We grew spinel structured CoMn₂O₄ thin films and have studied post-growth annealing effects on their physical properties. After post-growth annealing at 700℃ that is lower than the growth temperature (720℃), crystal structure became cleared accompanying a change of surface structure. In the temperature dependences of magnetization, phase transitions were observed at ~100 K for both before and after post-growth treated samples which were not observed for the bulk. For both samples, ferromagnetic behaviors were observed above 100 K while it turned to ferrimagnetism at low temperature below 100 K. In particular, the ferrimagnetic behavior became strong after the post-growth treatment. These results indicate that the post-growth annealing process plays an important role in determining the physical properties of spinel CoMn₂O₄ thin film.

The objective of this study was to determine the effects of "Green-one" organic nutrient on mycelial growth and fruiting of P. ostreatus. The dilution concentrations of "Green-one" was treated as follows. There was control, 100, 200, 400 concentrations. That treatments were treated with step of each mycelial growth step. The best of growth steps was mycelial scratching step. At that time, DPI(Day required for primordial formation after inoculation) was shortened for 1 day. Valid germination stipe are 15 pieces, 3 pieces more than control. Stipe length and stipe diameter was long each 4mm, 3mm more than control. Pileus size is shortened than control. Yields per one bottle(g/850cc) was 146g increased 6.5% than control 137g/850cc.

In order to promote the growth of the trees, it is the most important to fertilize efficiently. The organic nutrient "Green-one" which list public notification number 08-organic-3-112" was registered in Rural Development Administration. The "Green-one" is the environment friendly organic nutrient with new concept which is used in planting and maintenance of the trees. The "Green-one" makes the tree grow actively. Also it has a function of the anti germ and sustainable fertilizer effect. In conclusion, "Green-one" promoted the growth of P. thunbergii excellently. Expecially the growth of the root increased. The concentration of "Green-one" dilution was more better 100 times than 300 times in trees grow. This research can apply with the test of fertilizer efficiency in landscape trees.
