Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the effects of providing prostatic hypertrophy patients with information about an upcoming prostate biopsy procedure on their anxiety, depression, and sleep quality. Methods: Sixty-two participants were divided equally into an experimental and control group. Experiments were conducted from July 31, 2015, to March 30, 2016. After providing information, we evaluated anxiety, depression, and sleep quality using structured questionnaires. Data were analyzed using chi-square tests, Fisher's exact tests, t-tests, and ANCOVA using SPSS. Results: The experimental group demonstrated significantly lower levels of anxiety and depression than the control group. The experimental group also demonstrated significantly higher sleep quality. Conclusion: Information on an upcoming prostate biopsy improved psychological outcomes in patients with prostatic hypertrophy. This education should be incorporated into nursing practice.

This paper presents a new magneto-thermal finite element analysis for predicting the temperature rise of the EHV GIS bus bar. The power losses of a bus bar calculated by the magnetic field analysis are used as the input data to predict the temperature rise for the thermal analysis. The heat-transfer coefficients on the boundaries are analytically calculated by applying the Nusselt number considering material constant and model geometry for the natural convection. The temperature distribution in a bus bar by coupled magneto-thermal finite element analysis shows good agreement with the experimental data.
시뮬레이션 실습을 경험한 간호대학생의 셀프리더십, 비판적 사고성향 및 문제해결능력과의 연관성

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of clinical practice stress and social support on major satisfaction of nursing students Methods: The study collected data from a structured questionnaire of 113 nursing students in G city. Collected data were analyzed by SPSS 24.0 program using statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients and multiple regression. Results: The results showed that clinical practice stress averaged 3.89 points, social support scores 4.09 and major satisfaction scores of 2.63 points. Among the general characteristics, school life satisfaction was statistically significant in major satisfaction. Clinical practice stress (r=-.330, p<.001) and social support (r=.500, p=.001) were significantly correlated with each major satisfaction, and school life satisfaction and limb support. In addition, clinical practice stress accounts for 47.8% of major satisfaction. Conclusions: Therefore, it is necessary to develop programs to enhance the school life satisfaction and social support of nursing college students and to reduce the stress of clinical practice.

This study is Stress, Stress Symptoms and Turnover Intention in Nurses. Method: Data was accumulated from 183 nurses serving at least more than one year in 500 bed order hospitals during the period of three months from October 1, to December 30, 2018. Results: Data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 program. Frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, ttest, ANOVA and correlation were used. In the present study, the perceived stress of the subjects was 95.05 ± 10.21, stress symptoms were 200.02 ± 50.73 points, turnover intention was 39.591 ± 8.3 points. As the perceived stress increased, the stress symptoms and turnover intention increased appear. Conclusion: As a result of this study, it is necessary to provide a multidisciplinary support system to reduce the perceived stress of the nurse. The results of this study can be useful as basic data for efficient operation of nursing personnel. 본 연구는 간호사의 스트레스, 스트레스 증상 및 이직의도를 비교하기 위한 서술적 조사 연구이 다. 연구대상자는 대상자는 D시에 소재한 2개 대학교병원 간호사 183명을 대상으로 하였으며 2018년 9월 1일부터 12월 1일까 까지 실시되었다. 자료분석은 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하였으며, 빈도와 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, ttest, ANOVA, correlation를 이용하였다. 본 연구결과 대상자의 스트레스는 평균이 95.05±10.21점, 스트레스 증상은 200.02±50.73점, 이직의도는 39.591±8.3점 이었고, 스트레스가 증가할 수록 스트레스 증상과 이직의도가 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과로 간호사의 스트레스 감소를 위한 다학재적 지원 방안이 필요한 실정이며, 본 연구 결과는 간호 인력의 효율적인 운용을 위해 기초자료로서 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
간호대학생의 해부학 사체실습 전후 스트레스와 실습태도 비교

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate on the attitude reactions according to stress in nursing for pre and post anatomy cadaver practice. Methods: The study design was a similar experiment research before and after the design of a single group. Participants for the study were 111 nursing students. Anatomy cadaver practice was performed for 7 hours, 2 times. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, generalized linear regression model, multiple linear regression model with R commander. Results: Attitude and stress of practice were significant differences in gender and religion. In addition, Attitude reactions of post cadaver practice were significantly negative in higher stress group after adjusting for covariates. Conclusion: We found significant associations between attitude reactions and stress level of cadaver practice. Therefore it is necessary to consider the emotional stability before cadever practice. 목적: 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 사체 해부학실습 전후 스트레스에 따른 실습태도를 파악하는 것이다. 연구방법: 연구설계는 단일군 전후설계의 유사실험연구로, 연구기간은 2015년 11월 10일부터 11월 30일까지였으며 대상자는 경상북도 M시에 소재하는 M대학교 간호학과 2학년 학생 111명이었다. 수집된 자료는 R commander 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도, 백분율, T-test, ANOVA, 단순선형회귀분석, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 결과: 대상자의 해부학 실습에 대한 태도와 스트레스 정도는 성별과 종교에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 또한 해부학 사체실습 후 스트레스 정도에 따른 실습에 대한 태도는 사전에는 유의한 차이가 없었으나, 사후에서 스트레스 정도가 높을수록 실습에 대한 태도가 부정적이었으며 통계적으로 유의하였다. 해부학 사체실습은 간호대학생의 스트레스정도가 실습태도에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되어 실습 전, 후 스트레스 관리에 대한 중재가 필요하다고 사료된다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between fixed mindset, metacognition, and grit in nursing students, and to investigate the effect of these variables on grit. Data collection was conducted from March 20, 2023 to March 31, 2023, among nursing students from one university located in G Province. A total of 143 people were collected using questionnaires, and the collected data were analyzed using IBM SPSS 25.0ver. The subjects' fixed mindset and metacognition (r=-.169, p=.044) and grit (r=-.206, p<.013) were negatively correlated, while metacognition and grit (r=.468, p=.000) were positively correlated. As a result of the multiple regression analysis, the variable influencing grit was found to be metacognition (p<0.001), and the explanatory power was 22.5%. As a result of the above, metacognition should be improved in order to increase the grit of nursing students, and various programs should be developed for this purpose.
