표고 톱밥재배용 다수성 품종 육성을 위해 수집균주 중 우량계통의 단포자 교배로 육성한 '다담'의 주요 특성은 다음과 같다. '다담'의 균사생장 적온은 19~22℃, 발이 및 생육온도는 13~20℃, 발생형은 산발형으로 대조품종 '화담'과 유사하였고, 형태는 평편형으로 평반구형인 '화담' 차이가 있었다. 또한, 자실체 갓색은 '화담' 보다 진하고, 갓두께는 얇고, 대길이는 긴 특성을 가졌다. '다담'의 총 재배기간은 135~139일로 '화담'의 138~142과 크게 차이 나지 않았다. '다담'의 3주기까지 수량은 621 g으로 '화담' 371 g 보다 67% 많았다. 주기별 수량 양상을 보면, '다담'과 '화담' 모두 3주기 수량의 80~83%를 2주기 동안 수확할 수 있었다. 특히, '다담'은 1주기 수량비중이 60%로 '화담' 52%보다 1주기에 수량이 집중되는 특성을 보였다. 농가실증시험 결과, '다담'은 농가재배 품종인 'L808' 보다 다소 갓크기는 작고 대길이가 길었고 재배기간과 수량은 큰 차이 없었다. '다담'의 발생한 자실체 개체는 1개 배지에 평균 15개로 'L808'의 47개에 비해 약 3배정도 적어 솎기에 투입되는 노동력을 절감하는 효과가 기대된다. A new cultivar of oak mushroom 'Dadam' was bred from monokaryotic strains of 'GMLE36062-4' and 'GMLE36288-34'. The optimum temperature for mycelial growth of the new cultivar 'Dadam' on potato dextrose agar was 19-22℃. Total cultivation period of the new cultivar, from innoculation to its first harvest, was 135-139 days, similar to that of the control cultivar 'Hwadam'. The pileus color and stipe thickness of the new cultivar were darker and thinner than those of 'Hwadam'. Total yield of 'Dadam' was 621 g per 3 kg substrate, and is higher than that of 'Hwadam' (371 g). In farmhouse field test, it showed that the period of mycelial growth, browning, and fruiting body formation were the same as those of the control cultivar L808. The number of available fruiting bodies of 'Dadam' was 15, and is lower than that of the control (47), therefore, it was possible to save workforce in thinning. The total yield for 2 flush was 480 g for 'Dadam', similar to the 473 g of the control cultivar.

This is a follow-up study on "institutional goals" of Korean women's four-year colleges. The original study was conducted in May 1974, about eleven years ago. How seriously do Korean women's colleges intend to incorporate the problem of women's equality into the goals of their institutions? Do they want the same content of learning as that of men? These and other related questions were the subject of the original research. In the process of designing a survey research, a list of 20 goals for the Korean women's college was identified. Respondents were asked what they thought the goals of the Korean women's college (1) are, and (2) ought to be. Future goals were then identified according to (1) preferred goals, and (2) gaps between the perceived and the preferred goals. The significance of the difference between the average score for the two types of goals was tested with the use of critical ratio (t test); and Spearmen's Rho(p) was employed to find the coefficient of correlation between ranks which were assigned to the average scores of each goal. The basic technique used in the original study and the follow-up study was a questionnaire which was presented by trained interviewers. The samples used in both studies include 310 students and 100 faculty members who were randomly chosen from among two universities and eleven colleges, and a sample of 150 social leaders who represent the largest social, industrial and business organizations in the country. In other words, although the number of persons(560) was the same in both studies, the actual persons interviewed were not the same. The purpose of the present study is, of course, to investigate how the perceived and the preferred goals of Korean womens colleges have changed through a period of eleven year. The findings of the follow-up study point to the fact that Korean womens four-year colleges must serve the changing needs of Korean society.
Mg-11Li-3Zn-1Sn-0.4Mn 마그네슘 합금의 Ca 첨가에 따른 미세조직 및 기계적 특성평가

The effect of adding Ca on the microstructural and mechanical properties of as-cast Mg-11Li-3Zn-1Sn(wt%) alloys were investigated. Mg-11Li-3Zn-1Sn-0.4Mn with different Ca additions (0.4, 0.8, 1.2 wt%) were cast under an $SF_6$ and $Co_2$ atmosphere at $720^{\circ}C$. The cast billets were homogenized at $400^{\circ}C$ for 12h and extruded at $200^{\circ}C$. The microstructural and mechanical properties were analyzed by OM, XRD, SEM, and tensile tests. The addition of Ca to the Mg-11Li-3Zn-1Sn-0.4Mn alloy resulted in the formation of $Ca_2Mg_6Zn_3$, MgSnCa intermetallic compound. By increasing Ca addition, the volume fraction and size of $Ca_2Mg_6Zn_3$ with needle shape were increased. This $Ca_2Mg_6Zn_3$ intermetallic compound was elongated to the extrusion direction and refined to fine particles due to severe deformation during hot extrusion. The elongation of the 0.8 wt% Ca containing alloy improved remarkably without reduction strength due to the formation of fine grain and $Ca_2Mg_6Zn_3$ intermetallic compounds by Ca addition. It is probable that fine and homogeneous $Ca_2Mg_6Zn_3$ intermetallic compounds played a significant role in the increase of mechanical properties.
