Prediction and control of the thermal distortion is particularly important for the design and manufacture of welded thin plate panel. In this study, experiments and computations are performed to analyze effect of a hole configuration and a specimen size on distortion. In addition, this study aims to develop a thermal elasto-plastic simulation using finite element method to predict distortion, with particular emphasis on buckling deformation generated in plates welded around hole. From the experiments, the severe distortion appeared in the weldments by the laser welding process, in which the specimen size plays an important role on the distortion but the hole configuration showed little effect. And the results of numerical analysis were corresponded well with the experiment ones. Thus, a thermal elasto-plastic analysis model for predicting the weld distortion of thin plate panel was successfully developed through this study.

本 論文은 生活指導에 있어서 核心이 되는 相談과 相談敎師 또는 카운슬러의 效果에 따른 役割을 探索하는 데 있다. 相談效果에 따른 영역 , 효과적인 상담, 교사의 특성, 훌륭한 카운슬러의 開放的 性格, 相談效果와 관계된 문제를 중심으로 보다 바람직한 效果를 가져올 수 있는 相談에 關한 ?究를 시도해 보았다. 훌륭한 生活指導敎師는 自己의 부담하는 일에 대하여 계속적인 好寄心을 지녀야 한다. 效果的인 카운슬러는 민감해야 하고 他人에게 관심을 지녀야 하며, 事物에 보다는 人間을 옳게 판단해야 한다. 보다 친철하고 價?있는 活動을 展開해야 한다. 탐구의 精神, 學習의 要素는 生活指導敎育에 있어서 必須的인 要素가 되는 것이다. 여기에 카운슬러 選?에 필요한 綜合 테스트를 使用하는 것이 바람직하다.

Most of us spend about half our working lives in some form of work. We would all be very fortunate and quite happy if we could say, as Mark Twain did of his occupation, "I don`t consider writing to be work at all-it`s just something I love to do so". Mark Twain`s love affair with writing was not work, but pleasure. In his opinion, "work is that which a body is obliged to do. ‘Play is that which a body is not obligeded to do. Whether your occupation is pleasurable is less a function of how much effort you put in than of how throughly you enjoy what you are doing. Work can be a positive or negative experience, depending on how it matches your needs. As we are grown up, you need to have a vocation or occupation for your way of living. Then how to choose and plan your career in the future of your life? One of the most deepest urges of life is to grow. Especially as a human being, our work is a major expression of our life`s energies; our careers must grow with us and fulfill our changing needs if we are to feel healthy, free, and fully alive. A career that fits like an expanding, flexible skin which you can breath, flex your intellectual or physical muscles, and develop your capacities and strength to the fullest is the goal of the career and life planning system presented in this paper. The happiest working people are those who have had the opportunity and the courage to grow along with a sequences of jobs that respond to their changing interests and needs. For this reason it would be a vast underestimation to view this career planning solely as a scheme for getting a job effectively. This planning is quite effective at achieving that limited goal. The purpose and promise of this thesis is to help you develop a career that you throughly enjoy throughout your life in the future because it responds fully to your unique needs. Then you will derive fulfilment from your work in proportion to the effort you put into it, and it will become a love affair because you have chosen it freely. The heart of this study is to explore what you have capacities that will help you identify your most important desires, interest, and skills; formulate goals that are consistent with them; learn to distinguish fact from fantasy in the world of work; and design effective plan of action to pursue attain your goals. Finally, career planning opens the doors to a fully rewarding career. It frees you from fears that you are powerless in the future and gives you confidence to acknowledge you need .to grow and change through your work, and power to fulfill that need.

As our society has increased in complexity and become more dependent on technological development, the need for education beyond mininal levels also has become more apparent. Our nation`s great challenge is to develop each individual to his hibhest potentiality University institution will allow students more opportunity to make decisions and to face responsibility for their decisions and also will be judged by how well they serve the needs of students and prepare them for every aspect of life. The University function is to find and to develop the leadership of his about for preparing future professional job to the lifelong career to the end. In this regard, it is necessary to give job opportunity for college students thet college career guidance is required for finding career choice in the changing industrial society. The purpose of this study was to investigate what the university education functions, to introduce the practical problems facing interest for their students and to give them career strategies fur preparing future life This study was also consisted of universalization of college education and vocational education, career guidance of the university for the occupational choice and strategy toward the information age. The method of this study was found by the procedure of review of related literature. The conclusions of this study were summarized as followint items, University education in the present day belongs to the stage of career specialization in view of career development. University functions is to enlighten the potentiality of students and called the place of finding academic achievement and truth. On the otherhand, the concept of this function become to be known the place of preparing professional occupation through the study of his major field from the college education process. Therefore, it is of mecessity to have proper career information for students to choose and to decide satifying occupation to the end. Career guidance in the university become to emphasize to the students on the basis of aptitude interest, ability, phsical condition and value system in order to choose their optimal goals for satisfying adjustment.

The purpose of this study represents a continuing effort to examine the possibilities of guidance in education as a primary means for helping each student to realize his or her fullest potential as a citizen in an industrial society. The guidance movement arose initially from a specific need, namely, the need for better trained workers to meet the demands of the new kind of jobs by industry in the early twenty century had made possible. Because guidance is an integral part of education which is an institution of society, it is thus faced with a dual task. As we see it, guidance must somehow maintain the values of its society while exploring the alternative values of those who are challenging or who otherwise are affected by these changes. Guidance is the responsibility of many people in and out of school. For this reason there is need for a view of its philosophy and functions that can reach the widest possible audience. This thesis continues to be designed for introductory course in guidance in general procedure and counseling techniques. This should help teachers, counselors and administrators in their approach to the problems of guidance. Basic concepts and illustration have been chosen that apply to both elementary and secondary levels although guidance is a continuous process that does not begin or end with the school.
