        고강도 인터벌 운동이 난소절제 쥐의 혈중 지질과 레닌-안지오텐신 시스템(RAS) 관련 인자에 미치는 영향

        In this study, we investigated the effects of high-intensity interval exercise on blood lipids and renin-angiotensin system (RAS)-related factors in ovariectomized rats. The rats were categorized into a control group (CON, n=10), an ovariectomized group (OVA, n=10), and an ovariectomized+high-intensity exercise group (OVA+HIE, n=10). High-intensity interval exercise was performed on a treadmill for 30 min per session, once a day for 12 weeks. Data was analysed using one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). Compared with the other groups, the total cholesterol, triglyceride, and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels were significantly reduced and the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels were significantly increased in the OVA+TE group after 12 weeks of high-intensity interval exercise. Additionally, ACE1 and AT1R mRNA expression were significantly reduced in the OVA+TE group. However, no significant intergroup difference was observed in SERCA2a mRNA expression. These results highlight that 12-week high-intensity interval exercise produced a positive effect on blood lipids and RAS-related factors in ovariectomized rats.

        반복적인 무호흡 잠수 시 항산화 반응의 변화

        This study is about changes in antioxidant response during repeated apnea diving. The subjects are 16 male university students. The method is to measure MDA, SOD, red blood cell, lactic acid, blood suger, blood and heart rate at rest, after 5, 10, 15 and 20 times of repeated apnea diving in 5M diving pool. One-way ANOVA with repeated measure was performed to verify the difference in the mean between periods, and the LSD method was performed for post-hoc testing if there was any significance between groups. the statistical significance level was set as α=.05. As a result, there were significant differences in white blood cells, red blood cells, hemoglobin, hematocrit, blood glucose, lactic acid, and heart rate changes according to the number of times and time, but there were no changes in MDA and SOD. This showed that the intensity of apnea diving was low in male college students and there was no significant difference due to physical adaptation. Therefore, in future studies, in-depth studies of various variables appearing during apnea diving in various environments and conditions are required.

        새품새의 운동생리학적 검증에 관한 연구

        In this study, variables, like respiration response, fatigability, heart-rate, were estimated the physiological effect of new poomsae training. The subjects were 10 national team grade athletes. They were informed not to take any intake 4 hours before the experiment. The subjects were measured with equipments while processing the performance of new poomsae and Taeback. The performance was done only once per day to set identical environment. Himchari was shown as the longest in performance time. Also, all four new poomsaes were significantly different from Taeback. Lactate shows that Himchari was the highest and all four new poomsae were significantly different from Taeback. Among the new poomsaes, no significant difference were shown in VO₂peak. However, clear significant difference were shown between all four new poomsaes and Taeback. VO₂average and HRpeak showed the same tendency as VO₂peak. However, HRaverage showed that only Bigak and Himchari were significantly different from Taeback. Kcal showed significant difference between new poomsaes and Taeback except Nareusya. For the 5 sections of each new poomsae, each variables showed difference, which is considered due to performance time, number of motions and level of difficulty. With this study, new poomsae could be considered as more intensive training program than previous poomsae. This study can be used as basis for the further study.

        트레드밀 운동이 전립샘비대 유도 쥐의 염증성 사이토카인 발현 및 전립샘 조직의 항산화효소 활성에 미치는 영향

        This study was to investigate the effects of treadmill exercise on inflammatory cytokines expression and antioxidant enzymes activity in prostate tissue of BPH-Induced rat. At 6 weeks of age, male S.D rats(N=36) were randomly assigned to : sham operation group(SO, n=12), BPH group(BPH, n=12), BPH+treadmill exercise group(BPH+TE, n=12). Rats in the exercise group run on a treadmill at a speed of 12-25m/min for daily (30-40 min/day) for 12 weeks. After 12 weeks treadmill exercise, serum IL-1β and TNF-α levels were significantly decreased in exercise groups compared with BPH group(p<.01). IL-6 and COX-2 mRNA expression in Prostate Tissue were significantly decreased in exercise groups compared with BPH group(p<.01). In the Prostate Tissue, SOD and GPx activities were significantly increased in exercise groups compared with BPH group(p<.01). In conclusion, the results of this study indicate that treadmill exercise improved BPH status by activation of antioxident enzymes and reduce of inflammatory cytokines in prostate tissue of BPH-Induced rat.

