        산후기에 활용된 한약처방에 대한 국내 연구 분석

        Objectives: This study was performed to analyze the prescriptions of Korean herbal medicine which had been commonly used during postpartum period. Methods: We searched literature on postpartum cares with Korean Herbal medicine in 4 domestic search engines. After that, we conducted eligibility screening based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results: 1. We selected total 48 studies. There were 40 clinical studies (25 case reports and 15 case series) and 8 animal experimental studies. 2. Of the 40 clinical studies, other treatments were used together with herbal medicine : acupuncture (28), chuna manipulation (3), and pharmacopuncture (5). 3. Of the 25 case reports, the most common symptoms were musculoskeletal symptoms (8), followed by mental disorders including postpartum depression (5). Various prescriptions of herbal medicine were used depending on the diseases or symptoms. 4. In 15 case series, 665 subjects in 11 case series had taken Saenghwa-tang-gagam within 1~2 weeks after childbirth, and the average duration of Saenghwa-tang-gagam administration were 9±4.97 days. 498 subjects in 9 studies were breast-feeding, and there were no side effects reported. 5. All experimental studies were about the recovery, the immunity and the breast-feeding associated puerperal characteristics. Also, 3 studies used Saenghwa-tang as an intervention. Conclusions: Saenghwa-tang can be commonly used for the purpose of prevention and care of the postpartum symptoms within the first 1~2 weeks after childbirth for 10 days. Also, various prescriptions of herbal medicine may be used depending on the diseases or symptoms, and can be conducted with other treatments like acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, pharmacopuncture and chuna manipulation.

        Effect of Therapeutic Feedback on Non-Face to Face Exercise for Forward Head Posture: Posture, Muscle Strength, Pressure pain Threshold

        Objective: This study is to investigate the effect of real-time feedback from the therapist on posture, muscle strength, pain ofsubjects with forward head posture based on a non-face-to-face complex exercise program. Design: Two-group pretest-posttest design. Methods: Thirty healthy men and women in their twenties with forward head posture with a Craniovertebral angle of 52° or less were targeted, the final selection was made as 15 experimental groups who performed the non-face-to-face intervention programwhile receiving real-time feedback and 15 control subjects who performed the non-face-to-face intervention program withoutproviding feedback. Six of them were eliminated, and a total of 24 were conducted as subjects. All exercise groups performed an exercise program three times a week, 30 minutes each, for a total of two weeks. Before and after exercise, Craniovertebral angle(CVA), CranioRotation angle (CRA), muscle strength, and tenderness threshold were evaluated. Results: Significant differences were shown in both groups in CVA, and tenderness threshold before and after exercise (p<0.05),and CRA, the left middle trapezius muscle strength, only in the experimental group (p<0.05). In the comparison of theamount ofchange between exercise groups, the group that received feedback on CVA, CRA and tenderness threshold showed a significantchange than the group without feedback (p<0.05). Conclusions: As a result of this study, it can be seen that the therapist s real-time feedback is more effective in improving theforward head posture. This requires feedback from the therapist on posture correction during non-face-to-face exerciseintervention.

      • 복합재 볼트 체결부의 유한요소법 기반 점진적 파손해석 연구

        본 논문에서는 발사체의 연소관 등에 사용되는 원통형 복합재의 볼트 체결부에 대한 점진적 파손해석을 수행하였다. 복합재 파손 판정식에는 Hashin의 파손 판정식을 사용하였으며, 이를 ABAQUS subroutine(USDFLD)에 적용하였다. 점진적 파손해석을 위해 Hashin의 파손판정식에 따라 복합재 파손모드를 섬유 인장 파손 모드(Fiber tensile failure mode), 섬유 압축 파손 모드(Fiber compressive failure mode), 기지 인장 파손 모드(Matrix tensile failure mode), 기지 압축 파손 모드(Matrix compressive failure mode)를 고려하였다. 유한요소해석은 3차원 모델을 이용하여 수행하였으며, 이를 시편시험 결과와 비교하였다. In this paper, the progressive failure analysis of a bolted composite joint is performed. The joint is used in cylindrical composite such as combustion tubes of the launching vehicle. Hashin’s failure criterion is used for the progressive failure analysis and applied to the ABAQUS subroutine (USDFLD). For the progressive failure analysis, the failure modes of the composite is considered as fiber tensile failure mode, fiber compressive failure mode, matrix tensile failure mode, and matrix compressive failure mode according to Hashin’s criterion. The finite element analysis is performed using a three-dimensional model and compared with test results.

