Focused ion beam (FIB) sputtering was used to fabricate a low microscale mold having a circular curved structure, as well as variable sizes. Experimentally, in this work, a continuous slicing method, which was modified from two-dimensional slice-by-slice approach developed by Fu, was tested with the aim of excluding the material redeposition phenomena by repeating the discrete slicing process with a combination of spiral scans as part of an overall vector scan. Three types of fabrication strategies, including scan strategy, ion beam condition, and processing parameter, were defined and the mould was fabricated as a function of ion dose for specific dwell times. Through replication technique from fabricated moulds, polymeric microstructures were replicated from polydimethy-lsiloxane (PDMS) and polyurethane acrylate (PUA) and compared with the mould dimension. Furthermore, micro-lens arrays was also fabricated and replicated.

최근 공기업의 부채는 그 규모와 속도가 급하게 증가하고 있으며, 이로 인하여 공기업뿐만 아니라 국가의 재무건전성에 부정적인 영향을 미쳐 종국엔 나라의 경제위기를 심화시킬 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. 이와 같이 공기업의 부채가 심각한 문제가 되고 있어 공기업의 부채를 절감하기 위한 노력으로 정부는 공기업을 포함한 공공기관의 부채를 관리하기 위하여 대책의 일환으로 부채를 발생 원인 별로 구분하여 부채의 발생원인을 파악하고 부채관리를 효과적으로 하고자 하는 구분회계제도를 도입하였다. 구분회계제도는 공기업의 부채관리뿐만 아니라 제품원가산정, 사업별 성과평가와 경영효율성 평가에 도움을 줄 것으로 생각한다. 이에 구분회계제도와 공기업인 한국철도공사의 구분회계제도에 대한 연구를 하였다. Recently, debts of public enterprises have been grown its proportion rapidly. This impedes not only public enterprises themselves but also financial soundness of its nation so that intensifies domestic economic crisis. To lessen its debts, government adopt The Separate Accounting System to manage debts of public enterprise by tracing each debt" cause. The Separate Accounting System will help not only debt management but also product costing, evaluation of divisional profit and efficiency of management. This study aims to analyze The Separate Accounting System and The Separate Accounting System of Korea Railroad Corporation.
무선 XML 데이터 방송을 위한 에너지 효율적인 스트리밍 기법

본 논문에서는 무선 환경에서 서버가 다수의 클라이언트에게 무선 방송기법을 통해 XML 데이터를 효율적으로 스트리밍하기 위한 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 원본 XML 문서의 불필요한 중복(닫는 태그)을 없애 전송되는 문서를 손실 없이 압축하여 접근 시간을 향상시킨다. 또한 XML의 질의가 경로로 나타내어지는 특징을 이용하여 별도의 색인을 두지 않고, 스트림 내에서 데이터 자체를 트리형태로 구성하여 색인의 역할을 할 수 있도록 하였다. 마지막으로, 제안하는 기법을 검증하기 위해 무선 방송을 가정한 파일 스트림을 만들고 클라이언트 모듈을 통해 파일 스트림을 XML 데이터로 복구하는 과정을 설계 및 구현하고, 여러 질의문을 이용하여 원형 XML 파일을 스트리밍 했을 경우와의 성능 차이를 비교한다. In this paper we propose a streaming method for wireless broadcasting XML data with which mobile clients can access the data in an energy-efficient way. The proposed method eliminates the closing tags for reducing XML data size, which improves the access time. Also, XML data are structured in a tree style which plays a role of index on the stream. We implemented the proposed method in a file-based simulation environments and compared it with a naive method - streaming of original XML documents.

Recently, The business environment is very rapidly changed and complicated. Therefore, the companies are confront with the biggest difficulty. To overcome this difficulty, the management should be able to accomplish the human resources management and the efficient business management. Korea railroad industry has a close association with national life as it carries out public works based on its public nature as well as purses the corporate spirit. For that reason, Korea railroad industry has a great spin-off on national economy and exerts a tremendous impact on the improvement of productivity around the industries and the international competitiveness at aspect of efficiency resulting from business rationalization. Railroad system can be described as organic. Railroad Employs take a great role in this system. According the psychology and the Organization Behavior, the decision maker"s personality and employee" work satisfaction have influence on performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the Railroad Employs" Personality and Work satisfaction which influence on the efficient business management.

A field emission electron gun including 3 electrodes which are one cathode and two anodes is very important for high resolution electron microscope and electron beam lithography. To have functions to control the initially-emitted electron beam in 3 electrode, two anodes act as an electrostatic lens according to equipotential lines with the capability of adjusting the spot size, intensity, and working distance. To verify the action of electrostatic lens by changing some parameters such as electrode shape, displacement and applied voltage to the electrodes, the two lenses were design and simulated and then their performances were analyzed with angular beam intensity (distribution), electrical optic axis variation and their stability.

A Nano-tip as a cold field emitter for inducing a field emission current has manufactured in many ways. In the paper, the electrochemical etching method is used. Thus, in order to optimize the final shape as the field emitter, the reliable fabrication system for electrochemical etching was constructed. In addition, the effective parameters such as applied voltage, submerged length, meniscus height, electrolyte concentration and environmental condition(vibration, humidity, cut-off time) have investigated in detail. By controlling the parameters, reliable tungsten tip for field emitter was fabricated. And the fabricated tungsten tip was evaluated optically. Finally, the very sharp apex of the tungsten tip was observed with scanning electron microscope.

A field emission electron gun including three electrodes which are one cathode and two anodes is very crucial for high resolution electron beam applications. To have functions of controlling the initially-emitted electron beam from cathode, two anodes have to form proper equi-potential lines between two anodes (electrostatic lens) being capable of adjusting the beam intensity. To verify the action of electrostatic lens by changing some parameters such as electrode shape, displacement and applied voltage to the electrodes, the two lenses were design and simulated with OPERA-3D. In addition, electron beam behaviors, angular beam intensity (distribution), in three electrodes were tested.
