원심식 볼류트 펌프의 임펠러와 볼류트 간극에 따른 출력, 효율, 소음 특성 연구

본 연구는 전기자동차의 파워일렉트릭 부품 냉각용 전동식 워터펌프를 다루고 있으며, 전동식 워터펌프의 임펠러와 볼류트 사이의 간극 증감이 펌프의 출력, 효율, 소음, 작동 특성에 미치는 영향을 시험을 통해 분석하였다. 임펠러와 볼류트 사이의 간극 증감에 따라 펌프의 효율 감소에 의해 펌프 출력이 감소할 때, 동일한 펌프 출력을 얻기 위한 임펠러 회전속도를 설정하고, 동일 출력 조건에서의 소음 특성을 실험적으로 고찰하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 임펠러와 볼류트 사이 간극의 설계 변수를 조정하여 목표 효율, 목표 출력, 목표 소음을 만족하기 위한 펌프를 설계하고자 할 때, 펌프 설계 참조 데이터 및 설계방안으로 활용될 수 있다. This study examined effects of the operating characteristics and noise of a centrifugal volute pump for thermal management system of power electric of electric vehicle on the design factor by radial axis tip clearance of impeller with volute. The tip clearance increase and pump operating efficiency is inverse proportional. When the pump output decrease under the lower efficiency, the impeller rotating speed is settled to the higher speed for get the same pump output. The result of the relationship between the tip clearance and the noise were studied through actual noise test.

Objective; Adenoviral pneumonia has been common among infectious diseases which developed in the military. The clinical characteristics and outcomes of the patients with adenoviral pneumonia and accompanying complications are not clear. This study aims to evaluate the complications associated with adenoviral pneumonia. Method; All adults(age >18 years) who initially diagnosed as pneumonia by a combination of clinical symptoms, laboratory, and imaging findings in the Armed Forces Daejeon Hospital were prospectively enrolled in the current study from February to September 2018. This research was supported by a grant from the Korean Military Medical Association. Results; During the study period, a total of 126 patients(60 patients via the out-patient department, and 66 patients via emergency department) were finally enrolled. All patients were male, and the mean age was 21.1±3.4 years. Among all patients, 78.6% of patients(99/126) were confirmed as viral pneumonia by respiratory multiplex polymerase chain reaction test. Among 99 patients with viral pneumonia, 69.7%(69/99) patients were diagnosed as adenoviral pneumonia. The most frequent complications were tonsillitis(62.5%), and the others were as follows: hematologic abnormalities(36.2%), gastroenteritis(36.2%), hepatitis(37.7%), hematuria or proteinuria(34.8%), and pericardial effusion(5.8%). Conclusion; The patients with adenoviral pneumonia are sometimes complicated into other systemic organs. The most of systemic complications are improved by conservative management. When patients with severe or fatal adenoviral pneumonia, the physicians should pay attention and monitoring the onset of other systemic organ involvements.

Juvenile ossifying fibroma is a rare benign neoplasm with locally aggressive growth and high recurrent rate. Juvenile ossifying fibroma is classified into juvenile psammomatoid and trabecular type by histological findings. juvenile psammomatoid ossifying fibroma is generally seen in younger age group and the most common site is paranasal sinuses, orbits, and fronto-ethmoidal complex. Clinical symptoms vary from diplopia, nasal obstruction and headache to cosmetic disfigurement, depending on the location and the size of lesion. Complete excision is the treatment of choice because of its high tendency to recur. The author recently experienced a psammomatoid ossifying fibroma of anterior skull base in a 16-year-old boy who had the past history for about completely healed acute lymphocytic leukemia. We removed that tumor by endonasal endoscopic transseptal approach. We present a case of JPOF, and a comprehensive review on its clinical, histo-pathological, therapeutic and prognostic aspects.

The Biosensor biosensor pattern was developed by via an EHD (electro-hydro-dynamics (EHD) patterning process that was performed under atmospheric pressure at room temperature in a single step. The drop diameter was smaller than nozzle diameter and applied high viscosity conductive ink was applied in the EHD patterning method to provide a clear advantage over the piezo and thermal inkjet printing techniques. The Biosensor’s biosensor’s micro electrode pattern was printed by via a continuous EHD patterning method using 3three- type types of control parameters parameter (input voltage, patterning speed, nozzle pressure). High viscosity (1000 cps) conductive ink with 75 wt% of silver nanoparticles was used for experimentation. The incremental result of impedance of biosensor impedance was measured between the antibody (10 ugμg/ml) to spore (0.1 ng/ml, 10 ng/ml, and 1 ugμg./ml) reaction at frequency 493 MHz frequency.
