        범인식별 과정에서의 정확성에 영향력을 미치는 개인차 및 상황변인 분석

        본 연구의 목적은 (범인)식별과정에서 절차에 관한 변인 및 식별과 관련된 개인차 변인이 식별의 정확성에 미치는 영향력을 검증하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 개인차 변인으로 자의식, 사회적 불안과 피암시성을 측정하였고, 식별상황에 대한 스트레스를 측정하였으며, 식별과정과 관련된 시스템 변인으로는 식별 지시(편견, 비편견)와 라인업(동시적, 순차적)을 설정하였다. 분석 결과, 편향된 지시 조건에서 스트레스가 높게 나타났고, 피암시성이 높은 집단의 정확률이 낮게 나타났으며, 사회적 불안이 높은 사람들에게 편향된 지시를 했을 때, 정확률이 현저히 떨어지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 식별 후 확신감이 높은 집단이 정확률 또한 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 심리학 분야에서의 기억과 목격자 증언에 대한 이론적, 실용적 시사점과 법 및 범죄 관련 분야로의 시사점을 논하였다. The goal of this study was to test effect of individual differences and system variables on identification accuracy. We measured self-consciousness, social anxiety, suggestibility, evaluation of stress under identification situation as individual differences and manipulated biased/unbiased instruction and simultaneous/sequential lineup presentations as system variables. The results showed that subjects experienced much stress under biased instruction. The more who were suggestible at instruction, the lower at identification accuracy. In addition, when the subjects who were high on social anxiety received biased instruction, they were low on identification accuracy. The results also indicated that the subjects who were confident after identification were more likely to be higher on identification accuracy.

        As a insecticide belonged isoxazoline class, Isocycloseram is an active chemical against lepidoptera, true bugs and beetles. Also, this chemical acts as a noncompetitive inhibitor for γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA) receptor of invertebrates. In this study, an Korea governmental official analytical method, Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) method, for the determination of Isocycloseram and its metabolites residues (SYN549431, SYN548569) in foods and agricultural products was developed. Five agricultural products (mandarine, potato, soybean, hulled rice, and chilli pepper) as group representative to verify was used in this study. The sample preparation process was conducted in two steps with "quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged, and safe (QuEChERs) method". First, in order to extract the samples, 0.1% formic acid in acetonitrile was added and shaken for 10 minutes. Next, magnesium sulfate anhydrous and sodium chloride were added, followed by centrifugation (4,700 G, 10 minutes). Thereafter, to remove the interferences in samples, dispersive-SPE using C18 and magnesium sulfate anhydrous was performed for 10 minutes before LC-MS/MS (Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry) analysis with C18 column. The linear standard calibration curve were confirmed (coefficient of determination with calibration range). Mean average accuracies of Isocycloseram and its metabolites were shown 72.0∼109.8%, 71.5∼ 109.6% and 81.9∼106.9% respectively. The precision were also shown less than 10.80% for all five samples. These results are suitable for CODEX guideline for residue analysis (CAC/GL 40). In sum, the proposed method for determination of Isocycloseram and its metabolites residues residue in foods could be utilized as a governmental official method.

        대학병원 응급의료센터로 전원되는 중증 외상환자의 현황 및 문제점

        Purpose: The incidence of multiple trauma is increasing nowadays and is the leading cause of death among young adults, Initial treatment is well known to be crucial in multiple trauma victims. However, many indiscriminate transfers occur due to the lack of a well-organized trauma system in Korea. The objective of this study is to demonstrate the current serious state in which major trauma patients are transferred to the Emergency Medical Center of a university hospital from another medical center. Methods: From November 2009 to October 2010, we performed a retrospective study to analyze the characteristics of patients who visited the Ajou University Medical Center located in Gyeonggi-do. We evaluated the ISS (injury severity score), and a score over 15 point was identified as major trauma. The major trauma patients were separated into two groups according to the visit route, and the characteristics of each group were analyzed. Results: Among the 88,862 patients who visited to the Emergency Medical Center, trauma patients accounted for 19,950, and 343 of them were evaluated as major trauma patients. Among the 343 patients, 170 patients had been transferred from other medical centers. The proportion of males to females was 3.3:1, and the mean ISS was 22.7. The leading cause of trauma was motor vehicle accidents. Of the total 170 patients, 77.6% were admitted to the Intensive care unit and 36.3% underwent surgery. The 170 patients that had been transferred to our medical center, 78.8% were transferred from Gyeonggi-do, 15.3% were transferred from other regions, and 5.9% were miscellaneous, Conclusion: Almost half of the major trauma victims treat at our medical center had been transferred from other medical centers, Establishing a traumatic system, supported by well-organized trauma centers and emergency medical services, that can reduce inappropriate transfers among medical facilities is essential.
