SDR 기술은 다양한 무선통신 환경(다중모드, 다중표준, 다중대역, 다중기능)에 유연하게 개처하기 위하여 하나의 공통 하드웨어 사용자가 원하는 응용 소프트웨어(무선 프로토콜 규격)로 재구성할 수 있는 개방형 신호처리 기술이다. 그러므로 SDR은 이러한 이동통신시장의 변화에 적극적으로 대처하기 위한 핵심기술로써, 통신시장이 직면하고 있는 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 해결책 중의 하나로 고려되고 있다. 본 고에서는 SCA 기반 SDR 단말기 구현을 위해, 통신 애플리케이션 소프트웨어를 지원하는 하부 구조 관점에서 SCA Core Framework의 구조 및 기능을 기술하고, ETRI에서 SCA 2.2 규격을 준수하여 개발한 SCARLET 미들웨어 및 SDR 공용 단말 하드웨어를 소개하고, SCA 기반의 HSDPA/T-DMB 응용 컴포넌트 구현을 통한 실험 내용을 소개한다.

Many methodologies have been explored to reduce helicopter vibration. Trailing edge flaps for such a purpose have been studied for the past twenty years. A brief overview of the introduction of active vibration controls using trailing edge flaps and smart actuators is presented in series. This is the fourth article, in which a piezoelectric resonant actuation system with a buckling-beam motion amplifier for active trailing edge flaps is presented.
적층평판의 응력해석 향상을 위한 고전적 고차전단변형이론의 개선

본 논문에서는 고전적 고차전단변형이론(HSDT)을 이용한 복합재료 적층평판의 응력해석 개선기법을 소개한다. 횡방향 응력들에 대해서만 변분을 취하는 혼합변분이론(Mixed variational theorem)을 통하여 횡방향 전단 변형에너지를 개선하였다. 가정된 횡방향 전단응력은 면내 변위가 5차 다항식을 갖는 고차 지그재그 이론으로부터 구하였으며, 변위들은 고전적 고차전단변형이론의 변위장을 사용하였다. 이 과정을 통하여 얻어진 변형 에너지를 본 논문에서는 EHSDTM라고 명명하였으며, 이 이론을 통해 복합재 적층평판의 변위와 응력을 계산함에 있어서 HSDT와 비슷한 수준의 계산적 효율을 가지면서, 동시에 최소자승오차법에 따른 후처리 과정을 적용함으로써 변위와 응력의 두께방향 분포를 정확하게 예측할 수 있도록 개선하였다. 계산된 결과는 고전적 HSDT, 3차원 탄성해 등의 여러 결과들과 비교하여 검증하였다. In this paper, an systematic approach is presented, in which the mixed variational theorem is employed to incorporate independent transverse shear stresses into a classical higher-order shear deformation theory(HSDT). The HSDT displacement field is taken to amplify the benefits of using a classical shear deformation theory such as simple and straightforward calculation and numerical efficiency. Those independent transverse shear stresses are taken from the fifth-order polynomial-based zig-zag theory where the fourth-order transverse shear strains can be obtained. The classical displacement field and independent transverse shear stresses are systematically blended via the mixed variational theorem. Resulting strain energy expressions are named as an enhanced higher-order shear deformation theory via mixed variational theorem(EHSDTM). The EHSDTM possess the same computational advantage as the classical HSDT while allowing for improved through-the-thickness stress and displacement variations via the post-processing procedure. Displacement and stress distributions obtained herein are compared to those of the classical HSDT, three-dimensional elasticity, and available data in literature.

Poly silicon TFT requires high quality dielectric film; conventional method of growing silicon dioxide needs highly hazardous chemicals such as silane. We have grown high quality dielectric film of silicon dioxide using non-hazardous chemical such as TFOS and ozone as reaction gases by APCVD. The films grown were characterized through C-V curves of MOS structures. Conventional APCVD requires high temperature processing where as in the process of current study, we developed a low temperature process. Interface trap density was substantially decreased in the silicon surface coated with the silicon dioxide film after annealing in nitrogen ambient. The interface with such low trap density could be used for poly silicon TFT fabrication with cheaper cost and potentially less hazards.
Ga 첨가물이 ZnO의 전기적, 광학적 특성에 미치는 영향

ZnO with the wide band gap near 3.37 eV is typically an n-type semiconductor in which deviation from stoichiometry is electrically active. It was known that the films with a resistivity of the order of $10^{-4}{\Omega}cm$ is not easy to obtain. In order to improve electrical characteristic of ZnO, we added 1, 3, 5 wt% Ga element in ZnO. The Ga-doped ZnO (GZO) was grown on a glass substrate by radio frequency (RF) magnetron sputtering at the temperature range from 100 to $500^{\circ}C$. X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns of GZO films showed preferable crystal orientation of (002) plane. The lowest resistivity of the GZO films was $8.9{\times}10^{-4}{\Omega}cm$. GZO films significantly influenced by the working temperature. The average transmittance of the films was over 80% in the visible ranges.

The optical properties of multi layered thin films with $Sb_2O_3/Na_3AlF_6/Sb_2O_3/Cr$ were simulated by using EMP(Essential Macleod Program). EMP is a comprehensive software package to design and analyse the optical characteristics of multi-layered thin film. $Sb_2O_3$ and $Na_3AlF_6$ were selected as a high refractive index and low refractive index material respectively. Additionally Cr was chosen as mid reflective material. Optical properties including color effect were systematically studied in terms of different optical thickness of low refractive index material. The optical thickness of $Na_3AlF_6$ was changed as 0.25, 0.5, 0.75 and $1.0\lambda$. The film with 0.25, 0.5, 0.75 and $1.0\lambda$ of optical thickness showed mixed color range between purple and red range, yellowish green and bluish green, purple and mixed color range of green and purple respectively.

In this paper, a precisely speed-controlled DC servo motor system utilizing direct adaptive control (DAC) algorithm which require that neither satisfaction of the perfect model following conditions (PMFC) nor explicit parameter identification is proposed. Computer simulation as well as experiments using MC-68000 are implemened with the above input trajectory fairly well in spite of load disturbances and parameter variations. Presented algorithm is simple and effective both in software and hardware applications. 본 논문에서는 모델과 플랜트의 완전 모델 추종 제어 조건이나 명확한 매개변수 추정자를 필요로 하지않는 직접적응제어방식을 이용한 직류전동기의 정밀속도 제어장치가 제안되었다. MC-68000 microcomputor를 이용한 실제적 시스템뿐만 아니라 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 역시 이산적인 직접적응제어 알고리듬으로 구성되었으며, 전동기의 출력이 부하에 의한 외란과 매개변수의 변동에서도 기준 입력을 잘 추동함을 알 수 있었다. 적용된 알고리듬은 소프트웨어와 하드웨어적으로 모두 간단하며 효과적인 특성을 가지고 있다.
