Particulate matter (PM) is one of the critical issues that continue to prejudice our health. Because 90% of our activity takes place indoors, it is important to decrease indoor PM concentration. In this study, we conducted various PM removal experiments by using water droplets. The water droplets were generated by photothermal membranes. These results focused on the rapid concentration decrease dispersed in a test chamber in this study. The results were also analyzed using PM removal efficiency and deposition constant through temporal variations of PM concentration.

공제사업이란 일반적인 민영보험과 유사한 기능을 수행하면서도 일반적인 금융감독이 배제되고 있는 사업영역을 말하며, 공제사업을 수행하는 조직들을 공제사업조직이라고 부른다. 국내에서는 각 산업부문에 속한 공제사업조직들이 약 90여개에 이르며, 각 산업에 속한 사업자들을 조합원으로 하여 이들에게 보증·공제 등 금용서비스를 제공하는 중요한 금융인프라의 하나로 기능하고 있다. 그런데 이들은 체계적인 감독체계가 부재한 상태에서 내부 운영과 관련한 여러 가지 문제점을 가지고 있는 것으로 알려져 있는데 본 연구는 이들의 문제점들 중 하나인 이들의 배당을 연구소재로 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 협동조합에서의 배당 문제에 관한 선행연구들의 내용과 최근에 진행되고 있는 IAIS의 공제사업조직들에 대한 규제 논의, 그리고 관련 실무자들에 대한 설문조사 결과를 토대로 이들의 배당방식에 대한 외부적 규율 강화의 필요성과 함께, 그에 대한 규제 개선 방향을 도출ㆍ제시하고 있다. The mutual service business, which is generally out of public financial regulation system, is usually called ‘quasi-insurance’ and organizations running that business are called mutual benefit service organizations. It is known that about 90 organizations are in business in Korea and they play as an important financial infrastructure by providing financial services such as guarantee and insurance to related business divisions. But lacking in systemic regulation governance, they are also known to have not a few internal operational problems. This study is focused on dividend policy that is one of the issues only a few researches have tried to deal with. In this study, issues on the limitation of current public legal regulation system on dividend policy for mutual service business are raised based upon discussions from previous studies in the field of cooperatives and recent discussion by the International Association of Insurance Supervisors (IAIS) about Mutual, Cooperatives and other Community-based Organizations (MCCOs) A survey results from experts in related business and policy sections are also presented to backup the relevance of the reasoning and give more concrete direction for regulation enhancement.

Water vapor has received worldwide large attention due to its broad technological implications ranged from resource production and environmental remediation. Especially, one of the typical areas where the water vapor is important is the removal of PM (particulate matter) which causes a critical hazard to human health. However, most vapor-based PM removal methods are limited in removing PM2.5 by using relatively large water droplets and consume large energy. Here, we propose a superhydrophilic thermally-insulated macroporous membrane to generate steam flow. The water vapor directly captures PM with steam flow and hygroscopic characteristic of PM. The steam, the cluster of water vapor, from the membrane gives rise to high removal efficiencies compared to those of the control case without light illumination. To reveal PM removal mechanism, the steam flow and PM were quantitatively analyzed using PIV measurement. The proposed steam generator could be utilized as an economical and ecofriendly platform for effective PM removal at a fairly low cost in a sustainable, energy-free, and harmless-to-human manner.
유아교사의 직무스트레스와 스트레스 대처방식이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 유아교사의 직무스트레스와 스트레스 대처방식이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 G시와 J도의 유아교육기관에 재직 중인 유아교사 229명을 대상으로 질문지를 배부ㆍ회수하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 Pearson의 적률상관분석과 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 유아교사의 직무만족도는 직무스트레스와는 부적상관을, 스트레스 대처방식과는 정적상관을 보였다. 둘째, 직접적-적극적인 스트레스 대처방식이 유아교사의 직무만족도를 가장 많이 설명하였으며, 그 다음으로는 원장의 지도력 및 행정적 지원, 간접적-소극적 스트레스 대처방식이 유아교사의 직무만족도를 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 이러한 연구의 결과는 유아교사의 직무만족도를 높이는 한 방안으로 유아교사에게 직무의 스트레스에 대처하는 전략을 세우고 실행해 볼 수 있는 프로그램이 필요함을 시사한다 하겠다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects early childhood teachers’ of job stress and stress coping strategies on Job satisfaction. Questionnaires were distributed and collected to 229 early childhood teachers working in childcare centers and kindergartens in G and J provinces. The collected data were analyzed by Pearson’s moment correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 21.0 program. The results are as follows: First, the job satisfaction of early childhood teachers showed negative correlation with job stress and positive correlation with stress coping method. Second, the direct-active stress coping strategy had the greatest effect on job satisfaction of early childhood teachers. Next, the principal’s leadership and administrative support, and indirect-passive stress coping strategies had an effect on job satisfaction of early childhood teachers. In conculsion, the results of this study suggest that, as a way to increase the job satisfaction of early childhood teachers, a program is needed for early childhood teachers to establish and implement strategies to cope with job stress.
