직선 왕복 액추에이터의 구조에 따른 설계 및 특성 검토

This paper provided two types of design method on moving core type LOA and one type of design method on moving coil type LOA, and compared and examined each of its characteristics. In order to conduct parametric design process, voltage equation was used to schematize Lmin/K and L/M map, and the schematized map was used to determine Lmin, K or L, M. In order to meet requirements such as thrust force and input voltage and to satisfy the target values of Lmin, K or L, M, the types and sizes of each type were designed using geometry design process. 2-FEA was conducted for each of the designed model. After examining thrust force based on the location of the mover, Type-1 showed radical change in thrust force as movers moved, and Type-2 and Type-3 showed constant appearance of thrust force. The total volume of the designed LOA model was compared to select the model with highest thrust force density. Also, the weight of the mover for each model was compared in order to select the model that was predicted to have highest mechanical responsiveness and stroke characteristics.

본 논문에서는 압축기용 리니어엑추에이터 중 가동코일형 리니어 엑추에이터의 설계 및 해석에 관한 연구를 다룬다. 가동코일형 중에서 가동자에 철심을 포함하지 않고, 코일만을 포함하여 이동자의 무게를 줄일 수 있는 공심형 모델에 대해 설계 및 해석을 수행하였다. 본 논문에서 다루는 모델은 두 개의치를 갖는 철심 개방형 모델이다. 전압방정식을 이용하여 Parameter를 산정하고, 기계적 특성을 고려하기 위해 운동방정식이 결합된 엑추에이터의 동특성 해석을 실시하였다.

Optimization of geometry is one of the most important design process of the electrical motors. Tooth and yoke width are important variables that can maximize back emf and load torque among various design parameters. In this paper, in order to design the tooth and yoke width effectively, an equivalent magnetic circuit of one pole is constructed and an optimal value of tooth and yoke width resulting minimum reluctance are determined instead of a finite element analysis(FEA) that is time consuming.

Electric Vehicle (EV) can be categorized by the driving method into in-wheel and in-line types. In-wheel type EV does not have transmission shaft, differential gear and other parts that are used in conventional cars, which simplifies and lightens the structure resulting in higher efficiency. In this paper, design method for in-wheel motor for automobiles using Parameter Map is proposed, and motor with continuous power of 5 kW is designed, built and its performance is verified. To decide the capacity of the in-wheel motor that meets the automobiles requirement, Vehicle Dynamic Simulation considering the total mass of vehicle, gear efficiency, effective radius of tire, slope ratio and others is performed. Through this step, the motors capacity is decided and initial design to determine the motor shape and size is performed. Next, the motor parameters that meet the requirement is determined using parametric design that uses parametric map. After the motor parameters are decided using parametric map, optimal design to improve THD of back EMF, cogging torque, torque ripple and other factors is performed. The final design was built, and performance analysis and verification of the proposed method is conducted by performing load test.

In this study, a survey was carried out on 250 general male and female amateur golfers, living in Seoul, with more than 2 years of experience. The present study studied their injury rate by situation while they do a long-term golf exercise and found out the results as follows. To the question of whether they have ever had an injury related to golfing, about 93.98% of male and 81.40% of female amateur golfers responded that they have. The analysis of injury rate by the amount and frequency of exercise showed that those (both men and women) who exercised 2 to 3 hours per week had the highest level of injury rate of the total amateur golfers surveyed. Also, both male and female amateur golfers who exercise with 2 boxes of balls at a time showed the highest injury rate. As for frequency, those men and women amateur golfers who exercise 3 to 4 times a week had the highest injury rate and they were followed by those who do it 2 to 3 times a week and more than 5 times a week in the order. In terms of warming-up (stretching) time, which is closely related to exercise injury, both male and female amateur golfers who spent less than 10 minutes on preparation had the highest rate of injury and they were followed by those who did stretching 10 to 20 minutes and 20 minutes in the order. It was found that even there were some who didn’t do warm-up at all. In addition, we found out the places where the amateur golfers get injured. Both male and female amateur golfers had injury in the field (rounds) more than in driving range. By season, both male and female amateur golfers had more sports injury during winter than any other seasons (followed by spring, summer and autumn in the order). By golf club by which the amateur golfers get injured, male amateur golfers had injury from driver club most and it as followed by short iron (#8, #9) and long iron (#3, #4), middle iron (#6, #7), fairway wood club and wedge club in the order. As for the female amateur golfers, they were also injured most by driver club and it was followed by fairway wood club, long iron, short iron, middle iron and wedge club. Finally, by body part injured by golfing, the male amateur golfers had ribs injured most and it was followed by wrist, elbow, waist, shoulder, finger and knee in the order, However, the female amateur golfers had injury on waist most and it was followed by both wrist and ribs to similar extent and elbow, shoulder and finger in the order. According to the results described above, most of the amateur golfers have had an injury once or twice while playing golf and particularly more sports injury in driving range than rounding, The present study also observed that they had more injury during winter than any other seasons, so it was known that more careful preparation (warming-up) is necessary to prevent sports injury, Therefore, it is consider that stretching as warm-up exercise should be emphasized and a preventive education be provided against sports injury.
