한국산 청서(Sciunis vulgaris corea)와 다람쥐(Tamias sibiricus asiaticu)의 핵형을 일반 Giemsa- stain과 C-banding stain방법으로 분석하였다. 청서의 염색체 수는 2n=40이였으며 이 중 6쌍은 중부, 8쌍은 차중부, 3쌍은 차단부 그리고 2쌍은 단부 염색체이었고 X 염색체는 차중부,Y염색체는 acro또는 차단부 염색체로서 NF(arm number)=72(성염색체 제외)를 나타내었다. 다람쥐의 염색체 수는 2n=38이었으며 이 중 3쌍은 중부, 4쌍은 차중부, 5쌍은 차단부, 그리고 6쌍은 단부 염색체이었고 X염색체는 차중부, Y염색체는 중부염색체로서 NF=60을 나타내었다. C-banding분석결과, 청서의 염색체에서는 각 경우 대부분 동원체 (centromere)부위와 말단부(telomere)에 주로 구조적이질염색질이 분포하였고 다람쥐에서는 몇몇 염색체상(제2,3,9번)을 제외하고는 주로 동원체 부위에 구조적이직염색질이 분포하였다. 이러한 결과들로 보아 핵형상의 분화에 non-Robensonian 재배열과 구조적 이질염색질의 분포가 중요한 작용을 한 것으로 생각된다. The karyotypes of Korean Sciunis vulgaris coreas and Tamias sibiricus asiaticus were analyzed by conventional Giemsa staining and C-banding method. The diploid chromosome number (2n) of Sciunis vulgaris coreae 40 consisting of 6 metacentric, 8 submetacentric, 3 subtelocentric and 2 telocentric autosome pairs, submetacentric X and acrocentric or subtelocentric Y chromosome. The arm number (NF) of this species was obtained as 72, excluding the gonosomal arms. Tamias sibiricus asiaticus has a 2n of 38. The karyotype was represented by 3 metacentric, 4 submetacentric, 5 subtelocentric and 6 telocentric autosome paits and 2 sex chromosome. The X chromosome was submetacentric chromosome and the Y was the smallest chromosome with a median. The NF was 60. In S. vulgaris coreae constitutive heterochromatins were observed at the centromeres and telomeres. Constitutive heterochnomatins of T sibiricus asiaticus were primarily observed at the centromeres. These results suggested that non-Robensonian reanagenents and distribution of constitutive heterochromatin played an imporiant role in karyological differentiation of these species.

In order to evaluate the pontential of cytogenetic determinations on peripheral lymphocytes as a means of monitoring human populations subject to exposure to genotoxic agents, base lines data are required in chromosome aberrations. From this viewpoint, we have previously reported on the frequencies of chromosomal aberrations in peripheral blood lymphocytes of healthy Korean ranging from 10 to 69 years old. The sample size was increased in order to extend the age range. Sixty one blood samples were taken from healthy individuals in two age groups(ages of one group were under 10 years, and the other were above 70 years). A total of 6100 metaphase cells were examined for the detection of chromosome aberrations. The mean frequency of chromosomal aberration of broups aged under 10 and above 70 was found to be 1.18 and 2.57, respectively. These frequencies were analyzed with respect to the factors of age, sex and smoking. However these factors had no significant effects on the frequency of chromosome aberrations examined.

Purpose – The purpose of this study is increasing as the trend of contact-free consumption is rising in the present pandemic situation and to clarify effects of certain characteristics on values perceived by customers as well as their purchase behaviors. Design, data, and methodology - From Oct. 25 to Nov. 21, 2021. a total of 527 questionnaires were distributed to online survey. Then, the reliability and feasibility of the collected data factors were verified and the hypotheses were verified through moderator regression Result – The purpose of this study is to study the moderating effect of the perception of infectious disease risk on perceived value. conclusion - In the relationship between all sub-domains of food delivery service characteristics and functional values, risk susceptibility was found to have no effect as a moderating variable. On the other hand, it was found that risk tolerance did not play a moderating role in the marketability, interaction, and information relationship.

This study was carried out to evaluate the immunomodulatory capacity of edible mushrooms, including Sarcodon aspratus, Letinus edodes and Grifola frondosa in mice. BALB/c mice were administered 50, 500, and 1000 mg/ kg body weight of various mushrooms five times a week over 4 weeks through oral administration. The control mice were administered distilled water. No significant changes in body weight were observed. IL-4 and IFNγ production was evaluated with splenic T lymphocytes stimulated in vitro with phytohemagglutinins for 48 hr. The mice group administered Sarcodon aspratus, Grifola frondosa tend to higher ratio of IFNγ versus IL-4 than the other groups. In addition, the ratio of plasma IgG2a versus IgG1 was also elevated in mice treated with Sarcodon aspratus. These results indicated that Sarcodon aspratus can enhance type-1 helper T cell-mediated cellular immunity. And also, S. aspratus seems to be one of the most useful mushrooms for immunomedicine.
한국 진도개와 삽사리 혈액 단백질의 비교연구 1. 혈청 단백질의 구성

전기영동에 의하여 진도개와 삽사리의 혈청 단백질을 분석하였다. 이들의 혈청 단백질 전기영동상은 5개의 분획으로 나눌 수 있었다. 진도개의 총 혈청단백질은 8.40$\pm$1.63(g/dl)이었으며 albumin과 globulin의 비(A/G)는 0.81 $\pm$ 0.25이었다. 삽사리의 총 혈청단백질은 8.23 $\pm$2.20(g/dl)이었고 A/G는 0.78 $\pm$ 0.23이었다. 연령에 따라 Y-globulin의 양이 가장 크게 변했으며 진도개와 삽사리의 albumin과 globulin의 비는 다른 품종의 개들보다 낮았다.

Recently, the Yedang reservoir needs reflecting the demands of the public and administration, including change of reservoir status and paradigm shiftof users, as well as planning programs to activate the area as a special health zone for tourism, leisure, recreation and experience at the localgovernment level. Previous Optimum Equipment model (OEM) preferentially considers the creation of waterfront. This study shows the operation modelfor readjustment of water supply facilities according to the limit of the level of the beneficiaries. Results show the renovation cycle of Yedang touristresort and the suspension bridge through developed model simulation. In addition to securing quantity for the supply of agricultural water and thefunction of water protection, the multi-function of the agricultural reservoir shall be re-evaluated to enhance the diverse availability of the agriculturalreservoir. The county office should also boost various availability at various levels to revitalize the local economy, such as producing pleasant and safeplaces and offering safe food for people.

This study was carried out to elucidate the composition of immunmoglobulins in Sapsaree. Immunoglobulin was analyzed by immunoelectrophoresis. IgG, IgM and IgE were observed, and their concentrations were 3592.35±459.42(mg/dl), 248.10± 60.46(mg/dl) and 135.00± 40.75(U/ml), respectively. However, IgA and IgD were not observed in this study.
