The objective of this study leads the high school sports athletes it investigate, the relation of the bone metabolic marker and bone mineral density which it follows in types of exercise. They consist of 13 endurance athletes, 12 power athletes and 4 general students as the comparative group. The DPX-IQ system which measures a bone mineral density change came to be used measurement for 18 months. The Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry was used for measuring the BMD(arms, legs, spine) and a body composition. The concrete conclusions are following. 1. It is not found that the bone mineral density of all measured parts by sport items shows a significant difference according to the training stage. 2. It is shown that ail measured bone density of athletes has a significant difference according to training stage. In conclusion, there is relationship between bone metabolic marker and bone mineral density in athletes, and moreover, in power athletes.

Participation in regular physical activity elicits a number of favorable responses such as maintaining appropriate body composition and functional capacity that contribute to healthy aging. However, only limited information is available on the effects of tennis training in elderly. The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effect of 12-week walking and tennis training on body composition, lipid profile and physical fitness of older men. Twenty-four men were randomly assigned to a walking(n=10, 68±1.5 years) or a tennis group(n=10, 70.3±3.1 years). The training program consisted of 3 sessions per week of warm up, main program, and cool down. Anthropometry, body composition, blood pressure, serum cholesterol levels and physical fitness test were measured before and after exercise program. Training induced significant decrease in WHR, total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol level and increase in VO2max, but no significant changes were observed between walking and tennis group. The result of this study suggests that 12-week tennis exercise program help to promote WHR, lipid profile, and cardiovascular fitness level same as walking exercise.

본 연구는 시멘트 혼입 폴리머계 방수재에 규사를 적용함으로써 인장성능을 검토하였다. 방수재에서 규사의 혼입은 시멘트외 분말등의 균질성 개선에 영향을 줄 수 있기 때문에 적절한 혼입이 검토되어야 한다. 적용 결과 규사의 적절한 사용은 KS에 제시된 인장성능을 만족할 수 있었다. In this study, examined tensile performance by applying silicate to cement-mixed polymer-based waterproof materials. Since the incorporation of silicate in waterproof materials can affect the improvement of homogeneity such as powder in addition to cement, appropriate incorporation should be considered.As a result of application, the proper use of silica could satisfy the tensile performance presented in KS.
음악줄넘기 운동과 영양교육이 중학생의 신체구성과 체력에 미치는 영향

This study investigated the influence of music rope-skipping exercise and nutritional education on physical fitness and body composition of secondary school students and to present a basic data on health care for the adolescents. The studied group consisted of 60 male and 40 female adolescents divided into four groups that were matched for age, and weight. The first was control group(C), the second group participated in nutritional education(N), the third group participated in music rope-skipping training(E) and the last group participated in both intervention(NE). Prior to and following intervention anthropometry, body composition, and fitness tests were measured. Analysis of the data was accomplished using SPSS 14.0 program to study differences between groups by ANOVA. Body fat and fat ratio increments were lowered in N than C, and Nutrition test score and 50m running was improved in N and E than C respectively. NE showed significant improvements of fat free mass and fat mass changes, and cardiovascular fitness than other groups. 12 weeks of music rope-skipping and nutritional education improved body composition, and the record of long-distance running synergically in adolescents. These results suggest that enhancement of cardiovascular endurace capacity, and nutritional knowledge through music rope-skipping exercise and nutritional education program is effective not only for the improvement of positive changes in anthropometric parameters but also fitness development among middle school students.
