Fe(3)로 표면처리된 메조포러스 실리카에 의한 셀렌(Se), 비소(As), 불소(F), 인(P) 제거에 관한 연구

Fe(Ⅲ)-impregnated mesoporous silicas were developed for the removal of selenite, arsenate, fluoride and phosphate ions by adsorption in aqueous phase. Mesoporous silica used for heavy metals adsorbents were prepared by co-condensation of surfactant as a template and Ludox HS-40 as a silica precursor. These materials characterized by elemental analysis, XRD and SEM analysis. To elucidate the surface characteristic of adsorbents, the zeta potentials were measured. As a result of zeta potential data, mesoporous silica indicated that the surface potentials seem to be independent on the pH and the low negative charge showed in the range of all pH. On the other hand, the surface potentials of Fe(Ⅲ)-impregnated mesoporous silica indicated that positive zeta potential charge at the pH 3∼8. Fe(Ⅲ)-impregnated mesoporous silica effectively removed 95% of 20 ppm arsenate(As) at pH 4.5∼8.0 and removed 83% of 20 ppm selenite(Se) at pH 4.5∼7.7, respectively. And Fe(Ⅲ)-impregnated mesoporous silica removed 80 % of 20 ppm fluoride(F) at pH 2.5∼7.0 and removed 86 % of 20 ppm phosphate(P) at pH 2.5∼8.0, respectively. The removal selectivity by the Fe(Ⅲ)-impregnated mesoporous silica was in the order of As > P > Se > F.

현재 국내 중전기 시장은 시장규모에 비해 다수의 기업이 참여하고 있기 때문에, 국내 중전기 업체간 경쟁은 더욱 심화되고 있다. 띠라서 국내 중전기 업체가 더욱 발전해 나아가기 위해서는 해외시장 진출 확대를 위한 수출용 전력기기의 개발이 시급하고, WTO 체제하의 시장 개방화 정책에 따른 국내외시장에서의 User의 요구에 부응하는 전력기기 개발이 절실히 요구되어 당사에서는 국책과제로써 IT 기술을 기반으로 하는 245㎸ Motor-drive형 초고압 GIS를 개발하게 되었다. 금번에 개발된 절연개폐장치는 변전소 자동회리는 세계적 추세에 맞추어 Bay Controller 및 전자식 변성기(NCIT)를 적용하였고, 자체 참고시험을 통해 확보된 피시품을 기지고 국제공인인증기관인 한국전기연구원(KERI)에서 IEC 국제규격에 준하여 그 성능을 검증하였다.

제주도 연안의 수산물 생산력 향상을 위해서는 연안 해양환경 보전이 무엇보다 중요하다. 특히 골프장의 농약 오염원이 연안환경과 수산생물에 미치는 영향을 규명할 필요가 있다. 따라서 제주도의 농업 오염물질 중 유기인계 농약에 의한 연안해역의 오염을 규명하고자, 1997년 7월과 8월에 남제주도에 위치한 중문골프장에 인접한 색달동과 대포동 근해 해양환경시료에서 monocrotophos와 EPN 유기인계 농약 잔류를 조사하였다. GC-FPD에 의한 monocrotophos와 EPN의 시료중 최소 검출농도는 동ㆍ식물의 고체시료에서는 0.024ng/g, 0.020ng/g이었다. 또한 해수에서는 각각 0.012ng/mL, 0.010ng/mL이었다. 식물시료인 우뭇가사리와 미역, 동물시료인 소라와 성게에 대한 유기인계 농약의 잔류량 조사 결과 모든 시료에서 monocrotophos와 EPN이 검출되지 않았다. monocrotophos와 EPN은 색달동과 대포동에서의 해수와 저니토에서도 검출되지 않았으며, 이러한 결과는 7월, 8월에서도 동일하였다. 따라서 남제주도 중문골프장 근해 해양 환경 중에서는 monocrotophos와 EPN의 유기인계 농약오염은 없는 것으로 나타났다. To investigate the residue of organophosphorus pesticides such as Monocrotophos[Dimethyl-l -methyl-2-methyl carbamoylvinylphosphate] and EPN[O-ethyl-O-4-nitnophenyl phenylphosphonothioate] in the coatal environmen of Cheju island, samples of sea organism, water and sediment were collected at the Sackdaldong and Daepodong near the Jungmoon golf course in July and Aug. 1997. The qualified detection limit of monocrotophos and EPN by GC-FPD were 0.024 ng/g and 0.020 ng/g in the sea organism, respectively. Neither Monocrotophos nor EPN was detected in seaweed cava(Ecklonia cava), Agar(Gelidium amansii), turban sell (Batillus cornutus) and sea urchin (Anthocidaris Crassispina). They were not detected in seawater and sediment either. These results showed that the coastal area near the Jungmoon golf course in the Cheju island was not polluted by the organophosphorus pesticides such as Monoc개tophos and EPN.
2-Acylamino-6-Substituted Benzothiazole 誘導體의 合成과 生理生活에 關한 硏究

