표준화재 재하조건 이방향 중공슬래브의 화재거동에 관한 실험적 연구

기존의 무량판 구조와 동일한 이방향 슬래브구조인 TVS(two-way void slab)공법은 구조적 하중지지 성능이 불필요한 슬래브 단면상의 중앙부 콘크리트를 제거하여 슬래브의 자중을 줄이고 무량판 구조의 단점을 보완하여 장점을 극대화시킨 구조형식이다. 그러나 이러한 장점을 보유한 공법을 현장적용하기 위해서는 내화성능평가를 통해 화재안전성을 확보하여야 하므로, 이에 대한 화재 실증실험을 수행하여 현장적용을 위한 최소 요구내화 시간에 따른 내화성능 확보방안의 도출이 제시되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 TVS공법의 실제 스팬길이로 슬래브 피복두께에 따른 화재거동 영향성 분석을 위하여 화재실험을 수행하였다. 하중조건은 고정하중과 적재하중을 고려하여 실험체에 등분포 조건으로 사전재하하였으며, 표준화재조건으로 재하가열 실험을 수행하였다. 슬래브의 화재가열 노출면으로부터의 깊이별 온도변화와 처짐변형 특성을 측정하였으며, KS F 2257-1 평가기준에 의거하여 슬래브의 내화성능을 평가하였다. 실험결과 피복두께 50 mm를 확보할 경우, EPS중공체로 제작한 실험체의 경우 약 2시간정도의 내화성능을 확보할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.
천식 환자에서 집먼지진드기 감작 유무에 따른 임상적 차이: 순천향 코호트 분석

Purpose: The majority of patients with allergic disease are highly sensitized to house dust mites (HDM). There is few data to observe sensitization rate to HDM in asthmatics in Korea. The aim of this study was to observe the differences of clinical profiles by HDM sensitization in patients with asthmatics in Soonchunhyang University Hospital (SCH) cohort. Methods: We recruited 2,345 asthmatic patients in SCH cohort. Lung function, body mass index and sputum and blood eosinophils, and PC20, and clinical profiles were compared by HDM sensitization. Results: Dermatophagoides farinae (Derf) and/or Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus (Derp) (+) sensitization rate was higher prevalence in male than in female. Compared with nonatopy asthmatics, Derf and/or Derp (+) asthmatics had early onset of age [Derf and/or Derp (+) vs. Derf and Derp (-) vs. atopy (-); 32.5±0.51 vs. 36.1±0.88 vs. 43.1±0.54, P<0.05]. Derf and/or Derp (+) asthmatics had shorter duration of asthma symptom than that of nonatopy asthmatics. Derf and/or Derp (+) asthmatics had lower forced expiratory volume in one second and forced vital capacity than those of Derf and Derp (-) asthmatics. PC20 in Derf and/or Derp (+) asthmatics had lower than those of Derf and Derp (-) and nonatopy asthmatics [Derf and/or Derp (+) vs. Derf and Derp (-) vs. atopy (-); 5.4±0.24 mg/mL vs. 6.59±0.52 mg/mL vs. 7.19±0.33 mg/mL, P<0.05]. Blood eosinophils number in Derf and/or Derp (+) asthmatics had higher than that of nonatopy asthmatics (414.7±131.1 vs. 350.6±14.0, P<0.05). Total immunoglobulin E (IgE) in Derf and/or Derp positive asthmatics had higher than that of Derf and Derp negative and nonatopy asthmatics. There was no difference of body mass index among three groups. Conclusions: Our data indicate that atopy asthmatics sensitized to Derf and/or Derp had early onset of age, high total IgE and airway responsiveness, and eosinophilic inflammation. 능성어(Epinephelus septemfasciatus) 치어의 생존율과 혈액학적 특성 변화에 미치는 암모니아 노출의 영향

