        교대 근무가 심혈관계 질환 발병 위험 요인들에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of night shift work on cardiovascualr disease risk factors. Forty six shift workers(SW) and thirty nine none shift workers(NSW) participated in this study. Measurement factors included body composition, blood pressure, blood lipid profiles(TG/TC/LDL/HDL), arterial stiffness factors(baPWV, ABI), WHR, WtHR, VFAT, and SFAT. The results of the study showed that the blood TG concentration, VFAT( Visceral Fat and left baPWV in the shift workers(SW) group was significantly higher than those of the none shift workers(NSW) group. There were no significant difference in the blood pressure, body composition and blood TC, LDL, and HDL concentration. In conclusion, there is a preponderance of evidence that blood TG concentration, visceral fat and arterial stiffness were more influenced by working types(shift workers/none shift workers). Future research with larger sample size and convergence study in design is necessary to understand the underlying mechanism and to better evaluate the cardiovascular disease risk Factors.

        보행의 역학적 분석과 SPPB 검사를 통한 여성 노인의 전신 진동 운동 효과에 관한 연구

        This study investigated the effects of whole body vibration on short physical performance battery(SPPB) score and gait variables in elderly women. men. Twenty elderly women(age 73.5±1.10 years, Height 159.6±2.87 ㎝, Weight 58.5±6.80 ㎏, % body fat 29.7±6.23 %) were completed whole body vibration exercise protocol for 8 weeks. There was significant differences in SPPB score after taking part in whole body vibration exercise protocol for 8 weeks. Also there were significant differences in pace and stride length during walking after taking part in whole body vibration exercise protocol for 8 weeks. In the factor of ankle-joint angle and knee-joint angle, there were significant differences at the LHC. and RHCl after participating in whole body vibration exercise protocol for 8 weeks, respectively. In conclusion, the present study indicated the beneficial effects of whole body vibration exercise to elderly women. It can be play important role in improving the quality of elderly women’s life and enhancing the walking ability. Also whole body vibration exercise was more safer and well tolerated in the elderly. Also further study and more resonable research methods are required to understand the mechanism of whole body vibration exercise

        크로스컨트리 스키 선수들의 고지대 훈련 조건이 최대운동능력과 적혈구 및 헤모글로빈에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of differential altitude training on cardiopulmonary function, blood variables in cross country skier. Fifteen well-trained male cross-country skiers were recruited from local high school and university. They usually trained 3-5 hours per day, 6 days per week through year. All subject randomly were assigned in two groups; 1) high altitude training condition, 2) low altitude training condition. In this study, LLTHL experimental condition group, hypoxia environment could play important role in the increase the RBC, Hb and maximal oxygen consumption(VO₂max), and increase the endurance exercise performance in the sea level. In summary, the high altitude winter training seems to being exposed to a hypoxia(low PO₂) to obtain the positive and unique benefits of exercise performance physiological in skier.

        운동전 cooling 처치가 근육 손상과 최대근력에 미치는 영향

        The aim of this study was that effect of precooling treatment on muscle damage and maiximal muscle power. Ten subjects(age 22.5±1.25 years, Height 176.3±2.23 cm, Weight 72.4±1.23 kg, body fat 23.5±2.56 %, VO<sub>2</sub>max 55.3±2.78 ml/kg/min) performed one 30-min self-paced cycling with three 30 seconds all-out sprints at 10-min intervals with and without lower extremities precooling. Precooling treatment completed two times for 5-min at 10℃ water bath. Peak power output(Watts and Watts/kg) and ratio of fatigue was measured by Wingate test. PSI(physiological stress index) was calculated by rectal temperature and heart rate variables. Blood CK and HSP72 was assayed for evaluating of muscle damage and heat shock. Precooling treatment would increased rectal temperature and the pick power(p<.05). Also precooling was allowed to attenuate the physiological stress index(PSI). There were significant different at the blood creatine kinase in precooling experimental condition(p<.05). In conclusion, it is less well documented how precooling enhances intermittent high-intensity exercise of short duration. It is clear that precooling does allow a greater rate of heat storage, but precooling is probably only beneficial for endurance exercise in warm and humidity condition rather than intermittent or short duration exercise. In response to precooling can alternate in peripheral neural activity occurred to prevent local muscle injury. Further investigation in which changes in multiple physiological systems are assessed systematically are required so that the underlying mechanisms related to the development of fatigue during various exercise intensities, and types such as intermittent high-intensity exercise in normal environment condition.

