In the construction industry, labor management has been considered as an important task because most construction projects require a large number of labors. However, labor management has not yet been systematically studied even though it has been played basic roles in the construction industry, The primary objective of this study is to propose a system using PDA and Bar code to improve the labor management. In order to develop the system, the interview and site survey are conducted in this paper, and analyzed several types of reported papers. This system enables site manager to automatically get the useful information related to the labor management.

Effects of annealing temperature on GO-Cu2O composite films grown by electrochemical deposition for PEC photoelectrode

In this work, graphene oxideecuprous oxide (GO-Cu2O) composite films were grown on fluorine-doped tin oxide substrates by electrochemical deposition. We investigated the effects of the annealing temperature on the morphological, structural, optical and photoelectrochemical (PEC) properties of GO -Cu2O composite films. As a result, our work shows that while GO-Cu2O composite films exhibit the highest XRD (111) peak intensity at 300 ℃ sample, the highest photocurrent density value obtained was -4.75 mA/cm2 at 200 ℃ sample (using 0.17 V versus a reversible hydrogen electrode (RHE)). In addition, a reduction reaction at 300 ℃ sample was observed using XPS analysis from the shift in the O1s peak in addition to a weaker O1s peak intensity.

「신정부혁신론」서평을 읽고 나서

사회과학분야의 권위있는 전문지 「사회과학논평」에 본인이 필자대표로 출간한 「신정부혁신론」이 서평대상으로 선정되었다는 연락을 받고 영광의 념(念)과 아울러 걱정이 앞섰다. 「신정부혁신론」은 당초 상업출판물로 기획한 것이 아니고 당시 총무처 직무분석기획단에서 「정부혁신 2010」이라는 정책보고서를 만드는 과정에서 해외출장 등을 거쳐 수집한 자료를 단기간에 중간생산물로 엮은 책으로서 여러 가지 한계를 내포하고 있기 때문이다. 그러나, 본인의 우려에도 불구하고 고려대학교 박종민 교수는 일부 이론적 체계에 대한 결함을 지적한 것 외에는 애정어린 시각에서 이 책의 자료집으로서의 정보적 가치를 높이 평가하고 있다. 박종민 교수의 「신정부혁신론」에 대한 서평을 요약하면, 먼저 긍정적인 면으로서 첫째, 현 정부가 출범하기 반년 전에 출간되어 선진국 개혁경험을 이해하는 데 시기적으로 적절하였다는 점, 둘째, OECD국가의 정부혁신과정, 혁신전략 및 성과를 체례적으로 정리하여 정보적 가치가 매우 높은 점. 셋째, 집필진 대부분을 실무경험이 풍부한 공무원으로 구성하여 사실적 정보에 입각하여 과도한 이론적・추상적 논의를 지양한 점, 넷째, OECD국가의 정부혁신 특징을 열거한 다음 선진국 정부혁신의 모방에 대한 경계를 나타내고 우리나라 정부혁신의 방향을 제시하려고 노력한 점을 제시하고 있다.

Safety of hydroxyzine in the sedation of pediatric dental patients

Hydroxyzine is one of the most popular oral sedatives used in pediatric dentistry. This study aimed to investigate the safety and possible side effects of sedation using hydroxyzine in pediatric dentistry. "Hydroxyzine,” "Dental sedation,” "Child,” and "Safety" and their associated synonyms were searched using the Cochrane Library, Embase, PubMed, KISS, KMBASE, and KoreaMed databases. Academic information and portals of DBpia and RISS were also perused. Altogether, 340 papers were found, among which a total of 24 papers were selected according to the detailed criteria. Nine studies used hydroxyzine as monotherapy, and 10 studies compared its safety when hydroxyzine used as multitherapy. In addition, seven studies employed a drug regimen wherein hydroxyzine was one of the components. All these studies revealed that the adverse events specific to hydroxyzine usage were drowsiness and dryness of the mouth, and that there were respiratory complications due to a synergistic reaction of hydroxyzine. Although classified as a histamine blocker, hydroxyzine with its sedative, antiemetic, anticonvulsant, and anticholinergic properties is an oral sedative available without serious adverse events, If the proper dosage of the drug is used and its synergistic effects with other drugs are ascertained in the route of administration.

Effects of Zn Amount on the Properties of Zn-Cu2O Composite Films Grown for PEC Photoelectrodes by Using Electrochemical Deposition

In this study, Zn-Cu2O composite films were grown on fluorine-doped tin-oxide (FTO) substrates by using the electrochemical deposition method. Various amounts of Zinc (Zn) were added to grow the Zn-Cu2O composite films. We analyzed the morphological, structural, optical energy band gap and photocurrent density properties of the Zn-Cu2O composite films by using various measurements such as field-emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV-visible spectrophotometry and potentiostat/galvanostat measurements, respectively. As a result, the highest photocurrent density value of −4.04 mA/cm2 was obtained for the 30-wt% sample, which had the lowest Cu2O (111)/ ZnO (101) XRD peak intensity ratio. The highest photocurrent density value from the 30-wt% sample was approximately 2.35 times higher than that from the non-composite Cu2O film (0-wt% sample). From this study, we found that adding Zn could improve the photocurrent values of Zn-Cu2O composite films.