2-Acylamino-6-substituted benzothiazole derivatives from 2-amino-6-substituted benzothiazole and acylchloride were synthesized. The products were identified by elementary analysis, IR and NMR spectra with 2-propionamido-6-chlorobenzothiazole(Ⅰ), 2-propionamido-6-nitrobenzothiazole(Ⅱ), 2-propionamido-6-methylbenzothiazole(Ⅲ), 2-propionamido-6-ethoxybenzothiazole(Ⅸ), 2-propionamido-6-thiocyanatobenzothiazole(Ⅴ), 2-benzamido-6-chlorobenzothiazole(Ⅵ), 2-benzamido-6-nitrobenzothiazole(Ⅶ), 2-benzamido-6-ethylbenzothiazole(Ⅷ), 2-benzamido-6-ethoxybenzothiazole(Ⅸ) and 2-acetamido-6-thiocyanatobenzothiazole(Ⅹ). These compounds were tested for their phytotoxicity on the germination and the seedling growth of radish, rice plants and turf grass. Among them, 2-propionamido-6-thiocyanatobenzothiazole(Ⅴ) showed an inhibitory activity on the germination and the seedling growth of rice, radish and turf seeds. Most of them, however, had not an inhibitory effect.

N-Benzoylglycylanilide and N-benzoylalanylanilide derivatives were synthesized from N-benzoylglycine and N-benzoylalane with anilines. respectively. The products were identified by elemental analysis, IR, UV and NMR spectra with N-benzoylglycylanilide (Ⅰ), N-benzoylglycyl-o-toluidide(Ⅱ), N-benzoylglycyl-m-toluidide(Ⅲ), N-benzoylglycyl-p-toluidide(Ⅳ), N-benzoyl-L-alanylanilide(Ⅴ), N-bnzoyl-L-alanyl-o-toluidide(Ⅵ), N-benzoyl-L-alnnyl-m-toluidise(Ⅶ), N-benzoyl-L-alanyl-p-toluidide(Ⅷ). These compounds were tested for their phytotoxicity to the germination and seedling growth of rice, radish, green pea plants and turf grass. Among them, N-benzoyl-Lalanyl-m-toluidide had strongly inhibitory effect on the seedling growth of radish seeds, and N-benzoyl-L-alanylanilide showed an inhibitory activity especially upon the seedling growth of turf seeds. In addition, the inhibitory rate of plant seed growth differed with the isomeric position(ortho, meta and para) of methyl group; N-benzoylglycyl-m-toluidide was more effective than both N-benzoylglycyl-o-toluidide and N-benzoylglycyl-p-toluidide derivatives, and also N-benzoyl-L-alanyl-m-toluidide was more effective than both N-benzoyl-L-alanyl-o-toluidide and N-benzoyl-L-alanyl-p-toluidide.