      • 학습 중 멀티태스킹 행동연구

        본 연구의 목적은 정보기기의 확산과 함께 보편화된 학생들의 멀티태스킹 행동을 인지적 관점에서 이해하는 것이다. 정보기기의 소형화와 개인화로 인해 젊은 세대들은 언제 어디서나 인터넷 혹은 지인과 ‘접속의 상태’에 놓여 있게 되면서 이러한 생활 방식이 학습과정에도 옮아가고 있다. 특히 특정한 학습 목표를 가지고 자유롭게 정보기기를 활용하는 모습 속에서는, 학습과 관계 없는 콘텐츠를 소비하는 모습도 어렵지 않게 관찰할 수 있다. 이러한 배경 속에서 본 연구에서는 기기 보급률이 높고 학습과정에서 정보 행동이 활발한 학부생을 대상으로 학습 중 멀티태스킹 행동을 연구하고자 한다. 구체적으로는 1) 학습 중 개인용 정보기기의 개입 양상을 관찰하고 2) 이에대한 학생들의 인지적 대응 전략을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 통해 제시할 수 있는 본 연구의 의의는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 거시적으로는 멀티태스킹 활동을 인간-컴퓨터 상호작용 현상으로 보고 학습 과정에서 사람과 정보기기간의 관계를 ‘주의집중’ (Attention)과 ‘주의분산’ (Distraction)’의 개념으로 설명한다. 둘째, 미시적으로는 학습 중 기기의 침투성과 이에 따른 인지적 주의분산 현상을 실증 데이터에 기반을 두고 분석함으로써 학습자와 교수자 모두에게 학습 중 정보기기 사용에 대한 대응 방안을 모색하는데 도움을 줄 수 있다. With the growth and expansion of personal mobile computing devices, there has been a change in student’s learning environment. For instance, notetaking at lectures would be in jotters in the past, but each student is now quipped with smartphones and laptops for writing notes. This condition has generated multitasking generation of students who believe that they are capable of handling two or more task simultaneously while tasking classes. The term multitasking in this study refers to the sequential processing of two different tasks through a process of attention switching, popularly known as ‘digital distraction’. In regard to this phenomenon, academic researches in cognitive psychology have scrutinised and suggested that multitasking is deemed to reduce students’ cognitive ability to perceive, process, store and retrieve information. In this context, this study aims to perform a research that pays particular attention to 1) sequential task switching activities across the smart and handheld mobile computing devise and to 2) students’ management strategies in response to intervention from those devices for maintaining balanced cognitive load while learning. Data will be collected using mixedmethods approach: 1) collection of behavioural log data using a life-logging device, which is accompanied by 2) the semi-structured interview designed to capture contexts and situational backgrounds of the students’ multitasking behaviours.

        아동학대가 아동의 정서결핍과 공격성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 아동기 학대피해경험이 아동의 정서결핍과 공격성에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고, 정서결핍이 공격성에 대한 학대피해경험의 영향을 매개하는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 충청북도 청주시와 청원군의 소재의 초등학교 5, 6학년 아동 424명을 대상으로 조사 분석한 결과, 아동학대피해 경험은 부부폭력목격 빈도가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 아동학대피해경험과 정서결핍 및 공격성 간의 영향력을 살펴본 결과 방임, 정서적 학대, 신체적 학대, 부부폭력목격의 순으로 공격성에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 정서결핍이 정서적 학대, 신체적 학대와 방임의 공격성에 대한 영향을 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 아동학대 관련 정책적 및 실천적 함의를 제안하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of callous-unemotional (CU) trait on the relationship between child abuse and children`s aggression. Self administered questionnaires were collected from four hundred and twenty-three 5th and 6th graders living in Cheongju city and Cheongwon area. The results of this study are as follows: First, it was found that the most commonly experienced form of child abuse was witnessing their parents` violence against each other, followed by physical abuse, neglect, and emotional abuse, respectively. Second, experiences of child abuse were found to explain the extent of aggression and CU trait. CU trait was found to partially mediate the relationship between emotional abuse and aggression, physical abuse and aggression, and the relationship between neglect and aggression. In conclusion, this study show that the level of child abuse affected children`s CU trait and aggression, and CU trait influenced aggression. Research findings strongly suggest that programs that promote and enrich children`s emotional development must receive full attention in child welfare as children`s emotional problems such as CU trait, which is affected by harsh parenting, can have an adverse effect on children`s aggression.