        Chester Step Test를 통한 유산소 능력 추정치의 타당성과 신뢰성 검증

        The purpose of this study was to verify the validity and reliability of the Chester Step Test(CST), a sub-maximal test for the prediction of aerobic capacity, when compared to maximal oxygen consumption(VO<sub>2</sub>max) measured during a treadmill test. All participants completed VO<sub>2</sub>max treadmill test and on separate days, all of subjects completed the CST on two occasions(CST1 & CST2). Subjects were divided by two groups based on their VO<sub>2</sub>max level(High aerobic capacity Group; age; 21.2±2.45 yrs, Height; 176.6±1.12 cm, Weight; 74.5±2.34 kg, VO<sub>2</sub>max; 53.2±4.65 ml/kg/min; Low aerobic capacity Group; age; 21.5±3.88 yrs, Height; 176.8±2.45 cm, Weight; 78.4±4.77 kg, VO<sub>2</sub>max; 40.4±6.77 ml/kg/min). During CST, subjects were required to step on to and a off 30 cm step at a rate set by the metronome beat on a audio cassette. The initial step rate was 15 steps per minute and every 2 minutes the tempo increased by 5 steps per minutes. The subject continued stepping until he reached 80% of their maximum predicted heart rate, or reported a rating of perceived exertion of 15 on the Borg scale, or reached the end of 10-minutes 5 stage test. There was a more higher correlation(r=0.805, p<.0001) between actual VO<sub>2</sub>max and CST in the low aerobic capacity group than high aerobic capacity group(r=0.634, p<.001). The test-retest repeatability of CST was showed to be good(Chonbach a =0.92). In conclusion, the reliability of the CST as a field based test to detect improvements in aerobic fitness might be recommended. However, validity of CST to predict an actual VO<sub>2</sub>max is questionable in the high level of aerobic capacity group. Futhermore, it is unclear whether or not the current results are applicable to three other recommended step heights.

        취약계층 노인을 위한 통합적 건강프로그램의 적용 효과에 관한 연구

        Abandoned elderly living in the area targeted programs 1 days 120 minutes, once a week, 16 weeks a result of the exercise carried out according to the program, body composition measurements showed an overall positive factor reduction. Serum total cholesterol and LDL levels can predict the development of chronic heart disease, as was generally reduced. Three low-density lipoprotein levels (carcasses), Choice, Taebaek, Normal Youngwol area, or found to be almost normal. Overall pressure was reduced. When you view the t-score of food intake and medication if criteria for bone health appeared to be normal in all regions based. An overall balance of physical ability was no change. Psychological and emotional factors in measuring health status and lifestyle of the elderly showed significant differences depending on demographic characteristics factors. The analysis of women"s drinking and smoking habits according gender, exercise habits appeared higher in men, in the age of 70-80 years of age had the highest, drinking and smoking are 60-65 years old, 66-70 years old exercise habits in order as highest. Education is eating habits, stress management habits, relaxation habits, exercise habits Illiteracy was high in both. Thus, the spouse eating habits, stress management habits, exercise habits, factors were remarry highest break habits guitar, drinking and smoking are widowed highest. Religion, dierary habits, alcohol consumption and smoking, exercise habits, and the other was high in both the resting habits. Stress management habits elderly couple, the elderly alone break habits highest. Average monthly allowance showed the highest 31-400,000won more than 70million won was the lowest. Gender, age, religion, month results did not apperar statistically significant difference in health care based on the average allowance, education maengyi the inscription was higher than the illiterate. Spouse"s mental state factors had the highest divorce, separation, bereavement appeared in order. The family structure was the highest in the elderly alone, other, net was a child elderly.

