T형 강재를 이용한 프리스트레스트 콘크리트 부분 매립형 합성보의 구조적 성능에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to make the architectural hybrid system extend the limit of the market through simplification of joint and minimizing of works in situ. Tra-combined Prefab System consists of a half honeycomb's T-shaped steel and pretensioned prestressed precast concrete. It has a repetitive sections that consists of solid web section and open web section. As a result of test and analysis, TPS composite beam has been concluded as follows. It was confirmed that equation of local bucking by T-shaped steel's local stress contents with the result of test. Assumed deformation within the scope of elasticity was similar to measurements. It was confirmed that TPS composite beam keeps sufficient ductility after yielding point without rupture of shear or local buckling. Finally, we found that TPS composite beam has structural capacity as composite beam with H-beam. especially, in case of long-span structure more than 15 meters, it is estimated more excellent than general composite beam with H-beam in reduction of story height, deflection, vibration for using, and cost.

The study was conducted to determine the structural optimization method through the estimation of the structure of the floor and the amounts of reinforcement in the apartment building and the amounts of reinforcement depending on the area. The purpose of this study is to examine the comparison of the comparison factors by comparing the comparison factors of the jointly constructed apartment house with each of the conditions.
강판으로 접합된 프리스트레스트 콘크리트보의 구조성능 평가를 위한 실험연구

In this study, a monotonic loading test to estimate structural capacity of 12 meter long full scale precast pre-stressed concrete beam specimen was performed with a 2,000 kN dynamic actuator. A couple of embedded steel plate was installed at the ends of the beam and specimens were connected to steel girder frame with high tension bolts. Nominal compressive strength of pre-stressed concrete beam and slab were 50 MPa and 24 MPa respectively. Two HD25 tensile steel reinforcements were welded on vertical plate of embedded steel plate. Pre-stressed concrete beam specimen was loaded by displacement control method with a certain loading pattern which was repeated loading and unloading with 10mm increment displacement. About 88.34%, 86.97% and 66.83% of displacement restoration ratios were evaluated at elastic, inelastic and plastic behavior region of specimen respectively. 본 연구에서는 2,000 kN 용량의 actuator를 이용, 12 m 경간의 실물 크기로 제작된 프리스트레스트 콘크리트 보의 구조성능 평가를 위한 실험을 수행하였다. 보의 양 단에는 접합을 위한 강판을 매립하였으며 시험체는 별도로 제작된 철골 보에 고력볼트접합 방식으로 세팅되었다. 프리스트레스트 콘크리트와 슬래브 콘크리트의 설계기준강도는 각각 50 MPa와 24 MPa이며, 인장 철근으로 사용된 2-HD25 철근은 매립강판의 구성요소 중 하나인 수직강판에 용접하였다. 실험은 변위제어법에 의하여 수행되었으며 10 mm의 변위를 증가시키며 loading과 unloading을 반복적으로 가력하였다. 실험결과를 살펴보면, 탄성거동구간에서는 약 88.34%, 비탄성거동구간에서는 약 86.97% 그리고 소성거동구간에서는 약 66.83%의 프리스트레싱에 의한 변위복원능력을 나타냄을 알 수 있었다.