        12주간 수중재활운동 프로그램 참여가 정신지체아의 신체활동 능력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of a 12-week of aquatic rehabilitation program participation on the physical ability of the mental retardation children. The subject of the research includes 16 male children and 9 female children in Gyeong-Gi do, Y-si with intellectual disabilities, autism, brain lesions, or multiple disabilities. The research participants can follow simple instructions, and asked for prior parental consent. A 12-week of aquatic rehabilitation program have significant effects on locomotor skill and object control ability of physical ability of mentally retarded children while Muscle strength, aerobic capacity, and flexibility do not.

        효과적인 사이버보안 관리를 위한 통합 솔루션: Cisco 2024 사이버보안 준비 지수 분석을 통한 전략적 통찰 및 도전 과제 해결

        본 연구는 Cisco의 2024 사이버보안 준비 지수 보고서를 기반으로, 글로벌 기업들이 사이버보안 위협에 대응하기 위한 통합 보안 솔루션의 중요성을 강조한다. 분석을 통해 통합 사이버보안 솔루션의 적용이 관리 효율성을 증대시키고, 보안 커버리지의 명확성을 향상시키며, 보안 운영을 단순화하는 구체적인 방법을 탐구하였다. 이 연구는 다양한 포인트 솔루션의 사용이 초래할 수 있는 문제점들을 심도 있게 분석하고, 이를 해결할 수 있는 통합 솔루션의 효과를 실제 사례를 통해 조명하였다. 이를 통해, Cisco와 같은 통합 사이버보안 솔루션이 기업들이 신속하게 변화하는 사이버보안 위협 환경에 효과적으로 대응하도록 지원하는 방식을 밝히고자 하였다. 본 연구는 기업과 정부 기관이 강화된 사이버보안 전략을 수립하고 실행하는 데 필요한 실질적인 권장 사항을 제공하며, 통합 솔루션을 통해 사이버보안 준비도를 구체적으로 개선하는 방안을 제시한다. 또한, 조직의 규모에 따른 준비도 차이를 해소하기 위한 통합 접근 방식의 중요성을 강조하고, 이 접근을 통해 모든 조직이 지속 가능한 보안 자세를 개발하고 유지할 수 있도록 실질적인 방법을 제공한다. This paper is based on Ciscos 2024 Cybersecurity Readiness Index Report, highlighting the importance of integrated security solutions for global enterprises facing cybersecurity threats. Through the analysis, this study explores how the application of integrated cybersecurity solutions enhances management efficiency, improves the clarity of security coverage, and simplifies security operations. This study analyzes the problems caused by using various point solutions and illuminates the effectiveness of integrated solutions through actual case studies. This demonstrates how integrated cybersecurity solutions like Cisco support enterprises effectively respond to rapidly changing cybersecurity threat environments. This paper provides practical recommendations for enterprises and government agencies to establish and implement enhanced cybersecurity strategies and presents concrete methods to improve cybersecurity readiness through integrated solutions. In addition, it emphasizes the importance of an integrated approach to address the differences in readiness levels according to the organizational size, offering practical methods to help all organizations develop and maintain a sustainable security posture.

