Tintometer 를 이용한 FD & C Yellow No. 5 와 FD & C Red No. 2 의 퇴색에 미치는 부형제의 영향에 관한 연구

It was many differences to evaluate of the effect of excipients on colour fading in FD & C Yellow No. 5 by use Tintometer and nearly is not effective in FD & C Red No. 2. When we observed colour fading in sugar coating formulations by tintometer, FD & C Red No. 2 was appeared to follow Zero order reaction and FD & C Yellow No. 5 was not follow Zero order reaction or first order reaction. Also, we could know the tendency of colour fading by visible spectrum, but it was not suitable method for this experiment more than by tintometer. The relative colour fading effect of the surfactants(Polysorbate) was as follows: Tween 60> Tween 80> Tween 20. In addition to, Benzalkonium chloride was reacted with FD & C Yellow No. 5, so the stronger colour was appeared. On the other hand, the weaker colour was appeared in FD & C Red No. 2. While, the sunscreening agents was not almost effective in colour fading of FD & Yellow No. 5 and FD & C Red No. 2.

A computer simulation model of a hermetic reciprocating type of refrigeration compressor has been developed. The compressor simulation model constitutes 6 control volumes, to each of which conservation laws of mass and energy are applied to yield full description of the refrigerant state along its passage. Instead of ideal gas assumption. real gas equation is employed. Some of valve-related input data required for the simulation are acquired from test bench experiments. The refrigerant states such as pressure and temperature, etc., mass flow rates, and valve motions can be predicted by the simulation. The calculated P-V diagram shows a good agreement with experimental result.

This study was conducted to investigate the immune response of layers fed diets supplemented with excess micronutrients, i.e., vitamin A, methionine, Zn, Cu, and Fe to the inoculation of Newcastle disease vaccine(NDV) or infectious bronchitis vaccine(IBV). The antibody titer against the NDV increased immediately after the inoculation and stayed high during the next 6 wk. On the other hand, The antibody titer against the IBV increased after 4 wk of inoculation The IgM level increased rapidly after 1 wk of NDV inoculation, however, it decreased after 5 wk of inoculation. The IgA displayed similar pattern to that of IgM in response to NDV inoculation. The pattern of IgM change after IBV inoculation was similar to that when layers were treated with NDV. However, IgA level changed earlier than did IgM. The IgG response to the NDV and IBV was very weak compared to the other immune responses. The excess supplementation of micronutrients to the diets of layers inoculated with NDV elicited favorable antibody titer and immune response compared to the layers fed the control diet. The excess Zn, however, allowed the layers to have higher antibody titer for the 4-wk period after NDV injection: after that they showed no effect of extra-Zn. The immune responses of layers fed excess vitamin A, Cu, methionine, and Fe were markedly higher in IgA and IgG than the control layers. The excess Zn, however, did not bring about any favorable result. No difference was detected in IgG level between control and micronutrients-treated groups.
