GIS를 기반으로 한 광주시 관광정보안내시스템의 개발 연구

전세계적인 정보화의 추세에 따라 21세기의 관광산업은 관광정보시스템을 제외하고서는 이루어질 수 없는 환경이 되고 있다. 광주시에서도 인터넷을 통한 관광정보시스템을 운영하고 있지만, 문자자료와 사진자료를 중심으로 한 단순한 관광지 소개에 그치고 있어서 관광객의 요구에 부응하는 체계적인 관광정보를 제공하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 지리정보를 기반으로 한 관광정보 안내시스템을 개발하여 관광객에게 효과적인 관광지리정보를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 우선 관광관련자료를 공간자료의 특성에 따라 전국적 범위, 광역적 범위 및 도시적 범위의 3단계로 구분하여 공간자료를 구축하였다. 또 기존의 관광정보시스템에 대한 분석을 통하여, 관광지도 보기, 관광정보 안내, 관광정보 검색 및 관광지도 출력의 기능을 제공하였다. 향후 멀티미디어 자료 등의 보완을 거쳐 인터넷으로 서비스되면, 관광객의 유치를 통한 도시경제의 활성화에도 기여할 것으로 예상된다. In 21st century, tourism can's be formed without tourism information systems. Like other cities Kwangju Met. City has managed tourist information system though internet, but it provide tourist only with poor information as text datum and image datum. Therefore tourist can's get the effective and proper tourism information about Kwangju from that system. The purpose of this paper is to develop tourism information system on the basis of geographic information system for providing tourist with effective geographic tourism information. In the first place, spatial database on tourism information about Kwangju was built by 3 stage of areal scope: national scale, provincial scale and city scale. Next, by analyzing existing tourist information system, 4 major system function is developed: viewing tourism map, guiding tourism information, searching tourism information and printing tourism map. By complement of multimedia datum, this system shall be a major tourism resource of Kwangju.

도시계획 의사결정 지원시스템의 구성에 관한 시론적 고찰

도시계획과 관련된 단편적인 데이터베이스나 단일업무 시스템은 도시계획 관련자료를 부분적으로 전산화하거나 도시계획 실행과정의 업무흐름 중 일부 업무만을 대상으로 삼고 있다. 이와 같이 특정 업무만을 위한 단일시스템의 개발로 인해 전체 개발비용의증대, 도시계획 업무영역 내에서 자료구축의중복성, 도시계획업무 응용시스템 개발의 중복성, 개별적인 자료구축으로 데이터의 비호환성, 도시계획 업무영역 내에서 시스템간의 연계성 부족으로 활용 미비 등의 문제점이 노출되고 있다. 이러한 불합리한 도시계획 의사결정 지원체계를 개선하기 위해서는 도시계획 의사결정 지원시스템이 단일 업무시스템이 아닌 도시계획에 관련된 모든 정보를 통합하는 종합적인 의사결정시스템이 되어야 하고, 시민의 의견을 수렴하고 도시정책 결정 과정을 투명하게 제시해 줄 수 있는 양방향 시스템이어야 한다. 그러므로 도시계획 의사결정 지원시스템을 구축하기 위해서는 도시계획 의사결정 체계의 분석, 도시계획 의사결정 지원시스템의 구축, 도시계획업무의 재구축 등 단계별로 시스템의 구축을 진행하는 것이 바람직하다. Rational spatial decision making can be made by the datum that exactly describe phenomena in some area and the informations that systematically analyzed it. It is urban planning that spatial development technique which used to analyze enormous urban phenomena and to describe detailed spatial decision making process. It has been tried to establish systematically decision making process for urban planning. Especially in recent years, many studies and projects are carried out to apply GIS into urban planning. But most parts of these are just constructing partial data base or developing stand alone system on urban planning. This causes many problems in urban planning operations of local government : redundancy of data base, data and system incompatibility, increase of system development cost and etc. To resolve this problems, it is urgent to construct the schema of the integrated urban planning decision support system(UPDSS). That is, in computerization of urban planning operation, first of all it is important to set up the system schema of entire urban planning work, and later subsystem(for example, land use planning system, sewer management system, road management system, etc.) has to be developed under the entire system structure. The purpose of this study is to establish the structure of UPDSS and to suggest the schema of that system. UPDSS is comprised of three parts : urban planning data base, urban planning application base and citizen's participation system in urban planning by internet.

공업지역은 도심지역이나 주거지역과는 달리 상이한 토지이용 특성과 복잡한 기반시설 구조를 갖고 있다. 따라서 공업지역의 토지이용 정보를 체계적으로 관리하기 위해서는 일반적인 토지이용 정보와는 상이한 토지정보체계가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 공업지역의 토지이용 특성을 파악하고 이를 효과적으로 관리할 수 있는 공업지역 토지이용정보 관리시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 이를 위해 첫째, 공업지역 내의 공장시설물 관리업무를 분석하여 그 특성을 파악한다. 둘째, GIS를 이용하여 공업단지 및 공장시설물에 관련된 공장시설물 정보DB를 구축한다. 셋째, 공장시설물 정보DB와 공장시설물 관리업무를 통합하여 효율적으로 운용할 수 있는 산업단지 공장시설물 관리시스템을 개발한다. 연구 결과, 공업지역 공장시설물 관리시스템을 통하여 관리비용의 절감, 시설물관리업무의 과학화, 시설물 관련자료의 통합 관리 및 업무 생산성의 향상 등의 효과를 거둘 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. Industrial area is different in characteristics of land use and organization of infrastructuer to commercial area and residential area. So, it is necessary to make special land use information system to manage systematically land use information of industrial area. This paper aims to develop management system for land use information of industrial area to grasp chracteristics of industrial land use and manage industrial land use information. To achieve the goal of this paper, firstly I analyzed the work of ndustrial facilities management in industrial area and extract the characteristics of that. Secondly, I constructed spatial database of industrial facilities information by GIS. Thirdly, I developed facilities management system of industrial area that apply to manage database about industrial infrastructure and the work of industrial facilities management. As a result, ther are several effects like cost savings of industrial facilities management, enhancement of productivity in industrial facilities management and integrated management about industrial facilities information.
