Nowadays, recognition of the design stands out prominently not as a simple and subordinate concept belonging to the company alone but as one of the managerial strategies. In addition, there are common examples that the companies have achieved their goals by deploying designs based on the business philosophy at the level of managerial strategies. Since the strategy for success and survival in the modern global competition society is a periodic call that the new society requires, the manager, the designer and the administrator should maintain their dynamic interrelation effectively and the designer should try to keep intercommunication more amicably with related departments and the manager on the base of managerial standpoint. Consequently, on this research, with the recognition of the importance of the design as a managerial strategy, I am going to systematize that conditions and procedures are required in order to comprise new design organizations as an effort to create unique and reasonable Good Design among mutual organic relations between the company and the design organization. Moreover, I am going to present practical design application plan through the setup of effectively systematized design system theory.

감각‧운동 학습이 훈련가능 정신지체아의 적응행동에 미치는 효과

He following conclusion were obtained. First, 5 test group children showed considerable development rate in many fields and areas after their sensory-motor program's individual adaption, but the comparison group children showed very poor effect. Detail contents of test group children are as follow: They showed the most high accomplishment rate in the individual independent function such as using of meal tools etc., but they showed improvement of physical development, language development, self-control and social areas but they showed very poor rate in economic activity, number and time and their vocational activities etc. The indication of poor and low improvement rate on economic activity, number and time and their vocational activities was caused by too short program adaption time and they had serious unadaptive behaviors, so they couldn't accept their sensory-motor learning carefully. Second, the reduction effect of unadaptive behaviors appears in many areas, especially the effects show resistance, attack, symptom behavior and habitual behaviors etc., but no effects were shown in behavior level, habit, courtesy of human relation and reliable behavior etc. The research time for the habitual behavior was very short and also the effect must be poor only with the sensory-motor learning, therefore the effect may be expected through behavior modification techniques such as destruction, punishment, time out etc. 본 연구의 목적은 감각‧운동 학습을 통해서 훈련가능 정신지체아들의 적응행동, 즉 일상생활의 독립기능 신장 및 부적응행동의 감소 효과를 알아보았다. 연구대상은 인천광역시에 있는 정신지체 특수학교 1학년 중에서 신변처리능력, 학습준비기능, 적응행동이 비슷한 아동으로 실험군 5명(남자 3명, 여자 2명), 비교군 5명(남자 3명, 여자 2명)이다. 실험군에게는 본 감각‧운동 프로그램을 투입‧적용하고, 비교군에게는 정상적인 일반학습만 실시한 후, K-ABS 적응행동검사로 그 결과를 측정‧비교하였다. 첫째, 실험군 아동에게 감각‧운동 프로그램의 개별 적용 결과, 적용한 5명의 실험 대상 아동이 여러 영역에 걸쳐 뚜렷한 발달율을 나타내었으나, 비교군 아동에서는 효과가 저조하였다. 실험군 아동에게 나타난 구체적인 내용을 보면, 일상생활의 독립 기능에서는 식사 용구의 사용 등 개인적 독립 기능이 가장 높은 성취율을 보였으며, 신체 발달, 언어 발달, 자기 관리. 사회화 영역의 순으로 향상되었으나, 경제 활동, 수와 시간, 직업적 활동에서는 저조한 향상율을 나타내었다. 경제 활동, 수와 시간, 직업적 활동 등에 저조한 향상율을 나타낸 것은 프로그램의 적용 기간이 너무 짧았고, 부적응 행동이 심하여 감각‧운동 학습을 주의 깊게 수용하지 않았기 때문인 것으로 생각된다. 둘째, 부적응 행동 감소 효과는 여러 영역에 걸쳐 나타났는데, 특히 반항, 공격, 증후적 행동, 습관 행동영역에서 그 효과가 크게 나타났고, 행동 수준, 버릇, 대인 관계 예법, 신뢰성 행동에서는 효과가 크지 않았다. 이것은 버릇이나 습관적인 행동들은 연구의 기간도 짧았지만 감각‧운동 학습만으로는 효과가 적고, 행동의 특성에 따라 소멸, 벌, 타임 아웃(time out) 등의 행동 수정 기법을 병행 적용하여야만 효과가 있을 것으로 생각된다.
군 장병의 학습 멘토링 경험에 관한 탐색적 연구 : 공군 학습봉사 동아리 ‘다문화 멘토링’ 사례를 중심으로

In our society, the young man is considered to be an object to be actively supported, and he is considered to be a member of the military. Young people are also recognized as “objects” that need to be helped. However, despite this perception, some young soldiers are living in the military with their lives in the military, practicing lifelong learning and learning communities, forming a community of learning and learning communities and learning a life of learning and growth. There is a purpose for research that learning aid from the Learning Service participants taught lifelong learning through learning mentoring experience, how educators and learners learn to build a learning community.Studies have shown that in the military, the Learning Service participants have learned lifelong learning in a variety of ways, including learning opportunities and learning outcomes. Through multicultural mentoring, the Learning Service participants increased self-esteem, self grown, multicultural children were actively changing and learning outcomes improved. In the early days of multicultural mentoring, there were practical difficulties such as lack of understanding of multiculturalism, creating mutual sympathy, forming a learning community together, and sharing meaningful experiences, such as enhancing understanding of multicultural cultures. Previous studies have focused on studies of learning clubs effectiveness and activation in schools, businesses and communities in the past, and studies of studies in the special environment have been insignificant in the special environment. In particular, there was no study of volunteer clubs that performed mentoring programs for the community, not just for themselves, but for the community. This research is meaningful as the first study of young adults practicing their lifelong learning, and through multicultural mentoring and multicultural children studying together with multi-cultural families and multicultural families to explore their lifelong learning. Based on the results of this study, I hope to actively educate and expand the learning of the soldiers' lifelong learning and growth skills in various ways.
