가상대학에서 교수자와 학습자간 상호작용을 위한 지식기반형 문자-얼굴동영상 변환 시스템

In this paper, knowledge based text to facial sequence image system for interaction of lecturer and learner in cyber universities is studied. The system is defined by the synthesis of facial sequence image which is synchronized the lip according to the text information based on grammatical characteristic of hangul. For the implementation of the system, the transformation method that the text information is transformed into the phoneme code, the deformation rules of mouse shape which can be changed according to the code of phonemes, and the synthesis method of facial sequence image by using deformation rules of mouse shape are proposed. In the proposed method, all syllables of hangul are represented 10 principal mouse shape and 78 compound mouse shape according to the pronunciation characteristics of the basic consonants and vowels, and the characteristics of the articulation rules, respectively. To synthesize the real time facial sequence image able to realize the PC, the 88 mouth shape stored data base are used without the synthesis of mouse shape in each frame. To verify the validity of the proposed method the various synthesis of facial sequence image transformed from the text information is accomplished, and the system that can be applied the PC is implemented using the proposed method. 본 논문에서는 가상대학에서 교수자와 학습자간 상호작용을 위한 지식기반형 문자-얼굴동영상 변환(TTFSI : Text to Facial Sequence Image) 시스템에 관해 연구하였다. TTFSI 시스템의 구현을 위해, 한글의 문법적 특징을 기반으로 가상강의에 사용된 자막정보에 립싱크된 얼굴 동영상 합성하기 위하여 자막정보를 음소코드로 변환하는 방법, 음소코드별 입모양의 변형규칙 작성법, 입모양 변형규칙에 의한 얼굴 동영상 합성법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법에서는 한글의 구조분석을 통해 기본 자모의 발음을 나타내는 10개의 대표 입모양과 조음결합에서 나타나는 78개의 혼합 입모양으로 모든 음절의 입모양을 표현하였다. 특히 PC환경에서의 실시간 영상을 합성하기 위해서 매 프레임마다 입모양을 합성하지 않고, DB에서 88개의 해당 입모양을 불러오는 방법을 사용하였다. 제안된 방법의 유용성을 확인하기 위하여 텍스트 정보에 따른 다양한 얼굴 동영상을 합성하였으며, PC환경에서 구현 가능한 TTFSI 시스템을 구축하였다.

본 논문은 신경회로망을 이용한 물체인식에 관한 연구로써, 인식은 물체의 경계점으로부터 추출된 국부 특징들로 구성되는 각 선형선소들간의 매칭에 의해 이루어진다. 그러나 추출된 특징들은 물체를 구성하는 선형선소들간의 유사성 때문에 특징 공간상에서 다른 모델과의 경계가 불분명하게 되므로 인식의 애매성이 발생하고, 특징의 유사성에 기인한 신경 회로망의 경계분리능력의 한계에 따라 인식률의 저하를 가져온다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 인식의 애매성을 해소하고, 인식율의 향상을 도모할 수 있도록 2개의 신경회로망을 다단결합한 물체인식 시스템을 구성하였으며, 물체를 효과적으로 기술할 수 있는 국부 특징량을 사용하였다. 실험을 통하여 구성된 물체인식 시스템의 타당성을 확인하였으며, 중복 물체 및 변형된 물체에 적용하여 그 결과를 고찰하였다. In this paper object recognition using neural network is studied. The recognition is accomplished by matching linear line segments which are formed by local features extracted from the curvature points. Since there is similarities among segments. The boundary of models is not distinct in feature space. Due to these indistinctness the ambiguity of recognition occurs, and the recognition rate becomes degraded according to the limitation of boundary decision capability of neural network for similar of features. Object recognition and to improve recognition rate. Local features are used to represent the object effectively. The validity of the object recognition system is demonstrated by experiments for the occluded and varied objects.
토마토(Lycopersicon esculentum)로부터 GSH 회복능을 보이는 항산화 화합물의 분리 동정

The liquids of Lycopersicon esculentum were extracted with 70% aqueous MeOH and the concentrates were partitioned into EtOAc, n-BuOH, and H2O fractions. The repeated silica gel and octadecyl silica gel column chromatographies for the EtOAc fraction, whose activity was confirmed, led to isolation of one flavonol compound. The chemical structures of the compound were determined as quercetin (1) based on spectroscopic analyses including nuclear magnetic resornance, infrarad spectroscopy, and mass spectroscopy. Through this study, the antioxidant efficacy was confirmed by demonstrating that the L. esculentum fraction showing an increase in glutathione mean (GM) and a decrease in glutathione heterogeneity (GH) uniformly raises the intracellular glutathione (GSH) level.

This project aimed at achieving 70% of employment rate. Enhancement of employment’ workshop is a part of site convention where regional self-governing communities, college·related organization occupation specialists, self-governing community occupation operator, etc. participate, suggested segmentalized employment statistics analysis data per (regional·local) government, and intended job creation proper for regional characteristic, discovering job through cooperation among self-governing communities. As the result of satisfaction analysis, the effect of concern degree of self-governing community on disclosing system of job creation on satisfaction appeared to be meaningful (p=.039), also, satisfaction on employment statistics service appeared to be meaningful (p=.000). However, the effect of disclosing system consulting service on satisfaction showed no significance (p=.029). This research implies that enhancement of goal disclosing system of regional job creation and regular employment statistics service are necessary in order to enhance satisfaction on disclosing system of job creation.

Chrysanthemum morifolium flowers were extracted with 80 % aqueous MeOH, and the concentrated extract was partitioned into EtOAc, n-butyl alcohol (n-BuOH), and water fractions. The repeated silica gel and octadecyl silica gel column chromatographies for the EtOAc and n-BuOH fractions led to isolation of four flavonoids. The chemical structures of the compounds were determined as acacetin (1), apigenin (2), apigenin- 7-O-β-D-glucopyanoside (3), acacetin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4) based on spectroscopic data analyses including nuclear magnetic resonance, mass spectrometry, and infrared spectrometry.
