UML을 이용한 컴포넌트 기반의 DFM을 위한 제조정보 시스템의 개발

Manufacturing firms have adapted seriously the Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA) techniques which consider concurrently all factors related to the product development by using effective communications and sharing of information on product development processes. This study performed modelling and characterizing the data related to product manufacturing information for Design for Manufacture(DFM) evaluation and analysis. It adapted component-based development method for communicating and managing manufacturing information among distributed manufacturing organizations. Introducing component-based development offers safety and speed to network based system. This development using Unified Modelling Language(UML) provides efficient way for reconstruction and distribution of applications. Also, the integration of database and component into the internet environment enables to communicate and manage effectively manufacturing information for DFM evaluation and analysis at any place in the world. Therefore this system can make it more reasonable that evaluating, analyzing, and effective decision making of product design using DFM technique.
토크 미터를 사용한 자동 비틀림 시험기 개발에 관한 연구

It is very important to construct exactness and confidence of experimental data for automobile parts, because human safety depends on these data directy. In the previous research to twisting stiffness for rubber bushing in automobiles, the theoretical approximated equations have been used normally. But these equations have limited, since these can not consider the real working surroundings and are only an inference based on old data. The optimal method to solve these problems is developing the direct measuring system under real experimental environments. Generally, the cylinder type bushings have a special shape and get a much deviation of shape data. Therefore, the design of jig that overcomes the different bushing shape is essential and important. The objective of this article is to study the flexible jig development and acquires the exact torsional stiffness data for car's bushing by using high accuracy torque-meter. The signal processing for detecting stiffness equation is also presented.

최근 정보통신관점은 유비쿼터스 네트워크에 대한 요구가 증대하면서 가정 내 가전기기, 사무기기 및 각종 정보기기를 근거리에서 배천의 불편 없이 고속 신호를 연결시킬 수 있는 WPAN(Wireless Personal Area Network) 기술이 주목을 받고 있다. WPAN은 10m 내외의 비교적 단거리에서 저전력, 소형, 저가의 개인 무선 네트워크 기술로서 유비궈터스 네트워킹을 위한 주요 기술이 될 것이다. 이에 본 고에서는 IEEE 802.15 WPAN WG(Working Group)의 표준과 동향을 검토하며, 유비쿼터스 네트워킹을 제공하기 위한 WPAN의 주요 기술로서 블루투스, 지그비, UWB방식 LR(Low Rate)-WPAN, 메쉬 네트워킹 및 밀리미터과에 의한 고속 신호의 무선접속에 관해 살펴 본다.
레이져 비젼 센서를 활용한 로봇 자동 브레이징 시스템에 관한 연구

Recently, the automation of welding process has become the subject of growing research area in visual control systems and robotic intelligent fields that are required exact three-dimensional pose(position and orientation). The objective of this article is to study the flexible automation of brazing process and the optimization of the car body surface's quality. The development of laser-vision sensor and calibration algorithms contribute to the implementation of automatic brazing process and so the flexibility and intelligence of welding robot could be constructed. Generally, the welding process has three-dimensional error due to the transporting and the calibration of robot and sensor. Therefore, the analysis of relative pose of laser senor is needed to determine the solution that provides three-dimensional information of arbitrary target with respect to a robots end. To obtain higher performance of automatic welding through tracking of seam line, it is needed that the exact calibration of laser and robot. The implementation of this methodology will be described. The automatic seam tracking and optimal robot's path is also explained in this article. The experimental results demonstrate the successful operation of the automatic brazing. It shows the validity of the robots calibration equation to a moving laser sensor.
