, and 88%, respectively. Discussion includes how much difference between predicted premorbid FIQ and postmorbid FIQ is required to diagnose ``intelligence decline``.
