Objective : Ikiyangeumhaedoc-tang(IYHT) has an effect of nourishing Yin(陰) and Jin(津), and has been used to cancer patient effectively. In order to prove the anticancer's and antimetastic effect of IYHT experimentally, studies were done. Methods : We evaluated the cytotoxic activity on HT-1080 cells as well as inhibitory effect on activity of DNA topoisomerase Ⅰ, cell adhesion, cell invasion and proliferation of HUVEC cells induced by bFGF and measured the expression of mRNA(uPA, MMP2, TIMP2), p-ERK protein, recovery effect of gap junctional intercellular communication by $H_{2}O_2$ and survival time of ICR mice bearing sacoma-180. Results : IYHT showed the inhibitory effect on DNA topoisomerase Ⅰ in the concentration of $100{\mu}g/ml,\;500{\mu}g/ml$ and the dosage-dependent inhibitory effect on the adhesion of HT-1080. The concentration of 1mg/ml of IYHT inhibited 15% of adhesion compared with control. IYHT decreased the expression of uPA, but not in MMP2, TIMP2 by RT-PCR and inhibited the expression of p-ERK effectively in the concentration of more than $500{\mu}g/ml.$ IYHT recovered the inhibited gap junctional intercellular communication by $H_{2}O_2$ to the level of 60% of normal control in the concentration of $400{\mu}g/ml$ but, did not extended the mean survival time of sarcoma 180-bearing mouse. Conclusions : It was concluded that IYHT could be applied usefully for prevention and treatment of human cancer, And also experimental study for the evaluation of molecular biological study and antimetastatic research would be recommended in the near future.

In this study, CPPS(Compact Pulsed Power Suppy) has been developed. The goals of CPPS are charging energy 150kJ, trapezoidal pulsed power shaping of 150∼250㎿ with about 1msec pulse width, consecutive charging rate of several times/min, and total system volume below 0.5㎥. The CPPS is composed of 4 modules of 37.5kJ which can be operated independently. This paper describes the design, setup and performance of CPPS in experiment and simulation.

22㎸, 60㎄급 커패시터 펄스전원장치의 스위치로 신뢰성과 제어성이 우수한 반도체 스위치인 싸이리스터(Thyristor)를 사용하였다. 싸이리스터 규격의 적합성을 검토하였으며 펄스파워발생 환경에서 신뢰성을 높이기 위한 대책을 고려하였다. 실험결과와 모사실험 결과를 비교하였다.

This paper describes a 150 kJ compact pulsed power supply (CPPS) for electrothermal chemical (ETC) accelerator. The requirement of the CPPS are as follows: the maximum power of 250 ㎿, the pulse width of about 1 ㎳, the volume of no more than 0.5 ㎥, the efficiency of energy transfer over 80 %, the repetition rate of 4∼5 times per minute. The CPPS is composed of four 37.5 kJ capacitor bank modules in parallel to make a trapzoid pulse shape and satisfy the above requirements. Each module is designed and fabricated to achieve a high reliability, safety, efficiency and density considering several expected conditions of worst operation. The performance test results on the CPPS in the conditions of several operation including the 120 ㎜ ETC accelerator are presented.
분광용매화 구리(II) 착물에 의한 메탄올 이성분 혼합용매들의 Donor Number

분광용매화 기질인 [Cu(tmen)(acac)]$CIO_4$를 이용하여 혼합용매의 Lewis basicity인 Gutmann의 Donor Number(DN)를 측정하였다. 측정된 여덟가지 MeOH 혼합용매들의 DN값 변화는 단순히 용매의 조성변화와 일치하지 않을 뿐만 아니라, 혼합용매들은 그 변화 형태에 따라 세 개의 그룹으로 구분할 수가 있었다. (1) 기질에 대한 용매화가 주로 cosolvent들에 의해 이루어지는 경우(MeOH-DMSO, MeOH-PY, MeOH-DMF)와 (2) 기질의 용매화에 혼합용매의 두 성분이 거의 동일하게 영향을 미치는 경우 (MeOH-MeCN, MeOH-dioxane, MeOH-AC) 및 (3) 전적으로 MeOH에 의한 기질의 용매화가 이루어지는 경우이다(MeOH-DCE, MeOH-TCE). 또한 순수한 용매들의 경우와 마찬가지로 이들 혼합용매들에 대한 DN과 Kamlet-Taft의 basicity 변수인 $B_{KT}$값들간에는 비교적 좋은 상관관계성을 볼 수 있었으며, 혼합용매들의 반응성 해석에서도 유용한 인자로 사용될 수 있음을 알았다. An empirical Lewis basicity, DN, for eight mixed methanol solvents has been measured by the solvatochromic behavior of the [Cu(tmen)(acac)]$CIO_4$. The change of DN in mixed methanol solvents is not correlated with composition of the mixtures and divided into three groups: (1) dipolar aprotic solvents contribute mainly to the solvation of solute (MeOH-DMSO, MeOH-PY, MeOH-DMF), (2) two components of mixture contribute equally to the solvation of solute (MeOH-MeCN, MeOH-dioxane, MeOH-AC) and (3) methanol contributes entirely to the solvation of solute (MeOH-DCE, MeOH-TCE). The relationship between DN and Kamlet-Taft's $B_{KT}$ for mixed methanol solvents was found to agree well. These DN values also were a useful factor to analysis of reactivity for mixed methanol solvents.
