        어태치먼트를 이용한 IMZ 임플랜트와 자연치의 연결시 고정유무의 연결형태에 따른 광탄성 응력분석에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the magnitude and distribution of stress using photoelastic model with the rigid connection using T-block attachment and non-rigid connection using key & keyway attachment. The vertical load of 16 Kg was applied on the central fossa of the tooth, the pontic and the implant, and the pattern and distribution under each condition was analyzed. The following results were obtained : 1. In case of vertical load on the central fossa of the implant, the stress was concentrated at the apex of the implant involving the mesial alveolar bone in both fixed partial denture with the rigid connection and that with the nonrigid connection and the stress concentration at the mesial cervical area of the implant was a little more in the nonrigid connection than in the rigid connection. 2. In case of vertical load on the central fossa of the pontic, the stress was concentrated at the apex of 2nd bicuspid in both 3 unit fixed partial denture with nonrigid connection and that with the rigid connection. The stress was more concentrated at the mesial alveolar bone of the implant, but the stress distribution at the natural teeth more favorable at the rigid connection than at the non-rigid connection in case of 4 unit fixed partial denture. 3. In case of vertical load of the central fossa of the 2nd bicuspid, much stress with 3 fringe order was observed at the apex of the 2nd bicuspid in the 3 unit fixed partial denture, but relatively even stress distribution was observed at the apex of the implant, the 1st and 2nd bicuspid, and the adjacent cuspid in the 4 unit fixed partial denture.

        중환자실 간호사의 섬망 지식, 섬망 이미지 및 섬망 사정 정확도: 예비 연구

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the general characteristics of intensive care unit nurses and investigate their knowledge and images of delirium, as well as the accuracy of their delirium assessments. Methods: This was a descriptive pilot study. The participants were 84 nurses in intensive care units in two advanced general hospitals. Data were collected using nurses’the knowledge and images of delirium and the accuracy of delirium assessment. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Results: The mean score of nurses’knowledge of delirium was 74.6 out of 100. With regard to their images of delirium, alternatively,“uncooperative” received the highest, while “lethargy” received the lowest score on the list. The mean score of the accuracy of their delirium assessments was 60 out of 100. Conclusion: This pilot study’s results can serve as basic data to develop proper delirium education programs for nurses. These findings suggest that increasing nurses’knowledge about and reducing their negative images of delirium can have a positive impact on the accuracy of their delirium assessments.

        일반논문 : 잔혹소리극 <내다리내놔>의 가치 교육적 활용에 대한 고찰

        창작판소리 집단 판소리공장 바닥소리가 2006년 시연한 잔혹소리극 <내다리내놔>는 전설의 고향 ‘덕대골’을 각색하여 창작판소리로 재탄생시킨 작품이다. 전설의 고향 ‘덕대골’은 KBS에서 방영된 전설의 고향 중에서도 “내다리 내놔”라는 대사를 통해 무서운 작품의 대명사로 꼽힌다. 북과 대금이 연주하고 소리와 그림자극으로 전개되는 잔혹소리극 ‘내다리내놔’를 접하면서 관객의 정서는 잔혹함을 중심으로 형성되게 된다. 잔혹함의 정서는 공포를 기반으로 한다. 어릴 적 접했던 전설의 고향의 섬뜩함을 주된 감정의 기반으로 하면서, 이야기 속에 담겨 있는 효에 대한 가치를 짧은 시간 안에 교육 대상에게 제공한다. 판소리라는 장르를 이용하여 우리의 생활 속에서 이루어지는 정서 및 가치에 대한 교육을 효율적으로 학습시킬 수 있음을 알 수 있다. 소리와 이야기, 몸짓 등 다양한 자극이 한데 어우러진 판소리는 훌륭한 교육의 수단이 될 수있고, 판소리로 공연되는 작품이 어떠한 내용과 가치를 지녔는가에 따라 효율적이고 다양한 가치 교육과 그로 인한 정서 함양을 이루어낼 수 있다. 생활 속에서 쉽게 접할 수 있는 친근하면서도 다양한 소재를 통해 우리고유의 언어와 풍속에 담긴 가치와 정서, 문화에 대해 각 연령대에 많이 사용하는 어휘나 각 연령대별 선호하는 리듬을 통해 접할 수 있도록 한다면 판소리를 접하는 대상이 호기심과 흥미를 갖고 그것에 대해 지속적인 관심을 가질 수 있다. 그러므로 이러한 장르를 교육에 활용한다면 교육적 효과는 클 것으로 기대된다. 이러한 효과적인 접근성에 기반을 두고 각 연령대에 맞는 어휘를 구사함으로써 그 내용을 쉽게 이해하게 함으로써 교훈적 내용을 원활하게 습득할 수 있는 기회를 제공하므로, 중요한 교육적 가치를 Pansori of a creative group pansori 2006 demonstration factory floor sound brutal sorigeuk the home of <Give me my leg back> is a legend ‘deokttaegol’ in pansori, a creative for adaptation to remakes Work is.         간호대학생의 임상실습 체험

