The quality of childhood educare teacher is the most important element in evaluation of the quality of childhood educare. However, the current curricula for the childhood educare in colleges are operated individually without a standard curriculum and there are many problems in the certification system of childhood educare teacher. So, it is hard to discuss about the specialty of the childhood educare teachers. Hence, an immediate development of a standard curriculum which fully reflect the needs of the field is necessary to meet the demand of the times and to enhance the quality of childhood educare service by producing qualified teachers. To fulfill the aforementioned needs, the procedure of the DACUM Method which is useful in developing vocational training course is used in this study. And based on the results, a field centered curriculum of the Dept. Child Care and Education is developed by the job analysis of the childhood educare teachers and by collecting the needs of the field. Educare planning and activities, development and evaluation of the educare program, consultation and education of the family, utilization of the regional resources, and after-class guidance of the children were found to be the principal jobs of the childhood educare teachers.

The purposes of this paper is to analysis of the procedure of Korean traditional Coming-of-Age Ceremony, Kwanrae in Chosun and contemporary Coming-of-Age ceremonies. And to suggest a desirable model of Coming-of-Age Ceremony for a group. In Korean traditional Coming-of-Age Ceremony, Kwanrae in Chosun, the procedures are very complex and the clothing are far from realistic. But the ceremony are very serious. The contemporary ceremonies are good for group. But through the ceremonies they can not feel sense of responsibility in becoming an adult. So we suggest a model of Coming-of-Age Ceremony for a group that are fit for modern life and are serious. Basic points of a desirable model of Coming-of-Age Ceremony for a group are followed. 1. well-matched with modern life and include the procedure of Kwanrae and Kyaerae. 2. in the course of preparation, include new and complex procedure because supervisors of modern Coming-of-Age Ceremony for a group are organization of university, company, community. 3. simplify the course of execution and through Chorae and congratulatory event in the course of ending, emphasis the procedure of congratulation on becoming adult. 4. emphasis the procedure of the oath and declaration of Coming-of-Age. 5. modernize the letters for Coming-of-Age Ceremony for a group.

A Study on Child Educare Center Teacher's Role Perception and Role Performance

This study is intended to conjecture the wooden building of Koguryo kingdom from the mural tombs. The structures and murals of the tomb chambers provide valuable evidence of the manners and customs of the time and exhibit architectural details and a high degree of artistic skill. In this study. I have observed the structural form of the wooden buildings with the organic relation between the structure and the mural of the tomb, and interpreted the visual materials. The conclusion of this study is as follows. 1) The bracket system(Dugong) is classified into 5 types: 'Jude type', 'Mu여 ikgong type', '1-du & 2-sung type', '1-du & 3-sung type', 'Double 3-sung type'. 2) The distribution of the types varied in different region and different time. 3) The bracket system originated in the symbolic function as well as the structural function. And the forms are connected a little with the stone architecture in the western world. 4) The bracket system of Koguryo showed the transitional stage in which the wooden structure developed into the stable 'Jusimpo style'.