        16주간 트레드밀 운동이 난소절제 쥐 해마의 신경전달물질 및 신경가소성 단백질 발현에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 16주간 트레드밀 운동이 난소절제 쥐 해마의 신경전달물질 및 신경가소성 단백질 발현에 미치는 영향을 관찰함으로써 운동이 뇌 기능 변화에 대한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구는 25주령의 Sprague Dawley계 암컷 쥐를 대상으로 통제집단(n=12), 난소절제 통제집단(n=12) 및 난소절제 트레드밀 운동집단(n=12), 총 세 집단으로 구분하였다. 난소절제 트레드밀 운동집단은 16주간 주 5일, 1일 40분, 25 m/min의 속도로 트레드밀 달리기 운동을 실시하였다. 16주간 트레드밀 운동 후 해마의 신경전달물질, 신경가소성 단백질 발현 및 기억력 변화를 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. Serotonin 함량은 난소절제 트레드밀 운동집단은 난소절제 통제집단과 비교하여 유의하게 증가하였다. 그러나 AChE mRNA 발현은 난소절제 트레드밀 운동집단이 난소절제 통제집단과 비교하여 유의하게 감소하였다. BDNF mRNA 와 synapsin Ⅰ mRNA 발현은 난소절제 트레드밀 운동집단이 난소절제 통제집단과 비교하여 유의하게 증가하였다. 수동회피실험을 실시한 결과, 난소절제 트레드밀 운동집단은 난소절제 통제집단과 비교하여 조명이 켜진 방에 머문 시간이 유의하게 증가하여 기억력이 향상된 결과를 나타냈다. 이상의 결과를 종합하면 16주간 트레드밀 운동은 난소절제 쥐 해마의 뇌 신경전달 물질과 신경가소성 관련 단백질 발현에 긍정적 변화를 가져오며, 기억력 개선에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같이 트레드밀 운동이 신경전달 물질 및 신경가소성 단벡질 발현이 증가됨으로써 뇌 신경세포를 보호하고, 시냅스가소성에 영향을 주어 기억력 기능에 긍정적 영향을 미친 것으로 생각된다. The aim of this study was to investigate effects of 16 weeks treadmill exercise on neurotransmitter and neuroplasticity protein expression in ovariectomized rats. Twenty-six weeks+ old Sprague Dawley female rats were assigned to three groups(N= 36): healthy normal control group(CON, n=12), ovariectomized control group(OVX+ CON, n=12), and ovariectomized treadmill exercise group(OVX+TEX). The rats were forced to run on the treadmill (5 days/week) for 30 min daily for 16 weeks at a speed of 25 m/min. After 16 weeks of treadmill exercise, serotonin levels, BDNF mRNA, synapsin Ⅰ mRNA expression in the hippocampus were significantly increased in ovariectomized treadmill exercise group compared with ovariectomized control group. However, AChE mRNA was significantly decreased in ovariectomized treadmill exercise group compared with ovariectomized control group. Also, 16 weeks treadmill exercise improved the and short-term memory in the in ovariectomized rats. These results suggested that in ovariectomized rats, 16 weeks treadmill exercise may benefit short-term memory by improvement of hippocampus neuroplasticity related factors mRNA expression and neurotransmitter.

        스키지도자 교육프로그램 및 평가에 대한 해외 선진사례 비교 분석 연구: 캐나다를 중심으로

        The purpose This study compared the ski instructor education system of Canada, known as an advanced country in overseas skiing, to strengthen the capabilities and cultivate leadership of domestic ski instructors. Accordingly, the purpose of the study is to derive implications for the curriculum, content, and evaluation of domestic ski instructors. This study analyzed data using a literature analysis method. In order to select cases for study in this study, Canadas ski instructor system was set as an advanced example based on countries that have consistently maintained winning records in various world competitions. Canadas ski instructor curriculum, content, and evaluation were set as a unit of analysis to collect data and conduct content analysis. As a result of the study, there is no pre-certification education program in the domestic ski instructor training program, and the qualification system is implemented through written experiments and practical ability tests. Accordingly, it is believed that if new field-centered ski instructor education programs and certification contents are developed and managed through the Canadian ski instructor qualification system, the ski participation population will increase and the educational capabilities of ski instructors will be improved.