신체성을 활용한 연기지도 방법론 연구 - 연극 <아주 잔인한 실종>을 바탕으로 -

이 연구는 연극 <아주 잔인한 실종>의 연습과정 속 배우들의 연기지도 방법론에 대한 고찰이다. 이 연극은 소포클래스의 작품 <오이디푸스 왕>을 각색, 재창작 한 작품으로 그리스비극을 현대적으로 재구성했다. 시대적 배경은 현대로, 공간적 배경은 한국을 바탕으로 변화되었지만 배우의 신체와 텍스트에 대해 의존도가 큰 것은 그리스 비극의 요소와 동일하다. 사실주의적 표현을 기반으로 하지만 작품의 특성상 신체성과 물질성 이 많이 강조되어 있다. 이에 아리스토텔레스의 「시학」에서 다루었던 기본적인 요소들로 회귀를 추구하였으 며 리얼리티를 추구하되 신체성을 필두로 한 일루젼의 확장, 이로 인한 관객들의 미학적 경험의 확대에 중점을 두었다. 무대 또한 개방감이 크기 때문에 배우들이 연극적으로 채워야 하는 부분들이 많았고, 자연스 러운 연기를 바탕으로 하면서도 강력한 물질성을 보여주어야 했다. 본 연구자는 미카엘 체홉의 ‘심리제스처’ 와 바르바의 ‘몸-정신’을 활용해 연기지도에 임했으며 연습과정 속에서 몸성을 깨우고 이를 공연에서의 창발의 순간에 이르도록, 배우의 신체적 활동을 통한 ‘행동’을 끌어내기 위해 노력했다. 기존의 심리제스처에 대한 활용은 배우로 하여금 연습과정에서 배역과 상황에 걸맞는 감정을 느끼게 하기 위한, 외적인 접근방식의 훈련용도로 여겨져 왔다. 이를 다르게 접근하여 본 연구자는 배역의 심리상태를 관객에게 보여 줄 수 있는 적극적인 표현 용도로 활용하고자 했으며 배우들이 가진 신체적 물질성을 강하게 드러낼 수 있는 방법론으로 작용할 수 있도록 했다. 또한 몸-정신을 바탕으로 배역의 세분화 된 움직임에 사유적 지각이 표현될 수 있는 방법론을 강구했으며 이를 토대로 사유의 시각화를 이루고자 노력했다. 이러한 신체적 훈련 과정을 토대로 배우와 인물 사이의 경계를 허물어 수행성의 영역에 이를 수 있도록 시도했고 이러한 과정에서 배우의 몸성을 깨워 즉흥의 순간을 경험하게 하였다. 이는 그 과정에 대한 연구이며 향후 신체적 훈련법의 영역이 더욱 확장, 발전하는 계기가 되길 바란다. This study explores the acting coaching methodology during the rehearsal process of the play A Very Cruel Disappearance. The play is a contemporary reinterpretation of Sophocles' Oedipus Rex within the framework of the lower class, with a modern setting and a spatial background based in Korea. Despite the shift in temporal and spatial contexts, there is a significant reliance on the actor's body and text, mirroring elements found in Greek tragedy. While grounded in naturalistic expression, the work places a strong emphasis on corporeality and materiality. Drawing inspiration from Aristotle's Poetics, the study seeks a return to fundamental elements, pursuing realism while focusing on the expansion of illusion, particularly emphasizing the audience's aesthetic experience. The researcher employed Michel Chekhov's 'Psychological Gesture' and Eugenio Barba's 'Body-Mind' in acting coaching, aiming to awaken corporeality during the rehearsal process. Efforts were made to guide actors in embodying 'action' through their physical activity, leading to emergent moments in performance. Departing from the conventional use of psychological gestures as a training tool for actors to feel appropriate emotions during the rehearsal process, this study sought to actively utilize it for expressive purposes, showcasing the psychological state of the characters to the audience. Additionally, building on the Body-Mind approach, the study sought a methodology where the nuanced movements of the characters could reflect reasoned perceptions. This approach aimed to visualize thought processes and break down the boundaries between the actor and the character. Through this physical training process, the study attempted to dissolve the boundaries between the actor and the character, leading to performative spontaneity. This research serves as an exploration of this process, and it is hoped that it will contribute to the further expansion and development of physical training methods in the future.

명중률과 교전결과의 상관관계분석을 통한 개인화기 성능개선비용 추정

This study analyzes the correlation between the accracy of rifle and the result of engagement. And estimates the improvement cost of the rifle accordingly. For this experiment, an engagement class simulation model(AWAM: Army Weapon Effectiveness Analysis Model) was used. We also selected the rifle, which is a portable weapon for the experiment. Prior to this experiment, we conducted a reliability test(VV&A: Verification, Validation and Accreditation) on the model. The VV&A process is mainly done during the development of the DM&S model, which is also necessary for the operation of the M&S. We confirmed the need for VV&A during the experiment and obtained reliable experimental results using the corrected values. In the Accuracy Experiment we found that the 20% improvement is the most effective. And we were able to estimate the cost of acquiring a rifle with a 20% higher accuracy. The cost was estimated by simple regression analysis based on the price of the current rifle. Through this study, we could know the impact of the accuracy of rifle on the experimental results and estimate the cost of improved rifle.
