DFS를 이용한 추가 메모리를 요구하지 않는 제로트리 압축기법

SPIHT는 수행속도가 빠르고 효율적인 웨이블릿 기반의 이미지 압축 알고리즘으로 잘 알려져 있다. 그러나, SPIHT는 알고리즘 수행에 필요한 제로트리 및 계수의 상태를 저장하기 위하여 리스트 구조를 사용하고 있어 추가 메모리론 요구하며, 비트율의 증가에 따라 메모리 요구량이 증가하는 단점을 가진다. 본 논문에서는 SPIHT 알고리즘을 수행하는데 있어 추가 메모리를 요구하지 않는 MZP-DFS 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안된 기법은 깊이우선 순서에 따라 공간트리를 탐색하고 테스트 함수 및 복원 계수의 LSB를 이용함으로써 추가 메모리를 제거하였으며 SPIHT와 동일한 성능을 가진다. MZP-DFS는 추가 메모리를 요구하지 않기 때문에 하드웨어 제작비용을 절감할 수 있으며, 각각의 공간트리를 병렬적으로 수행할 수 있기 때문에 실시간 이미지 압축에 적합하다. SPIHT algorithm is a wavelet based fast and effective technique for image compression. It uses a list structure to store status information which is generated during set-partitioning of zero-tree. Usually, this requires lots of additional memory depending on how high the bit-rate is. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a new technique called MZP-DFS, which needs no additional memory when running SPIHT algorithm. It traverses a spatial-tree according to DFS and eliminates additional memory as it uses test-functions for encoding and LSB bits of coefficients for decoding respectively. This method yields nearly the same performance as SPIHT. This may be desirable in hardware implementation because no additional memory is required. Moreover. it exploits parallelism to process each spatial-tree that it can be applied well in real-time image compression.
임플란트 수술용 가이드를 사용한 부분 유도 임플란트 수술의 정확도 평가: 증례보고

무치악 환자의 치료에서 치과용 임플란트를 이용한 보철치료는 현재 널리 사용되고 있는 치료 방법 중 하나이다. 임플란트를 적절한 위치에 정확히 식립하기 위해 최근 임플란트 수술용 가이드를 이용하여 임플란트 수술의 정확도를 향상시키는 방법이 소개되어 폭넓게 사용되고 있다. 임플란트 수술 시 임플란트 수술용 가이드를 적용하는 수준에 따라 완전 유도 임플란트 수술과 부분 유도 임플란트 수술로 구분할 수 있다. 비록 완전 유도 임플란트 수술이 더 높은 정확도를 보이는 것은 사실이나 수술상황에서의 다양한 임상적 환경 등으로 인해서 부분 유도 임플란트 수술이 종종 시행된다. 이 증례는 치아파절과 치주염 등으로 치아를 상실하게 된 부분무치악 환자에서 임플란트와 고정성보철물을 이용해서 보철 수복 치료를 시행한 사례이다. 임플란트 수술 과정에서 임플란트 수술용 가이드를 사용해서 부분 유도 임플란트 수술을 시행하였으며, 임플란트 수술 계획과 수술 결과 간의 정확도에 대한 분석을 시행하여 소개하였다. Nowadays, dental implant is one of the widely used treatment options for edentulous patients. Recently, a method of improving the accuracy of implant surgery using an implant surgical guide has been introduced and widely used in order to accurately place the implant in a proper position. Full-guided and half-guided implant surgery can be distinguished according to the level of surgical guide application during the implant surgery. It is true that full-guided implant surgery exhibits higher accuracy, but half- guided implant surgery is often performed in a clinical situation due to the factors such as the circumstances of the operation. A partially edentulous patient who lost teeth due to tooth fracture and periodontal disease was treated using implant and fixed prosthesis. Half-guided implant surgery was performed using an implant surgical guide during implant surgery, the accuracy of implant placement was analyzed.

Tractor PTO output and fuel consumption rate under the korean paddy and various paddy operations were measured and analyzed, in which all the measurements were accomplished by the OECD tractor test codes and the collected information will be utilized for defining tractor energy efficiency class and its test methods. Tractor PTO performance tests were conducted under full-load, part-load and various engine RPMs with part-load at the engine laboratory, while the paddy operations were dry land plowing, wet and dry land rotary tilling and wet land preparation under various soils. As a whole, the rated tractor outputs were ranged from 17% to 100% in the various tillage and land preparation operations, however, the loads for the paddy operations of 1,700 to 2,000 rpm were very close to the OECD tractor load distribution thus it would be appropriate to adopt OECD tractor test codes to measure energy consumption efficiency of tractor.

Biodiesel of 20% (BD20) and 100% (BD100), alterative fuels for tractor, were tested for its power and competitiveness in the various farm operations including plowing and rotary tilling in the paddy fields. No troubles such as engine ignition or abrupt stopping were monitored during the works of plowing, rotary tilling and travelling on the road. According to the tractor PTO test in accordance with OECD tractor PTO test codes, no significant PTO output difference was found between the three fuels. However, fuel consumption rates were different between the biodiesels and diesel fuel in the paddy works, where as biodiesel percentage increased more fuels were spent than the diesel fuel. The reason for this phenomenon seems came from density difference of the three fuels. Maximum fuel consumption difference occurred between BD100 and diesel fuel was about 10% in the plowing. More energy was spent on the rotary tilling operations than the plowing, where 35~40 % more fuel needed on rotary tilling than plowing. Of the exhaust gases, more CO2 was discharged from diesel fuel than biodiesels, but more NOx from biodiesels and CO was hard to determine which fuel produce more amount.

This paper is concerned with the control of the harmful vertical vibration occurring on a cable-stayed bridge, a type of large structure bridges. For the control, we designed a model structure of the bridge and a shear type MR damper. With those, vibration control experiments were performed and evaluated under various conditions: non-control, clipped-optimal control, and passive off and passive on the last two of which were added to evaluate the clipped-optimal control. As a result of the experiments, displacement and acceleration on the middle span were obtained, and from those were derived maximum displacement and maximum acceleration by which control performance was also evaluated. Additionally, each different voltage consumed at the moment of control was compared each other. Finally, it is proven that the clipped-optimal control method was functionally and economically effective in the case where such a semi-active control device as MR damper was employed in the control of a cable-stayed bridge.
