본 연구는 성남시 분당 환풍구 참사를 계기로 촉발 된 국내 건축물 유지관리점검 제도의 문제점을 점검항목간 비교와 실무상 점검항목간 상관관계분석 이라는 관점에서 접근하였다. 점검제도간 비교를 통해 국내 점검항목이 선진국 점검항목에 비하여 문제가 있다는 점을 적시한다. 또한 현재 점검항목을 가지고 실무에서 시행을 할 경우라도 축적된 점검결과를 바탕으로 점검항목간 상관관계분석을 통해 상관관계가 높은 항목간 연관성을 통해 점검의 실효성을 파악하여 건물주, 점검실무자 및 감독관청에 도움을 주고자하는데 주안을 두었다. 1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This study was researched with the main objective that conducted a literature comparative analysis by maintenance inspection regime have in maintaining the architectural problem management checks have been advancing international building maintenance manual inspection manual and a comparison of the domestic building triggered by the instrument. In this paper, the control method of extracting maximum power from the seaflow energy is proposed. This paper describes a variable speed seaflow generation system with permanent magnet synchronous motor, bridge rectifier, buck-boost converter and Fuzzy controller. In this proposed seaflow generation system, the duty ratio of buck-boost converter is controlled by the fuzzy controller. An advantage of MPPT control method presented in this paper don' t need to use the characteristic of seaflow turbine at various seaflow speed and measure the tidal speed and the rotating speed of tidal turbine. Therefore, the proposed system has the characteristics of lower cost, higher efficiency and lower complexity. The effectiveness of algorithm is simulated based on Matlab Simulink.

본 논문에서는 DC-DC 컨버터를 이용하여 조류 발전의 MPPT(Maximum Power Point Tracking) 제어를 제안하였다. 기존의 고정 듀티 제어를 이용한 발전 시스템과 가변 듀티를 이용한 발전시스템과의 비교를 통해서 가변듀티를 이용한 제어방법이 더욱 우수한 성능을 나타낸다는 것을 검증하였다. 제안한 시스템은 블레이드, 영구자석 동기전동기, 다이오드 정류기, DC-DC 컨버터로 구성되어 있으며, 고정듀티, 가변듀티, 퍼지제어기를 이용한 가변듀티 방법을 이용하여 제어하였다. 본 시스템은 조류 속도의 측정 없이 컨버터의 듀티 가변으로 발전기가 최대 출력전력을 낼 수 있도록 제어하므로, 별도의 측정 장비가 필요 없다. 따라서 시스템 구성비용 적고, 복잡성이 낮으며, 효율이 높다. 알고리즘의 유효성은 Matlab Simulink를 통해서 검증하였다.

In this paper, the control method of extracting maximum power from the seaflow energy is proposed. This system consists of buck-boost converter, bridge diode. The control is performed by using the variable duty ratio control of buck-boost converter. For extracting maximum power, it is necessary to know the seaflow turbine's maximum power curve and the seaflow speed measurement. But this makes the system difficult and expensive to implement. So this paper proposes the MPPT control method where the seaflow speed and the maximum power curve of the seaflow turbine are not required. The effectiveness of algorithm is simulated based on Matlab Simulink<SUP>?</SUP>.

The purpose of this paper was to study the effect of surfactants on the absorption and the bioavailability of ascorbic acid in the small intestine of rats and rabhits absorption of ascorbic acid in small intestine of rats was increased with tween 80 and span 80.<br/> The blood level of ascorhic acid in rabbits was elevated by combined with low concentration of surfactants but high concentration of surfactants.<br/> The bioavailability of ascorbic acid was increased by simultaneous administration of surfactants.