        퇴행성슬관절염 환자의 수중운동과 노르딕워킹운동 후 신체구성 변화 및 보행형태 분석

        This study carried out exercise in line with each program for 8 weeks by dividing research subjects into aquatic exercise group, nordic-walking exercise group, and control group. As a result of analyzing the walking movements in patients with degenerative knee arthritis based on this, the following conclusions were obtained. 1. In the body-composition variables, all of three groups were reduced weight, Body Mass Index, and Body Fat Contents more after exercise than before exercise. However, the aquatic exercise group and the nordic-walking exercise group showed the more reduction. The statistically significant difference was indicated(p<.01) in weight. Even in the left & right leg muscle mass, the aquatic exercise group and the nordic-walking exercise group were much increased the muscles. However, it was reduced in control group. The statistically significant difference was indicated(p<.001). 2. In the factor of time, the time by aspect was indicated to be quicker after exercise than before exercise as for all of three groups. 3. In the factors of pace and stride length, three groups were indicated to be less after exercise than before exercise. The statistically significant difference wasn't shown. 4. In the factor of ankle-joint angle, the aquatic exercise group and the nordic-walking exercise group were indicated to be bigger in the ankle-joint angle after exercise than before exercise at all the points of time except nordic-walking exercise group in RHC1. 5. In the factor of the knee-joint angle, the aquatic exercise group and the nordic-walking exercise group were indicated to be bigger in the knee-joint angle after exercise than before exercise at all the points of time except aquatic exercise group in LHC. The control group was all shown to be a little bigger after exercise than before exercise.

        7075-T6 A1 합금의 피로균열진전의 변동성에 대한 확률론적 해석

        The stochastic properties of variation in fatigue crack growth are important in reliability and stability of structures. In this study,the stochastic model for the variation of fatigue crack growth rate was proposed in consideration of nonhomogeneity of materials. For this model, experiments were ocnducted on 7075-T6 aluminum alloy under the constant stress intensity factor range. The variation of fatigue crack growth rate was expressed by random variables Z and r based on the variation of material coefficients C and m in the paris-Erodogan's equation. The distribution of fatigue life with respect to the stress intensity factor range was evaluated by the stochastic Markov chain model based on the Paris-Erdogan's equation. The merit of proposed model is that only a small number of test are required to determine this this function, and fatigue crack growth life is easily predicted at the given stress intensity factor range.

        수중운동이 퇴행성슬관절염 환자의 근활성도 및 통증 변화에 미치는 영향

        This study carried out aquatic-exercise program for 8 weeks targeting 15 elderly women who were diagnosed degenerative arthritis, and analyzed muscular activities and pain variables before and after exercise. As a result, the following conclusions were obtained. 1. As for variables in muscular activities, the muscular activities were indicated to be more after exercise than before exercise by section in all the muscles of the right Rectus Femoris Muscle, the right Vastus Lateralis Muscle, the left Rectus Femoris Muscle, and the left Vastus Lateralis Muscle. A little difference was shown only statistically. The statistically significant difference was shown(p<.001) in right-foot support time(150%), left-foot swing phase(170%) for the right Vastus Lateralis Muscle, and in right-foot swing phase(175%) for the left Vastus Lateralis Muscle. The statistically significant difference was shown(p<.01) in right-foot support time(150%), right-foot swing phase(201%), and left-foot support time(140%) for the right Rectus Femoris Muscle, in right-foot swing phase(192%) and left-foot support time(144%) for the right Vastus Lateralis Muscle, in right-foot swing phase(137%) and left-foot support time(145%) for the left Rectus Femoris Muscle, and in left-foot support time(135%) and left-foot swing phase(175%) for the left Vastus Lateralis Muscle. The statistically significant difference was shown(p<.05) in left-foot swing phase(168%) for the right Rectus Femoris Muscle, in right-foot support time(219%) and left-foot swing phase(209%) for the left Rectus Femoris Muscle, and in right-foot support time(153%) for the left Vastus Lateralis Muscle. 2. As for the variables in pain, the pain reduced more after exercise(2.93±1.94) than before exercise(5.07±2.12). The statistically significant difference was shown(p<.001). The following conclusion was obtained by synthesizing the above results. The execution of aquatic exercise in the degenerative knee osteoarthritis patients was indicated to be much conducive not only to reduction in pain, but also to enhancement in muscular strength. The degenerative knee osteoarthritis patients can be said to be effective to take aquatic exercise given the exercise of enhancing muscular strength.