        Purpose: This study is to understand how nursing students (2nd grade) to experience their clinical practice for 5 weeks in their clinical setting. Methods: This study was analyzed by Colaizzi's phenomenological method (1978) with 10 nursing student participants who were in 2nd grade of nursing college. Results: The essential meanings of clinical practice experiences of nursing students were as following; 'Being stressful and difficult in mind and body', 'Looking forward to new experiences', 'Difficulty in interpersonal relationship between them and patients or care givers', 'Being aware of their deficiency and importance of basics', 'Realizing differ theories from clinical', 'Feeling accumulation of various and vivid knowledges', 'Making sure themselves for more being skillful', 'Discovery of themselves becoming development', 'Adaptation for clinical setting'. 'Thinking about nurse'. Conclusion: The result of this study would provide for basic data of clinical education program development to minimize problems related to clinical practice, and would contribute to understand clinical practice experiences of nursing students (2nd grade) in nursing college.

        독서문법 내용 개발을 위한 기초 조사

        As a basic research to establish a new domain called ‘Reading Grammar’ from a practical grammar-oriented viewpoint, this study analyzed the actual states of future social members’ reading and grammar abilities and their awareness comprehensively and empirically through a survey and a paper-and-pencil test. As a result of the survey, it was found that college students had a stronger awareness than high school students that a reading ability is important for a social life, while thinking that having grammatical knowledge is related to a reading ability. Besides, they believed that explanations in combination of grammar and reading help them read books better and showed a positive response toward the utility of reading grammar. The results of this paper-and-pencil test can be summarized as follows: Firstly, the mean score of all the subjects for this test was 10.99 (3.194 standard variation) out of possible 20 points, which could be converted into 55 out of possible 100 points. When all the scores in each evaluation domain were converted on the basis of possible 100 points, the score of their reading was 59.5 points on average, followed by their reading grammar, 57.5 points and their grammar, 42 points which was the lowest. Secondly, the correlation coefficient(r) of reading grammar and grammar was .225, which indicates a very low correlation between them, and that of reading grammar and reading was .445, which indicates a weak correlation between them. As a result, this study discovered that knowing grammar as knowledge only had a low correlation with reading, but grammar in combination of reading had a correlation with reading, although it was not strong enough. In other words, grammar is one thing, and reading is another, but since reading grammar shows a correlation with reading, the results of this study seem quite meaningful in establishing a future direction for grammar education.

        전문대학생을 위한 학습태도검사

        본 연구는 전문대학 학생들의 기초적 학습능력을 높이기 위한 방법을 모색하기 위하여 학습전략과 학습효과를 측정하는 방법을 찾는 전단계로서 교수학습센터에서 사용할 수 있는 학습태도검사를 개발하기 위한 목적으로 진행되었다. 전문대학 신입생 984 명을 대상으로 한 설문조사 결과 학습태도검사로 33문항이 선정되었는데, 다섯 가지 요인으로 명명된 효과적인 내용정리, 우선순위와 자기관리, 학습습관 점검 및 개선, 목표 설정과 실행, 학습계획은 서로 높은 정적 상관관계(.53~.72)를 보이며 특히 학과적성에 긍정적인 학생일수록 다섯 요인의 점수가 높게 나타났다. 또한 일반적 특성에 따라 다섯 요인에 유의한 차이를 보였으므로, 대상에 따라 차별화된 교수학습방법을 운영하는 방안도 고려한다면, 더욱 효과적인 학습전략이 될 것으로 기대한다. The purpose of this study was to find a way to improve the basic learning ability of vocational college students and to develop the examination of learning attitude. This examination can be used at Center for Teaching and Learning as a previous step to find the strategy and effectiveness of learning. The examination of learning attitude which consisted of 33 questions was surveyed by 984 college freshmen. The survey revealed that five factors; effective content arrangement, priority and self-management, Check and improve of study habits, goal setting and implementation, learning plans have high interrelation(.53~.72). Especially, the more positive aptitude for their majors students had, the higher score they achieved in those five factors. According to general characteristics, there was significant difference among five factors. Therefore, if it is considered to run a differentiated Teaching and Learning method individually, it is expected to be more effective learning strategies.