본 연구는 능성어 (Epinephelus septemfasciatus)를 해수 순환여과양식시스템 (RAS)에 적용하는데 문제가 되는 암모니아의 농도 기준을 제시하기 위하여 96시간 동안 암모니아 노출에 따른 생존율 및 혈액학적 특성 변화를 조사하였다. 생존율 실험구의 암모니아 농도는 대조구, 0.35, 0.4, 0.5, 0.8 mg/L였으며, 96-h LC<sub>50</sub> 농도는 0.6 mg/L로 나타났다. 능성어 치어의 암모니아 96-h LC<sub>50</sub> 농도인 0.6 mg/L에서 0, 3, 6, 12, 24, 48, 72, 96시간 간격으로 12마리씩 혈액 샘플링을 하였다. 실험구의 암모니아 노출 시간이 경과할수록 혈장 코티졸, 글루코스, GOT 및 GPT 농도가 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 혈장 암모니아와 총 단백질은 암모니아 노출 12시간째까지는 증가하였고 이후로는 감소하였지만, 대조구와 비교하여 유의하게 높은 값을 나타내었다. 또한 혈장 전해질이온 (Na<sup>+</sup>, Cl<sup>-</sup>)과 삼투압은 감소하는 경향이 관찰되었다. We investigated that changes of survival rate and hematological factors in sevenband grouper (Epinephelus septemfasciatus), exposed to ammonia. First, the fish was exposed and was observed survival rate. We observed the survival rate of the fish when exposed at each ammonia concentrations (0, 0.35, 0.4, 0.5, 0.8 mg/L, NH<sub>3</sub>) for 96 hours. The 96-h LC<sub>50</sub> (lethal ambient concentration for 50% of the population) of NH<sub>4</sub><sup>+</sup> and un-ionized ammonia (NH<sub>3</sub>) for sevenband grouper were 26.7 and 0.6 mg/L, respectively. Secondly, we exposed the fish to 96-h LC<sub>50</sub> ammonia concentration (0.6 mg/L) for 96 hours, then sampled the blood of groupers for analysis of cortisol, glucose, NH<sub>3</sub>, GOT, GPT, total protein (TP), electrolytes (Na<sup>+</sup>, Cl<sub>-</sub>) and osmolality in plasma. The plasma cortisol, glucose, GOT and GPT were increased with increasing of elapsed time and ammonia concentration. In addition, the NH<sub>3</sub> and total protein in plasma were significantly increased to 12 hours exposed to ammonia, and then decreased. But, the values were significantly higher than the control. The plasma electrolytes (Na<sup>+</sup>, Cl<sup>-</sup>) and osmolality were decreased with increasing of elasped time. The results in the present study suggest that the continuous exposure of ammonia to juveniles of sevenband grouper may be a stressor and negative influence.

A congenital coronary fistula is a rare defect. Many congenital fistulas drain into the pulmonary artery and may be an incidental finding; however, some fistulas can cause a coronary `steal` phenomenon resulting in angina. The transcatheter closure of coronary fistulas is an accepted, effective, and safe alternative to surgery in adults. In comparison, left main coronary artery (LMCA) dissection is rare and can lead to life-threatening complications during percutaneous coronary intervention. The optimal treatment patients with LMCA dissection during catheter-based procedures is uncertain. Some studies suggest that bail-out LMCA stenting provides good acute and long-term results. Here, we present a case of LMCA dissection during the transcatheter coil closure of multiple congenital coronary fistulas with subsequent successful stent implantation in the LMCA. 미생물농약과 유기합성 살균제 혼용에 따른 고추 역병 방제 효과

This study was conducted to reduce the using amount of chemical fungicides for the control of red-pepper Phytophthora blight. Effect of combination application of two microbial fungicides and two chemical fungicides for the control of red-pepper Phytophthora blight was examined in vitro, in greenhouse and under field conditions. Each microbial fungicides and chemical fungicides was two-fold diluted and mixed-soil drenched. In the greenhouse pot assay, the mixed application of B. pumilus QST2808 and a mixture of dimethomorph + ethaboxam (De) among four mixed applications of two microbial fungicides (B. pumilus QST2808, P. polymyxa AC-1) and two chemical fungicides showed the highest control effect against Phytophthora blight. Also, control effect of mixed application of B. pumilus QST2808 and De was similar to that of single application of De (dimethomorph + ethaboxam) or Mo (mancozeb + oxadixyl). In the field test, when the microbial fungicides (B. pumilus QST2808, P. polymyxa AC-1) and the chemical fungicide(De) for the control of Phytophthora blight of red pepper were mixed-soil drenched four times at 7~10 day-intervals, the control values were in the range of 78.8% to 82.0%. On the other hand when each of the two chemical fungicides (De, Mo) were soil drenched four times at 7~10 day-intervals, the control value were 65.7% to 85.8%. Consequently, the mixed application of the microbial fungicides and chemical fungicides could be recommended as a control method for reducing the using amount of chemical fungicides.

본 논문에서는 태블렛을 통해서 입력된 손으로 쓴 영문자 및 숫자를 인식하기 위하여 신경망 모델의 일종인 반경제한 퍼셉트론을 제안하고 실험을 통하여 그 유용성을 입증한다. 반경제한 퍼셉트론은 기존 신경망 방식의 장점인 병렬분산 처리능력을 유지하면서 실시간 학습기능을 갖는데, 이는 온라인 필기인식 시스템에 유용한 모델이라고 할 수 있다. 실험에 의하면 제한된 학습 데이타에 대해서 사용자에 무관하게 높은 인식률을 내었으며, 오인식된 문자에 대해서도 즉시 학습시킬 수 있었다. 단지, 현재 설계된 모델에서는 학습이 진행됨에 따라 중간층 노드의 수, 즉 모델의 수가 계속 증가하는 문제가 있는데, 이를 해결하기 위한 모델관리기법에 대해서는 앞으로 좀더 연구되어야 할 것이다.
