It was difficult that each enterprise clearly defines PDM in domestic vehicle manufacturing industry and decides investment for the successful foundation in the mid-90s. Also, it was true that most investments to success repeat a process of trial and error even if they decide and propel. Now, PDM is not a luxurious system. Because the company is operated well even if it manages business manually, the company may not be interested in PDM introduction. Problem is business efficiency and product competitiveness. Now, we must consider that introduction and drive of PDM became necessary as instrumentation for Re-Engineering of business process concerning innovative dimension restructuring that is not reorganization, development and improvement of business for enterprise's survival. This indicates that now is when level of infra construction for an IT technology dominates competitiveness of business management. Enterprise can expect effects of PDM by implementation that manages Intellectual Properties through administration of knowledge and information finally.
Power Split Type HEV 차량 정속주행시 전기동력부품 성능특성

This paper studied performance characteristics of hybrid automotive to replace existing fossil fuel vehicles. Specially, about power split type HEV that is T-HEV's drive system when a vehicle drives at steady speed, monitored both output of each engine, motor and generator and battery SOC (state of charge) and analyzed performance characteristic of power transmission system and electricity power parts. This study shows those that acquired and analyzed information from signals between HCU and each controller of actual T- vehicle. From this study, it is confirmed that each conditions of EV and HEV drive can be a improvement with respect to the fuel efficiency of vehicles.

In this paper, We propose a soft-start circuit with non-linear characteristics to reduce the start-up time of converters. The proposed circuit consists of oscillator, counter, mux, and buffer. This soft-start circuit can start-up the buck converter faster than the circuit that increases linearly over the existing start-up period by designing the reference voltage increase slope differently according to the soft-start interval. In addition, for stable inductor current control of the buck converter, the reference voltage is slowly increased at the beginning and end of the start-up, and the reference voltage is increased rapidly in the middle, so that the inductor current can be stably controlled.

This paper proposes a voltage source design to operate the Vgs of the power transistor of the motor driver IC at 13V. The voltage source drives the low-side and charges the bootstrap capacitor. At this time, the target voltage is sufficient to drive the Power Transistor even at a low input voltage, and even at a high input voltage, a stable voltage source is generated with low ripple and high efficiency. It is expected to be used in various applications because a constant 13V voltage source is created at a very wide input voltage of 5.5V-50V through a combination of charge pump, regulator, switch, etc.
